Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a folding structure, and more particularly, to a folding structure for automatically opening a cover of a storage box of a projection apparatus.
Background
In the course of conducting business meetings, teaching demonstrations, mobile office, home life, and the like, products, schemes, pictures, or video presentations often require the use of devices such as projectors to obtain large screen displays.
In recent years, manufacturers have developed short-focus projectors capable of projecting large images at short distances. Even in the ultra-short-focus projector, an image is reflected on a reflector and then the reflector irradiates the projection screen. In the current environment with tight space utilization, when a large-size display screen is required, the application of the short-focus or ultra-short-focus projector is quite practical, and the projector can be suitable for more spaces, especially a small conference room and the like.
At present, in order to make the appearance of the projector more beautiful, a plurality of projector placing boxes appear on the market. When the projector is not used, the projector is stored in the storage box; when the projector is used, the cover for placing the box is opened, and projection display is carried out. However, the placing box on the market at present generally has the following problems that the cover of the placing box cannot be automatically opened, and a user is required to manually remove or install the cover; or the opening speed of the cover for placing the box is too fast in the automatic opening process, so that the cover is easy to collide; or, the opening and closing structure connected to the lid for placing the cartridge is complicated in design.
Therefore, how to overcome the above problems in the placement box of the projector becomes the focus of the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an opening and closing structure for a storage box of a projector, wherein the opening and closing structure can automatically open a cover located at one side of the storage box, and the opening and closing structure includes a damping structure, which can slow down the opening rate of the cover.
The invention provides an opening and closing structure, which is used for automatically lifting a cover on one side of a placing box, and comprises: a base; the connecting rod is rotatably arranged on one side of the base and comprises a first end and a second end which are opposite, and the first end is connected with the cover of the placing box; a first gear disposed at the second end; the second gear is arranged on the base and is meshed with the first gear; the elastic piece comprises a free end and a fixed end, the fixed end is connected with the base, and the free end pushes against the connecting rod; wherein, the elastic piece provides elastic force, and the free end pushes the connecting rod to rotate, so that the cover is automatically opened relative to the placing box.
As an optional technical solution, the first gear comprises a first tooth surface and a second tooth surface, and the height of the first tooth surface is smaller than the height of the second tooth surface; when the cover is in a closed position, the second gear is meshed with the first tooth surface; when the cover is at the opening position, the second gear is meshed with the second tooth surface.
Alternatively, the height of the second tooth flank is twice the height of the first tooth flank.
As an optional technical solution, the first gear is a sector gear, the sector gear is clamped between the base and the connecting rod, and a tooth surface of the sector gear is exposed from the second end and is engaged with the second gear.
As an optional technical solution, the second end of the connecting rod is provided with an opening, the sector gear further includes a convex portion protruding from a surface of the sector gear toward the connecting rod, wherein the convex portion is accommodated in the opening, and the elastic member is sleeved on the convex portion.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the opening and closing structure, the placing box and the projection device, wherein the opening and closing structure adopts the elastic piece to push the connecting rod to rotate, so that the cover at one end of the connecting rod is automatically opened; and the first gear and the second gear which are meshed with each other at the other end of the connecting rod provide resistance so that the cover is slowly and automatically opened.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to embodiments and accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the lid of the storage case of the present invention in an open and closed position; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of an opening and closing structure of the lid of the storage box of the present invention at an opened position; fig. 3 is an exploded view of the opening and closing structure of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the opening and closing structure 100 is suitable for a storage box, and is used for automatically opening a cover on one side of the storage box. The placement box can be used for accommodating the projector.
The opening and closing structure 100 includes an elastic member 10, a connecting rod 20, a first gear 30, a second gear 40 and a base 50, wherein the connecting rod 20 is rotatably disposed at one side of the base 50 and includes a first end 201 and a second end 202 opposite to each other, and the first end 201 is connected to the cover (not shown); the first gear 30 is disposed at the second end 202; the second gear 40 is arranged on the base 50, and the second gear 40 is meshed with the first gear 30; and the elastic element 10 comprises a fixed end 11 and a free end 12, the fixed end 11 is connected with the base 50, and the free end 12 pushes against the connecting rod 20. The elastic member 10 provides an elastic force, and the free end 12 pushes the link 20 to rotate, so that the cover connected to the first end 201 of the link 20 is automatically opened relative to the placing box.
In this embodiment, when the cover is closed at one side of the placing box, the cover and the placing box are mutually buckled by means of clamping, magnetic adsorption and the like, the cover applies an acting force on the free end 12 of the elastic element 10, the free end 12 is extruded, and the elastic element 10 is in a compressed state. When the cover is released from the engagement with the sidewall of the storage box, the elastic member 10 in the compressed state is restored to the extended state, providing the elastic force, and the free end 12 pushes the link 20 to rotate, so that the cover connected to the first end 201 of the link 20 is automatically opened.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the fixed end 11 of the elastic member 10 has a bent portion 111, and the bent portion 111 is inserted into the fixing hole 51 of the base 50. The free end 12 of the elastic element 10 pushes against the link 20, wherein the free end 12 is stopped by a stop 21 on the link 20. The stopper 21 is substantially L-shaped. One end of the L shape is connected with the upper side edge of the connecting rod 20, the other end of the L shape is suspended on the surface of the connecting rod 20, a gap is formed between the other end of the L shape and the connecting rod 20, and the free end 12 enters the limiting part 21 from the gap and is stopped by the limiting part 21. In this embodiment, the limiting portion 21 can be regarded as an L-shaped bending structure extending from the upper side of the connecting rod 20, but not limited thereto. Wherein the upper side of the link 20 is close to the lid where the cartridge is placed.
A first gear 30 is disposed at a second end 202 of link 20, with a tooth surface 32 of first gear 30 exposed at second end 202, and exposed tooth surface 32 intermeshes with second gear 40. The second gear 40 is coupled to the base 50.
In this embodiment, the first gear 30 is fixedly connected to the connecting rod 20. The connecting rod 20 is provided with a first locking hole 22, the first gear 30 is provided with a second locking hole 33, and the locking member 24 locks the first locking hole 22 and the second locking hole 33 to fixedly connect the first gear 30 and the connecting rod 20, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments of the present invention, the fixed connection manner of the first gear and the connecting rod may also be welding, etc.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first gear 30 and the second gear 40 are engaged with each other to form a damping structure, and the damping structure is used to increase the rotation resistance of the connecting rod 20, so as to slow down the opening rate of the cover connected to the connecting rod 20, and on one hand, protect the cover from collision due to quick opening; on the other hand, the operation can be made smoother.
As shown in fig. 3, the tooth surface 32 of the first gear 30 includes a first tooth surface 321 and a second tooth surface 322, the first tooth surface 321 and the second tooth surface 322 are disposed adjacent to each other along the circumferential direction of the first gear 30, and the height H1 of the first tooth surface 321 is smaller than the height H2 of the second tooth surface 322, and preferably, the height H1 is twice the height H2. In the present embodiment, the first gear 30 is a sector gear, and the first tooth surface 321 and the second tooth surface 322 each occupy 1/2 of the tooth surface of the sector gear. Further, the height H3 of the third tooth surface 41 of the second gear 40 is similar to the height H2 of the second tooth surface 322.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the cover is in the closed position, the second gear 40 engages the first tooth surface 321 of the first gear 30; when the cover is in the open position, the second gear 40 engages the second tooth surface 322 of the first gear 30. During the cover opening process, as the connecting rod 20 rotates in the first direction, the third tooth surface 41 engages the first tooth surface 321 and then engages the second tooth surface 322. Since the height H2 of the second tooth surface 322 is greater than the height H1 of the first tooth surface 321, as the tooth surface of the first gear 30, which is engaged with the third tooth surface 41, becomes larger gradually as the rotating shaft 20 rotates, the friction between the second gear 40 and the first gear 30 increases, and the rotation resistance of the rotating shaft 20 increases gradually, so that the lid opening rate at the first end 201 of the rotating shaft 20 is kept consistent at the front and rear stages of the lid opening operation, thereby overcoming the problems that the lid opening operation is too fast at the rear stage of the lid opening operation and the lid opening operation is not smooth due to the rotation acceleration rate of the rotating shaft 20 at the rear stage of the lid opening operation.
Further, the base 50 is provided with a stop member 53, and the stop member 53 is used for stopping the side edge 34 of the first gear 30, on one hand, the second tooth surface 322 of the first gear 30 can be prevented from being disengaged from the third tooth surface 41 of the second gear 40, and on the other hand, the angular range of rotation of the link 20 is limited, so that the cover opening angle of the first end 201 of the link 20 can be controlled. In this embodiment, the side 34 includes an inwardly concave notch, and the stop member 53 stops in the inwardly concave notch when the cover is in the open position. The stopper 53 is, for example, a projection projecting from the base 50.
The height H1 of the first tooth face 321 and the height H2 of the second tooth face 322 are not limited to the above-described multiple relationship. In other embodiments of the present invention, the height of the tooth surface of the first gear may also be gradually increased, that is, the tooth surface of the first gear engaged with the second gear is gradually increased along with the rotation of the rotating shaft when the cover is opened, so as to realize the same opening rate of the front and rear sections of the cover opening operation.
In addition, in the process of closing the cover on the placing box, the user applies a force to the cover, and as the rotating shaft 20 rotates along the second direction, the third tooth surface 41 of the second gear 40 firstly engages with the second tooth surface 322 of the first gear 30 and then engages with the first tooth surface 321 of the first gear 30, that is, the tooth surface of the first gear 30 engaged with the third tooth surface 41 gradually becomes smaller, the friction between the second gear 40 and the first gear 30 decreases, the rotation resistance of the rotating shaft 20 gradually decreases, and the user can apply a smaller force on the cover to perform the closing operation. Wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
As shown in fig. 3, the first gear 30 and the connecting rod 20 are two separate elements, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments of the present invention, the first gear and the connecting rod may be integrated into a single component, for example, a gear structure having a first tooth surface and a second tooth surface may be formed at the second end of the connecting rod, and the first tooth surface and the second tooth surface may be respectively engaged with the second gear.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the link 20 further includes an opening 23, the first gear 30 includes a protrusion 31, the protrusion 31 extends from a surface of the link 20 toward the link 20, wherein the protrusion 31 is disposed in the opening 23, and the elastic element 10 is disposed on the protrusion 31 and received in the opening 23. In order to increase the friction between the elastic member 10 and the convex portion 31, the outer side surface of the convex portion 31 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 312. In other words, one of the protrusion 31 and the base 50 is provided with a pivot shaft 51, the other of the protrusion 31 and the base 50 is provided with a pivot hole 311, and the pivot shaft 51 and the pivot hole 311 are matched with each other, so that the rotating shaft 20 is rotatably connected with the base 50.
The base 50 may be fixed to a sidewall of the storage box, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments of the invention, the base may be a side wall of the holding box.
The invention also provides a placing box, which comprises the opening and closing structure 100. The cover is arranged on one side of the placing box and can be closed on one side of the placing box, and the cover can be opened relative to one side of the placing box. Wherein, one end of the link 20 of the opening and closing structure 100 is connected with the cover, wherein the link 20 rotates along a first direction to open the cover; the connecting rod 20 rotates the cover along the second direction to be buckled on one side of the placing box; wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
The invention further provides a projection apparatus, which includes a projector and a storage box, wherein the projector is accommodated in the storage box, and the storage box includes the opening and closing structure 100.
