Preferably, the shape of the air holes comprises a circle, a diamond, a square or an ellipse.
Preferably, the primary air intake duct includes at least two air holes of the same shape.
Preferably, the electronic cigarette structure capable of preventing whistle sound from being produced during smoking further comprises a charging interface, one end of the charging interface is fixed on the circuit board, and the other end of the charging interface extends to the opening at the bottom of the shell; the charging interface is electrically connected with the circuit board.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood by those skilled in the art, the present invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. As shown in fig. 1-3, in one embodiment of the present invention, the electronic cigarette structure for preventing whistle sound generated during smoking comprises a housing 10, a mouthpiece is disposed on the top of the housing 10, and an opening 11 is disposed on the bottom of the housing 10; the housing 10 is provided therein with a bracket 20, a battery 30, a microphone assembly 40, a circuit board 50 and an atomizer.
A sealing ring 21 is arranged between the outer side of the top of the support 20 and the inner wall of the shell, a sealing ring 22 is arranged between the outer side of the bottom of the support 20 and the shell of the support, the support 20 is connected with the shell in a sealing mode through the sealing ring 21 and the sealing ring 22, a sealed battery bin is formed inside the support 20, and the battery 30 is arranged in the battery bin. A main air inlet channel 23 is arranged at the position of the bottom of the bracket 20 deviating from the center, and the main air inlet channel 23 comprises at least two air holes; the top of the bracket 20 is provided with an air outlet 24.
The microphone assembly 40 is located between the bottom of the bracket 20 and the bottom of the housing, the microphone assembly 40 includes a microphone sealing member 41 and a microphone 42, and the microphone sealing member 41 is preferably a silicone sealing member. The microphone sealing element 41 is fixedly arranged at the center of the bottom of the bracket 20, and the microphone 42 is fixedly arranged on the microphone sealing element 41.
The atomizer is located support 20 top, the bottom butt of this atomizer support 20 top, and the bottom of atomizer is provided with the atomizing inlet port, this atomizing inlet port with venthole 24 intercommunication. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the main air inlet 23 may be composed of at least two air holes with the same shape, and the shape of the air holes may be circular, diamond, square, oval or other shapes. In other embodiments of the present invention, the main air inlet 23 may also be composed of at least two air holes with different shapes, such as 2 square air holes, an oval air hole, a diamond air hole, and further such as a square air hole, a trapezoid air hole, a diamond air hole; in summary, the number and shape of the air holes of the main air inlet channel 23 can be set according to actual conditions.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the electronic cigarette structure capable of preventing whistling sound from being generated during smoking further comprises a charging interface 60, and the charging interface 60 is preferably a USB charging interface. One end of the charging interface 60 is fixed on the circuit board 50, the other end of the charging interface extends to the opening 11 at the bottom of the shell 10, and the charging interface 60 is electrically connected with the circuit board 50.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the bracket 20 is further provided with a circuit board fixing seat 51, and the circuit board 50 is fixed on the circuit board fixing seat 51 by screws. In other embodiments of the present invention, the circuit board 50 may also be fixed on the circuit board fixing seat 51 by other fixing methods, for example, the circuit board 50 may be fixed on the circuit board fixing seat 51 by a snap. The top of the bracket 20 is provided with two air outlets 24, two magnets 25 and two elastic electrodes 26, and correspondingly, the bottom of the atomizer is provided with two electrode terminals which are connected with the elastic electrodes 26 in a matching manner. The positive and negative poles of the battery 30 are respectively connected with the circuit board, the circuit board is respectively connected with the two elastic electrodes 26, the two elastic electrodes 26 are respectively butted with two electrode terminals of the atomizer so as to provide electric energy for the atomizer, a heating wire in the atomizer generates heat, and the working state of the atomizer can be controlled through the circuit board.
When the electronic cigarette structure capable of preventing whistle sound generated during smoking is used, a user sucks the cigarette holder through the mouth, air enters the shell 10 from the opening 11 at the bottom of the shell 10, the microphone 42 is started to generate a signal to start the atomizer, external air continuously flows into the battery bin formed in the support 20 from the main air inlet 23, then sequentially enters the atomizer through the air outlet 24 and the atomization air inlet, and finally flows out of the cigarette holder and enters the mouth of the user.
The air flow rates of the two air inlets with the same area are the same, if one large air hole is divided into a plurality of small air holes, although the sum of the areas of the small air holes is the same as the area of the large air hole, the sum of the circumferences of the small air holes is larger than the circumference of the large air hole. In the invention, the main air inlet 23 adopts a porous structure, the main air inlet 23 comprises at least two air holes, the number of the air holes and the perimeter of the air holes are increased, the displacement resistance of a medium is increased when sound waves are conducted, and the sound waves with certain frequencies are emitted and interfered at the interface with abrupt acoustic impedance so as to play a role in eliminating whistle generated in the suction process of the electronic cigarette.
