Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome or at least partially solve the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide an ear tag and ear tag pliers, in which a sample is obtained while the ear tag is being marked, and the sample is used for detection and food tracing.
Embodiments of the present invention are implemented as follows:
1. The inventor finds that the ear tag existing in the market at present is mainly used for counting the quantity of livestock, identifying epidemic prevention information, identifying animals and having individual monitoring livestock body temperature data through long-term research and practice. However, the existing ear tags have the following defects that animal samples cannot be obtained while the ear tags are marked, the samples are extremely important for later detection and food tracing, the detection result of the samples can be used as a reference basis, and whether the animals (such as pigs) corresponding to the samples have genetic diseases or not can be detected, and whether antibiotics are used or not can also be detected. In view of the above, the application provides an ear tag which is improved on a ear tag in the prior art, the ear tag comprises a bearing part and a cylindrical mounting part integrally connected with the bearing part and used for mounting a cylindrical cutter, the cylindrical cutter is sleeved on the cylindrical mounting part, the cutter back of the cylindrical cutter is abutted against the bearing part, and the cutter point is opposite to an auxiliary ear tag.
When the ear tag is in operation, the main ear tag is assembled on the upper clamp mouth of the ear tag clamp, the auxiliary ear tag is assembled on the lower clamp mouth of the ear tag clamp, the upper clamp mouth and the lower clamp mouth are closed by applying force to the handle of the ear tag clamp, at the moment, the ear tag head penetrates through the ear of the livestock and is embedded into the auxiliary ear tag to fix the ear tag, and the cylindrical knife cuts off an ear piece of meat, namely a sample, in the ear tag punching process.
In some embodiments of the invention, the tag head extends beyond the auxiliary tag after the primary tag penetrates the auxiliary tag, the auxiliary tag being captured between the tag head and the tag face. In some embodiments of the invention, the knife edge of the cylindrical knife is inclined inwardly. Example 2
Referring to fig. 1-2, this embodiment is a further improvement on the basis of embodiment 1, in which, after the primary ear tag 1 penetrates the secondary ear tag 2, the ear tag head 13 extends out of the secondary ear tag 2, and the secondary ear tag 2 is limited between the ear tag head 13 and the ear tag face 11. The purpose of this arrangement is to make the connection of the primary ear tag 1 and the secondary ear tag 2 more stable, preventing falling off to a certain extent.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the blade edge of the cylindrical knife 3 is inclined inwardly. Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the thickness of the cylindrical cutter 3 gradually increases from the blade edge to the back. The aim of this arrangement is to increase the toughness of the cylindrical knife 3 and to some extent to avoid breakage of the cylindrical knife 3 under stress during cutting.
In some embodiments of the invention, the projected area of the bearing 131 on the horizontal plane is larger than the projected area of the cylindrical blade 3 on the horizontal plane. The purpose of this is to limit the cylindrical knife 3 and to withstand the pressure of the annular knife.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 5-7, the difference between the present embodiment and embodiments 2 and 3 is that an ear tag clip is provided, which includes a clip body 4, the clip body 4 includes an upper clip mouth 41 for assembling the main ear tag 1 and a lower clip mouth 42 for assembling the auxiliary ear tag 2, the lower clip mouth 42 is provided with a mounting portion 421 penetrating through the lower clip mouth 42 and detachably connected to the sample receiving bottle 5, and after the mounting portion 421 is connected to the sample receiving bottle 5, the mounting portion 421 is communicated to the inside of the sample receiving bottle 5.
The design principle is that in order to avoid the meat piece that cuts down to be polluted, set up the installation department 421 that runs through lower tong mouth 42 and detachably connect receipts appearance bottle 5 on lower tong mouth 42, installation department 421 is connected with receipts appearance bottle 5 after, and installation department 421 communicates to receipts appearance bottle 5 inside, and receipts appearance bottle 5 is used for receiving the meat piece that cuts down that is the sample.
Example 4
Referring to fig. 5-7, this embodiment is a further improvement over embodiment 3 in that in some embodiments of the present invention, the sample collection bottle 5 is provided with internal threads, and the mounting portion 421 is provided with external threads matching the internal threads. The purpose of setting up like this is that threaded connection is more fastening, and convenient dismantlement.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the upper handle 43 and the lower handle 44 of the clamp body 4 are provided with anti-clamping portions 45 respectively corresponding to the opposite surfaces. The purpose of this arrangement is to prevent pinching of the palm during operation, and when the upper jaw 41 and the lower jaw 42 are fully closed, the two anti-pinching portions 45 on the upper handle 43 and the lower handle 44 abut against each other.
In some embodiments of the invention, the sample receiving bottle 5 is a brown glass bottle and is provided with a sealing cap. The brown glass bottle can avoid illumination, reduce illumination during storage, and seal the sample during sealing.
In summary, an embodiment of the present invention provides an ear tag and ear tag pliers, which improves the ear tag 13 in the prior art, where the ear tag 13 includes a bearing portion 131 and a cylindrical mounting portion 132 integrally connected with the bearing portion 131 for mounting a cylindrical cutter 3, the cylindrical cutter 3 is sleeved on the cylindrical mounting portion 132, a back of the cylindrical cutter 3 abuts against the bearing portion 131, and the blade is opposite to the auxiliary ear tag 2. During operation, the main ear tag 1 is assembled on the upper clamp mouth of the ear tag clamp, the auxiliary ear tag 2 is assembled on the lower clamp mouth of the ear tag clamp, the upper clamp mouth and the lower clamp mouth are closed by applying force to the handle of the ear tag clamp, at the moment, the ear tag head 13 penetrates through the ear of the livestock and is embedded into the auxiliary ear tag 2 to fix the ear tag, and in the process of ear tag marking, the cylindrical knife 3 cuts off an ear meat to be left as a sample, and the sample is used for detection and food tracing.
The middle ear tag clamp in the prior art is improved, the lower clamp mouth 42 is provided with the mounting part 421 which penetrates through the lower clamp mouth 42 and is detachably connected with the sample receiving bottle 5, after the mounting part 421 is connected with the sample receiving bottle 5, the mounting part 421 is communicated to the inside of the sample receiving bottle 5, and the sample receiving bottle 5 is used for receiving and storing cut meat blocks, namely samples, so that the cut samples are prevented from being polluted.
