Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention in any way.
Example 1
As shown in the drawings, the forming and processing device for the special-shaped body part of the invention comprises a base 62, a feeding mechanism 65 arranged on the base 62, a workpiece positioning mechanism 64, a double-station orienting/returning mechanism 66, a scanning detection mechanism 63, a forming mechanism 67 and a blanking mechanism 69.
The feeding mechanism 65 is used for sequentially feeding and conveying the blank workpieces 29 one by one to the workpiece positioning mechanism 64; the workpiece positioning mechanism 64 is used for positioning the blank workpiece 29 transmitted by the feeding mechanism 65 and transmitting the positioned blank workpiece 29 to the scanning detection mechanism 63 and the double-station orienting/material returning mechanism 66; the scanning detection mechanism 63 is used for scanning and photographing the blank workpiece 29 to determine the number characters on the blank workpiece 29; the double-station orienting/material returning mechanism 66 is used for orienting, material returning and station switching of the blank workpiece 29, conveying the directionally-grabbed blank workpiece 29 into the forming mechanism 67, and returning the formed workpiece after the forming mechanism 67 is finished; the forming mechanism 67 is used for performing roll extrusion forming on the blank workpiece 29 according to a preset angle; the blanking mechanism 69 is used for being matched with a double-station directional material returning function and used for storing and conveying molded workpieces.
In this embodiment, the direction from the double-station orienting/returning mechanism 66 to the blanking mechanism 69 is set as the X-axis direction; the direction in which the workpiece positioning mechanism 64 is conveyed to the double-station orienting/material returning mechanism 66 is set to be the Y-axis direction, and the running directions of the upper supporting plate 61 and the lower supporting plate of the base 62 are set to be the Z-axis direction.
The positions of the respective mechanisms of the molding device are set as follows:
the feeding mechanism 65 is arranged on one side of the workpiece positioning mechanism 64 in the X-axis direction, and the discharging end of the feeding mechanism 65 corresponds to the feeding end of the workpiece positioning mechanism 64 in position, so as to push the blank workpiece 29 of the feeding mechanism 65 onto the workpiece positioning mechanism 64;
the workpiece positioning mechanism 64 is provided with a conveying assembly which is transferred from the X-axis direction to the Y-axis direction and is used for conveying the positioned blank workpiece 29 between the double-station orienting/material returning mechanism 66 and the scanning detection mechanism 63;
the double-station orienting/returning mechanism 66 is arranged on one side of the feeding mechanism 65 in the Y-axis direction in parallel, and the double-station orienting/returning mechanism 66 and the scanning detection mechanism 63 are respectively positioned on two sides of the workpiece positioning mechanism 64 in the Y-axis direction;
the scanning detection mechanism 63 is positioned at the discharge end of the workpiece positioning mechanism 64, and the feeding end of the double-station orienting/discharging mechanism 66 is arranged corresponding to the discharge end of the workpiece positioning mechanism 64 and the detection end of the scanning detection mechanism 63;
the blanking mechanism 69 and the forming mechanism 67 are sequentially arranged on one side of the scanning detection mechanism 63 in the Y-axis direction in parallel, the blanking mechanism 69 is located between the scanning detection mechanism 63 and the forming mechanism 67, the forming mechanism 67 corresponds to the position of the feeding end of the double-station orienting/returning mechanism 66, and the blanking mechanism 69 corresponds to the position of the discharging end of the double-station orienting/returning mechanism 66 and is used for pushing the formed workpiece to be blanked out of the forming device under the action of the double-station orienting/returning mechanism 66.
The base 62 includes backup pad 61 and bottom suspension fagging, upward be equipped with a plurality of bracing pieces between backup pad 61 and the bottom suspension fagging, and make the inside cavity of this base 62.
The feeding mechanism 65 comprises a feeding base 1, a sheave seat 2, a sheave 9 arranged in the sheave seat 2, a feeding box 10 arranged on the sheave seat 2, a ratchet wheel 5 assembly driving the sheave seat 2 to rotate and a pushing cylinder 4 for pushing out a blank workpiece 29; the feeding base 1 is arranged on an upper supporting plate 61, the sheave seat 2 is arranged on the feeding base 1 through a screw and a sheave bearing 6, a feeding channel is formed between the sheave seat 2 and the feeding base 1, and the feeding channel is matched with a pushing assembly to push a blank workpiece 29 in the feeding channel out of a feeding mechanism 65;
further, the sheave seat 2 is mounted at the bottom of the inner side of the feeding box 10 through screws, the ratchet wheel 5 assembly is mounted on the top surface of one side of the feeding box 10 and used for driving a blank workpiece 29 in the feeding box 10 to fall into the sheave 9, the ratchet wheel 5 assembly comprises a pawl pushing cylinder 3, a pawl 7 and a ratchet wheel 5, the pawl 7 is hinged to an output shaft of the pawl pushing cylinder 3, the top end of the output shaft of the pawl pushing cylinder 3 is connected with the ratchet wheel 5 and used for driving the ratchet wheel 5 to rotate, and when the pawl pushing cylinder 3 swings, the pawl 7 is driven to be inserted into the ratchet wheel 5 and used for pushing the ratchet wheel 5 to rotate in the same direction; when the blank workpiece 29 is put into the feeding box 10, the pawl pushing cylinder 33 drives the pawl 7 to push the ratchet wheel 5 to rotate, so that the blank workpiece 29 falls into the grooved wheel 9 in the grooved wheel seat 2, the grooved wheel 9 rotates to enable the blank workpiece 29 to fall into the feeding channel, and the blank workpiece 29 is pushed out of the feeding channel to the workpiece positioning mechanism 64 under the pushing of the pushing cylinder 4.
Further, a material guiding end cover 8 is arranged on the material feeding box 10.
The workpiece positioning mechanism 64 comprises a synchronous conveying component, a driven sliding plate 13, an axial positioning component, a central positioning component and a locking component, wherein the axial positioning component, the central positioning component and the locking component are arranged on the sliding plate 13;
further, the synchronous conveying assembly comprises a driving motor 11, a first synchronous belt 22, a driving wheel 12, a driven wheel 23 and a first guide rail 21, wherein the first guide rail 21 and the first synchronous belt 22 are arranged along the Y-axis direction, and the first guide rail 21 and the first synchronous belt 22 are arranged in parallel; the driving motor 11 is vertically arranged on the base 62, the bottom of the driving motor 11 is arranged on the lower supporting plate, and the top part passes through the cavity to be connected with the upper supporting plate 61, the driving wheel 12 is arranged at the top part of the driving motor 11, the output shaft of the driving motor 11 is connected with a driving wheel 12, the driven wheel 23 is arranged on the upper supporting plate 61, the driving wheel 12 is connected with the driven wheel 23 through a first synchronous belt 22, for rotating the driving pulley 12 by the driving motor 11 and the driven pulley 23 by the first timing belt 22, the bottom of the sliding plate 13 is formed with a sliding block engaged with the first guide rail 21 and a moving block engaged with the first timing belt 22, so that the driving wheel 12 rotates to move the sliding plate 13 along the first timing belt 22 and the first guide rail 21 toward the scanning detection mechanism 63 under the driving of the driving motor 11;
the axial positioning assembly comprises a finger cylinder 24 and 2 copying positioning blocks 20 arranged on the finger cylinder 24, the finger cylinder 24 is arranged on the sliding plate 13, a second guide rail is arranged on one side of the finger cylinder 24, the 2 copying positioning blocks 20 slide along the second guide rail under the driving of the finger cylinder 24 to realize a separation state and a closing state, the 2 copying positioning blocks 20 are used for clamping a blank workpiece 29 when being opened into two separated pieces, the 2 copying positioning blocks are used for axially positioning the blank workpiece 29 when being closed, and the direction of clamping the feeding materials of the copying positioning blocks 20 corresponds to the discharge end of the feeding mechanism 65;
the center positioning assembly comprises a vertically arranged differential head 17 and a V-shaped block 19 arranged corresponding to the differential head 17, the bottom of the differential head 17 is connected with a differential head motor, the differential head 17 is driven by the differential head motor to perform center adjustment on a blank workpiece 29 placed on the V-shaped block 19, and the V-shaped block 19 is arranged on one side of the profiling positioning block 20 so that the V-shaped block 19 is matched with the profiling positioning block 20 to position the blank workpiece 29;
the locking assembly comprises a first bracket 15, a first supporting plate 16 and a first locking cylinder 18, wherein the first bracket 15 is vertically arranged on the sliding plate 13, the first supporting plate 16 is arranged on the top of the first bracket 15, and the first locking cylinder 18 is arranged on the top of the first supporting plate 16 and used for locking a blank workpiece 29.
The forming mechanism 67 comprises a circular die assembly and a linear die assembly matched with the circular die assembly, and forming grooves which are oppositely arranged are formed between the circular die assembly and the linear die assembly and are used for enabling the die assemblies to relatively move during machining and forming so as to extrude the blank workpiece 29 in a winding mode;
the circular die assembly comprises a first mounting plate 46, a circular die 47, a speed reducer 45 and a servo motor 44, wherein the speed reducer 45 (a low back clearance planetary speed reducer 45 with the model number of AB0901L1-S2-19-40-80-100-M6) is arranged above the servo motor 44, the bottom of the servo motor 44 is fixed with an external working plane, an output shaft of the servo motor 44 is connected with the speed reducer 45, an output shaft of the speed reducer 45 is connected with the circular die 47 through the first mounting plate 46 and used for enabling the circular die 47 to rotate under the driving of the servo motor 44, a second connecting plate 48 is arranged at the top of the circular die 47, a clamping cylinder 50 is mounted on the second connecting plate 48, and the clamping cylinder 50 is used for being matched with the circular die 47 to lock and lock the blank workpiece 29 in the circular die 47.
Further, a first forming groove 75 is formed on the outer side of the circular mold 47, the shape of the first forming groove 75 is matched with the shape of the inner side of the forming workpiece, a first notch 80 and a second notch 81 are respectively formed on the outer side of the circular mold 47 for being matched with the second connecting plate 48 and the clamping cylinder 50, and a through hole 78 for being connected with an output shaft of the speed reducer 45 is formed in the center of the circular mold 47.
The linear die assembly comprises a second mounting plate 55, a first synchronous motor 56, a linear die 52, a ball screw 51 and a third synchronous belt 54, wherein the bottom of the first synchronous motor 56 is fixed with an external working plane, the top of the first synchronous motor 56 is provided with the second mounting plate 55, the second mounting plate 55 is horizontally provided with a sixth guide rail 49 and the ball screw 51 which are parallel to each other, the ball screw 51 passes through the linear die 52 matched with the ball screw 51, two ends of the ball screw 51 are mounted on the second mounting plate 55 through a ball screw 51 nut seat, the linear die 52 is slidably mounted on the sixth guide rail 49 through a sliding block 53, an output shaft of the first synchronous motor 56 is connected with one end of the ball screw 51 through the third synchronous belt 54, when the first synchronous motor 56 rotates, the output shaft of the first synchronous motor 56 drives the ball screw 51 to rotate through the synchronous belt, so that the linear die 52 is moved along the sixth guide rail 49 to move the linear die 52 toward or away from the circular die 47 to perform roll extrusion of the blank workpiece 29 disposed between the dies.
Further, the bottom of the linear die 52 is formed with an inward catching groove 79 for the slider 53 to be caught in the catching groove 79, the slider 53 is fixed to the linear die 52 by bolts, a second forming groove 77 is formed on a side of the linear die 52 facing the circular die 47, and the second forming groove 77 matches with the outer shape of the formed workpiece.
Because the first forming groove 75 of the circular die 47 is arranged opposite to the second forming groove 77 of the linear die 52, the linear die 52 is driven to move towards the circular die 47 under the driving of the first synchronous motor 56, and the roll extrusion of the blank workpiece 29 clamped between the circular die 47 and the clamping cylinder 50 is realized, so that the roll extrusion of the blank workpiece 29 is completed in the relative motion of the circular die 47 and the linear die 52 to form a formed workpiece.
The double-station orienting/returning mechanism 66 comprises a station switching component, a station supporting plate 27 driven by the station switching component, a grabbing station component and a returning station component, wherein the grabbing station component and the returning station component are arranged on the station supporting plate 27, the grabbing station component is used for grabbing and driving a blank workpiece 29 to rotate to a preset angle and conveying the blank workpiece 29 to the forming mechanism 67, and the returning station component is used for pushing the formed workpiece in the forming mechanism 67 to the discharging mechanism 69.
Further, the station switching assembly includes a station switching plate 76, a station switching cylinder 30 and a third guide rail 38, the third guide rail 38 is installed on the station switching plate 76, the third guide rail 38 is two linear guide rails arranged in parallel, the station supporting plate 27 is installed on the third guide rail 38 in a sliding manner, and one side of the station supporting plate 27 is connected with an output end of the station switching cylinder 30 to drive the station supporting plate 27 to slide along the third guide rail 38 so as to realize switching between the gripping station and the material returning station (as shown in fig. 3, the moving direction is the Y-axis direction).
Further, a buffer cylinder 40 is provided on the station switching plate 76.
The grabbing station assembly comprises a fourth guide rail 28, a driving cylinder 36, a driven grabbing station moving block 82 and a grabbing assembly arranged on the grabbing station moving block 82, the fourth guide rail 28 is arranged on the station supporting plate 27, the grabbing station moving block 82 is slidably arranged on the fourth guide rail 28, the output end of the driving cylinder 36 is connected with the grabbing station moving block 82, and the driving cylinder 36 is arranged on one side of the station supporting plate 27 and used for driving the grabbing station moving block 82 to move in the X-axis direction along the fourth guide rail 28;
further, the grabbing assembly comprises a three-jaw cylinder 31, a rotating shaft 34, a second synchronous motor 33 and a second synchronous belt 35, the second synchronous motor 33 is arranged at the top of the grabbing station moving block 82, the rotating shaft 34 is arranged in the grabbing station moving block 82, an output shaft of the synchronous motor is connected with an output shaft of the rotating shaft 34 through the second synchronous belt 35, the three-jaw cylinder 31 is arranged on one side of the grabbing station moving block 82, a grabbing end of the three-jaw cylinder 31 faces to one end of the workpiece positioning mechanism 64 for grabbing the blank workpiece 29 conveyed by the workpiece positioning mechanism 64, and one end of the rotating shaft 34 far away from the second synchronous belt 35 is connected with the three-jaw cylinder 31 through a rotating joint 32 so as to avoid air pipe winding of the three-jaw cylinder 31; when the second synchronous motor 33 operates, the rotating shaft 34 is driven to rotate by the second synchronous belt 35, so that the three-jaw cylinder 31 which has grabbed the blank workpiece 29 rotates at a preset speed to cooperate with the industrial camera 43 of the scanning detection mechanism 63 to scan and photograph the blank workpiece 29, and when the industrial camera 43 detects the serial number characters of the blank workpiece 29, the second synchronous motor 33 and the rotating shaft 34 are controlled to rotate the blank workpiece 29 to a preset forming processing position, and the serial number characters of the formed workpiece are positioned behind the outer side of the blank workpiece 29, so that the serial number characters of the formed workpiece are uniform in position.
Further speaking, be equipped with fifth guide rail 25, material returned cylinder 37 and material returned slider 39 on the material returned station, material returned slider 39 slidable mounting is on fifth guide rail 25, material returned cylinder 37's output and material returned slider 39 are connected in order to be used for driving material returned slider 39 and remove along fifth guide rail 25, be equipped with material returned piece on the material returned slider 39 in order to be used for pushing out the mould with the shaping work piece after the processing of forming mechanism 67 to make shaping work piece fall into the material returned that realizes shaping work piece in the unloading mechanism 69.
Furthermore, a second differential head 26 is arranged on the station supporting plate 27, and the second differential head 26 is arranged on one side of the material returning slide block 39 to position the material returning cylinder 37.
Furthermore, the section of the material returning end of the material returning piece is a cylindrical surface, and the diameter of the cylindrical surface is smaller than that of the cylindrical section of the formed workpiece.
The scanning detection mechanism 63 comprises a connecting plate 41 mounted on the upper supporting plate 61, a second bracket 42 mounted on the connecting plate 41, and an industrial camera 43 fixed at the top end of the second bracket 42, wherein the industrial camera 43 is used for scanning the number characters of the blank workpiece 29.
The blanking mechanism 69 comprises a slide way 68 and a conveying assembly, the feeding end of the slide way 68 is arranged at the material returning end of the material returning station assembly, the discharging end of the slide way 68 is connected with the conveying assembly, and the slide way 68 is obliquely arranged on the upper supporting plate 61;
further, the conveying assembly comprises a conveying motor 57 and a conveying belt 59 driven by the conveying motor 57, the conveying belt 59 is fixed on the surface of a workbench 72 of the forming and processing device through a conveying support frame 58, the discharging end of the slide way 68 is connected with the conveying belt 59, and the conveying belt 59 is driven by the conveying motor 57 to rotate to complete the blanking process of the formed workpiece. When the formed workpieces fall into the conveyor belts 59 through the slide ways 68, the formed workpieces are stored on the conveyor belts 59 for continuous operation of the forming device every time one formed workpiece conveyor belt 59 runs for a certain distance, and the formed workpieces are prevented from directly falling into a finished product box and being abraded to collide with the formed workpieces. The operator removes several formed workpieces from the conveyor 59 at intervals.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, the method using the molding processing apparatus for a profile body part according to embodiment 1 includes the steps of:
(1) workpiece feeding and positioning: firstly, a blank workpiece 29 is manually placed into a feeding box 10 of a feeding mechanism 65, a wheel assembly is started, a pawl pushing cylinder 3 drives a pawl 7 to enable a ratchet wheel 5 to rotate, the blank workpiece 29 falls into a grooved wheel 9 in a grooved wheel seat 2, the blank workpiece 29 enters a feeding channel after the grooved wheel 9 rotates, and a material pushing cylinder 4 is started to push the blank workpiece 29 out of the feeding channel to a workpiece positioning mechanism 64;
(2) positioning a workpiece: a profiling positioning block 20 of the workpiece positioning mechanism 64 clamps a blank workpiece 29, and after the blank workpiece 29 is axially and centrally positioned by the axial positioning assembly, the central positioning assembly and the locking assembly, the positioned blank workpiece 29 is conveyed to the scanning detection mechanism 63 by the first synchronous belt 22;
(3) scanning and detecting: the industrial camera 43 of the scanning detection mechanism 63 scans and photographs the blank workpiece 29 and identifies the serial number characters on the blank workpiece 29;
(4) workpiece orientation: after the numbering characters on the blank workpiece 29 are identified, the blank workpiece is switched to a grabbing station under the action of the double-station orienting/material returning mechanism 66, the three-jaw cylinder 31 is driven to grab the blank workpiece 29, and the three-jaw cylinder 31 is driven to rotate under the action of the synchronous motor through the second synchronous belt 35 so that the numbering characters of the blank workpiece 29 are positioned on the outer side of the forming surface;
(5) roll extrusion forming: the rotationally positioned blank workpiece 29 is moved into a linear die 52 of a forming mechanism 67, the blank workpiece 29 is clamped and positioned through a clamping cylinder 50, the blank workpiece 29 is coiled and extruded according to a preset position, a circular die 47 rotates along the axial direction, the linear die 52 moves on a guide rail at the same operation speed as the circular die 47, the blank workpiece 29 is coiled and extruded, after the blank workpiece 29 is formed, the circular die 47 and the linear die 52 return to the zero point, and the clamping cylinder 50 is loosened;
(6) blanking a workpiece: the double-station orienting/returning mechanism 66 is switched to a returning station, the formed workpiece is pushed out of the mold under the action of the returning air cylinder 37, falls on a slide way 68 of the blanking mechanism 69 and falls on the conveyor belt 59 through the slide way 68, and finally the operator takes the formed workpiece off the conveyor belt 59 and puts the workpiece into a turnover box.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 1, a sensor 60 is arranged on one side of the conveying end of the conveyor belt 59 and used for detecting the formed workpiece conveyed to the end of the conveyor belt 59, the sensor 60 is electrically connected with an external controller 73, the sensor 60 sends a signal for detecting the formed workpiece to the controller 73, and the controller 73 sends a control signal to stop the operation of the forming processing device.
Example 4
On the basis of embodiment 1, the first notch 80 is an inwardly recessed rounded notch, and the second notch 81 is an inwardly recessed rectangular notch.
The first notch 80 and the second notch 81 are used for matching with the installation of the second connecting plate 48 and the clamping cylinder 50, and do not influence the axial rotation of the circular mold 47.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 14, the molding apparatus for profile body parts according to the present invention includes a table 72, a controller 73, an electrical cabinet 71, and the molding device described in embodiment 5, wherein the electrical cabinet 71 is disposed below the table 72, the controller 73 is disposed on one side of the surface of the table 72, the table 72 is provided with a working area 70, the molding device is disposed on the working area 70, and the electrical cabinet 71 and the controller 73 are electrically connected to the molding device.
Further, a protective cover 74 is provided outside the molding device.
Spatially relative terms, such as "upper," "lower," "left," "right," and the like, may be used in the embodiments for ease of description to describe one element or feature's relationship to another element or feature as illustrated in the figures. It will be understood that the spatial terms are intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. the feeding mechanism is used for sequentially conveying the blank workpieces to the workpiece positioning mechanism one by one;
the workpiece positioning mechanism is used for receiving and positioning blank workpieces conveyed by the feeding mechanism and conveying the positioned blank workpieces to the scanning detection mechanism and the double-station orientation/material returning mechanism;
the scanning detection mechanism is used for scanning the blank workpiece and determining the number characters on the blank workpiece;
the double-station orienting/returning mechanism is used for carrying out rotary orientation, returning and station switching on the blank workpiece, conveying the directionally-grabbed blank workpiece into the forming mechanism, and retreating the blank workpiece out of the forming mechanism after the blank workpiece is processed in the forming mechanism;

(6) blanking a workpiece: the double-station directional/material returning mechanism is switched to a material returning station, a formed workpiece is pushed out of the die under the action of the material returning cylinder, falls onto a slide way of the blanking mechanism and falls onto the conveying belt through the slide way, and finally an operator takes the formed workpiece off the conveying belt and puts the formed workpiece into a turnover box.
