2. Triggering a customized inquiry service processing process through the behavior of dialing the called number:
the method is characterized in that a user dials a called number, third party bill information related to a calling number can be obtained without providing any information, and the identity of the dialed user is confirmed by comparing the third party bill information with a mobile phone number reserved by a third party bill management system according to the uniqueness and the non-replicable characteristic of the calling number.
3. Through the behavior of dialing the called number, pressing any key triggers the customized payment or recharging service processing process:
