Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a shockproof watch, and aims to solve the technical problem that the shockproof capability of the watch in the prior art is poor.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a shock resistant watch, comprising: the watch comprises a watch shell, a movement and a damping assembly, wherein the movement is arranged in the watch shell through the damping assembly, the damping assembly comprises an installation ring, a first elastic ring and a second elastic ring, the first elastic ring and the second elastic ring are obliquely arranged at two ends of the installation ring respectively, the first elastic ring and the second elastic ring are connected to the inner side wall of the watch shell, a gap exists between the installation ring and the inner side wall of the watch shell, and the movement is arranged in the installation ring.
In one embodiment, a trapezoidal convex ring is radially and convexly arranged on the inner side wall of the watch case, two end faces of the trapezoidal convex ring in the axial direction of the watch case are inclined faces, the first elastic ring and the second elastic ring are movably attached to the corresponding inclined faces respectively, and the included angle between the first elastic ring and the second elastic ring is smaller than the included angle between the two inclined faces.
In one embodiment, the mounting ring comprises an outer ring and an inner ring which are detachably connected, the outer ring is connected with the first elastic ring, the inner ring is connected with the second elastic ring, the inner ring and the outer ring are in axial overlapping clamping connection, and the movement is mounted in the inner ring.
In one embodiment, the inner side wall of the outer ring is provided with a convex block, and the outer side wall of the inner ring is provided with a groove for clamping the convex block.
In one embodiment, the inner side wall of the inner ring is provided with a convex ring in a radial protruding mode, the outer side wall of the movement is provided with a mounting convex ring in a radial protruding mode, the mounting convex ring is overlapped on one end face of the convex ring, the other end face of the convex ring is provided with a connecting piece attached to the movement, the connecting piece is connected with the movement through a fastener, and the convex ring is mounted between the mounting convex ring and the connecting piece.
In one embodiment, the movement is provided with a positioning groove for accommodating the connecting piece.
In one embodiment, the first elastic ring comprises a plurality of first elastic sheets circumferentially distributed on the outer ring at intervals, and the second elastic ring comprises a plurality of second elastic sheets circumferentially distributed on the inner ring at intervals.
In one embodiment, the outer race and the first resilient ring are integrally formed, and the inner race and the second resilient ring are integrally formed.
In one embodiment, the shock absorbing member is a metal member or a plastic member.
In one embodiment, the shockproof watch further comprises a front cover and a back cover, the front cover is arranged at the upper end of the watch case, the back cover is arranged at the lower end of the watch case, and the movement is arranged in the watch case through the shock absorption assembly and is respectively arranged in a clearance with the front cover and the back cover.

according to the shockproof watch provided by the invention, the gap is formed between the mounting ring and the inner side wall of the watch case, and is used for providing an elastic space for the first elastic ring and the second elastic ring, so that the movement is elastically connected with the watch case, and when the watch case is subjected to falling or other vibration forces, the movement can be well damped by the elastic forces of the first elastic ring and the second elastic ring, so that the shockproof watch has good shockproof capability, and the service life of the watch is ensured.

As shown in fig. 1-3, a shock-resistant watch includes: the watch comprises a watch case 1, a movement 2 and a damping component 3, wherein the movement 2 is elastically arranged in the watch case 1 through the damping component 3. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the damper assembly 3 includes a mounting ring 31, and a first elastic ring 32 and a second elastic ring 33 respectively obliquely disposed at two ends of the mounting ring 31, in an axial direction of the mounting ring 31, the first elastic ring 32 and the second elastic ring 33 are both in a bell mouth structure, in a radial direction of the mounting ring 31, the first elastic ring 32, the mounting ring 31, and the second elastic ring 33 are in a bell mouth structure, the first elastic ring 32 and the second elastic ring 33 are both connected to an inner side wall of the case 1 and a gap exists between the mounting ring 31 and the inner side wall of the case 1, and the movement 2 is mounted in the mounting ring 31.
According to the shockproof watch provided by the embodiment of the invention, a gap exists between the mounting ring 31 and the inner side wall of the watch case 1, and is used for providing an elastic space for the first elastic ring 32 and the second elastic ring 33, so that the movement 2 is elastically connected with the watch case 1, when the watch case 1 is dropped or subjected to other vibration forces, the movement 2 can be well damped through the elastic forces of the first elastic ring 32 and the second elastic ring 33, the movement 2 is ensured not to be damaged, the shockproof watch has good shockproof capability, and the service life of the watch is ensured.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, a trapezoidal convex ring 11 is radially protruded from the inner side wall of case 1, both end faces of trapezoidal convex ring 11 in the axial direction of case 1 are inclined faces 111, and the extension lines of both inclined faces 111 intersect toward the axis of case 1. In this embodiment, the first elastic ring 32 and the second elastic ring 33 are movably attached to the corresponding inclined surfaces 111, and an included angle between the first elastic ring 32 and the second elastic ring 33 is smaller than an included angle between the two inclined surfaces 111. First elastic ring 32 and second elastic ring 33 slope setting for guarantee first elastic ring 32 and second elastic ring 33 respectively with the sufficient big with the area of contact of inclined plane 111, thereby guarantee its bearing capacity and elastic capacity, and then guarantee the steadiness of core 2 installation.
When the movement 2 receives the vibration force in the radial direction, the first elastic ring 32 and the second elastic ring 33 are attached to the inclined surface 111 to slide, because the included angle between the first elastic ring 32 and the second elastic ring 33 is smaller than the included angle between the two inclined surfaces 111, in the sliding process, the first elastic ring 32 and the second elastic ring 33 can be opened to enlarge the included angle between the first elastic ring 32 and the second elastic ring 33, in the opening process, the first elastic ring 32 and the second elastic ring 33 generate deformation force due to deformation, the deformation force is used for preventing the first elastic ring 32 and the second elastic ring 33 from continuously sliding, so that the effect of gradually offsetting the vibration force is achieved, the purpose of shock absorption is achieved, and after the vibration force disappears, the first elastic ring 32 and the second elastic ring 33 recover to the original state. When the movement 2 receives a vibration force in the axial direction, the first elastic ring 32 or the second elastic ring 33 will deform in the axial direction due to the gravity of the movement 2, and the first elastic ring 32 or the second elastic ring 33 will generate a deformation force to counteract the vibration force during the deformation, so as to achieve the purpose of shock absorption. Therefore, the movement 2 can be damped in all directions through the first elastic ring 32, the safety ring and the second elastic ring 33, and the movement 2 has a good damping protection effect.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the mounting ring 31 includes an outer ring 311 and an inner ring 312 that are detachably connected, the outer ring 311 is connected to the first elastic ring 32, the inner ring 312 is connected to the second elastic ring 33, and the inner ring 312 and the outer ring 311 are axially overlapped and clamped. Mounting ring 31 is provided as outer ring 311 and inner ring 312 which are detachably coupled for facilitating the fitting of first elastic ring 32 and second elastic ring 33 respectively on inclined surface 111 in case 1.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the inner side wall of the outer ring 311 is provided with a protrusion 3111, the outer side wall of the inner ring 312 is provided with a groove 3121 for engaging with the protrusion 3111, and the groove 3121 is an annular groove. The outer ring 311 and the inner ring 312 are connected by the way of clamping the protrusion 3111 with the groove 3121, so as to facilitate the assembly of the mounting ring 31. In other embodiments, the tab 3111 is disposed on an outer sidewall of the inner race 312 and the groove 3121 is disposed on an inner sidewall of the outer race 311. The equally spaced of lug 3111 is provided with a plurality ofly, and lug 3111 is the triangle-shaped lug, utilizes the inclined plane of triangle-shaped lug like this to make things convenient for lug 3111 joint in recess 3121 more. In other embodiments, the nub 3111 may be replaced with a bead 3122.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a convex ring 3122 is radially protruded from an inner side wall of the inner ring 312, a mounting convex ring 21 overlapping an end surface of the convex ring 3122 is radially protruded from an outer side wall of the movement 2, a connecting piece 4 attached to the movement 2 is provided on the other end surface of the convex ring 3122, the connecting piece 4 and the movement 2 are connected by a fastener 5, and the convex ring 3122 is located between the mounting convex ring 21 and the connecting piece 4. The connecting piece 4 is arranged to facilitate the installation and the disassembly of the movement 2 and the installation ring 31.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, be equipped with the constant head tank 22 that is used for holding connection piece 4 on the core 2, constant head tank 22 is used for realizing the installation of core 2 fast, also is used for preventing that core 2 from rotating relatively to install circle 31 simultaneously, guarantees that core 2 installs the fastness in installing circle 31.
In this embodiment, the connecting pieces 4 are provided with two, the positioning slots 22 are correspondingly provided with two, and the two connecting pieces 4 may be symmetrically arranged or asymmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the mounting ring 31. In other embodiments, the connecting piece 4 is provided with three, four or five.
The process of mounting the movement 2 in the case 1 is: firstly, installing the inner ring 312 and the second elastic ring 33 in the watch case 1, then assembling the movement 2 in the inner ring 312 and placing the installation convex ring 21 on the convex ring 3122, or firstly placing the installation convex ring 21 of the movement 2 on the convex ring 3122 of the inner ring 312, and then installing the inner ring 312, the second elastic ring 33 and the movement 2 in the watch case 1; then install outer lane 311 and first elastic ring 32 in watchcase 1 and make lug 3111 joint in recess 3121, connection piece 4 holding is in constant head tank 22, uses fastener 5 to be connected connection piece 4 and core 2 fastening afterwards to accomplish the installation of core 2, whole installation is quick, simple and convenient, has improved the packaging efficiency of wrist-watch.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the first elastic ring 32 includes a plurality of first elastic pieces 321 circumferentially distributed on the outer ring 311 at intervals, and a gap is formed between two adjacent first elastic pieces 321, so that the elastic deformation of the first elastic pieces 321 is rapid; the second elastic ring 33 includes a plurality of second elastic pieces 331 circumferentially distributed on the inner ring 312 at intervals, and a gap is formed between two adjacent second elastic pieces 331, so that the elastic deformation of the second elastic pieces 331 is fast. The first elastic sheet 321 and the second elastic sheet 331 are used for damping, so that the elastic damping device has the advantages of good elasticity and quick response.
In this embodiment, the outer ring 311 and the first elastic ring 32 are integrally formed, and the inner ring 312 and the second elastic ring 33 are integrally formed, so as to reduce the assembly process of the damper assembly 3 itself and facilitate mass production of the damper assembly 3, thereby reducing the production cost of the wristwatch.
In the present embodiment, the damper assembly 3 is a metal member, specifically, the damper assembly 3 is made of steel material, in the present embodiment, the connecting piece 4 is a metal sheet, and the connecting piece 4 and the inner ring 312 are integrally formed or welded. In other embodiments, the damping member 3 is a plastic member, specifically, the damping member 3 is formed by injection molding of a plastic material, the connecting piece 4 is a plastic piece, and the connecting piece 4 and the inner ring 312 are integrally formed. In the present embodiment, the fastener 5 is a screw.
In this embodiment, the wrist-watch that takes precautions against earthquakes still includes protecgulum 6 and hou gai 7, and protecgulum 6 is transparent glass protecgulum, and the upper end of watchcase 1 is located to protecgulum 6, and the lower extreme of watchcase 1 is located to back lid 7, and core 2 locates in watchcase 1 through damper 3 and respectively with protecgulum 6 and the 7 clearance settings of back lid to make core 2 when receiving the vibrations power, can not collide with other parts of wrist-watch, thereby make core 2 difficult impaired. Specifically, one side of the movement 2 close to the front cover 6 is also provided with a dial 23 and a pointer, and the pointer and the front cover 6 are arranged in a clearance manner, so that the pointer can be ensured to work normally.
According to the shockproof watch provided by the embodiment of the invention, the movement 2 is elastically arranged in the watch case 1 through shock absorption, so that the movement 2 is effectively prevented from being influenced by shock force, and the service life of the shockproof watch is ensured.
