Abstract
The invention relates to the field of temperature and humidity measurement, and particularly discloses a temperature and humidity detection system and method, which comprise the following steps: the temperature and humidity sensor collects temperature and humidity data of corresponding positions within preset time; the data processing module detects the integrity of data by using the verification unit and calculates temperature and humidity data within a preset distance range at a corresponding position by using a preset algorithm; actual environment temperature and humidity data in a specified time are uploaded to a cloud server through a GSM unit through an identification unit; and the display module displays the calculated temperature and humidity data and corresponding time information. Meanwhile, a sintered ceramic structure attached to the surface of the probe is utilized, so that the problem that misjudgment is easily caused due to probe blockage caused by condensed water is effectively solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of temperature and humidity measurement, in particular to a temperature and humidity detection system and method.
Background
At present, in a known temperature and humidity sensor, a probe for measuring temperature and humidity is inserted into a low-temperature environment, the temperature and humidity of the environment are detected by using the temperature and humidity probe, and a returned value is reported to a server through a GSM module. However, the probes of many temperature and humidity sensors are not sensitive enough, and cannot report the temperature and humidity of the actual environment at a specified time, and a common temperature and humidity probe generates condensed water when heated in a low-temperature environment, so that the probe is blocked, and the correct temperature and humidity cannot be provided, which easily causes misjudgment.
In the prior art, for example, chinese patent with publication number CN110095157A discloses a temperature and humidity detection system, by which two types of probes can be arranged and connected with a sensor interface in a plug-in manner, so that different types of probes can be replaced conveniently to measure different parameter information in a cold chain environment, and efficiency is improved, but the problem of inaccurate detection caused by the fact that the probes are easily covered by condensed water is still not solved; also, as disclosed in chinese patent No. CN104714577B, a temperature and humidity measurement and control apparatus, system, and method are disclosed, by which a plurality of anecdotal humidity probes are connected to the same host, so that the probes are easy to network, the cost is reduced, but the problem of probe condensation water is also solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems and ensure that the temperature and humidity probe can not be influenced by condensed water to ensure the measurement precision, the invention provides a temperature and humidity detection system and a temperature and humidity detection method, which comprise a temperature and humidity sensor, a data processing module and a display module, wherein:
the temperature and humidity sensor comprises a plurality of temperature-sensitive temperature and humidity probes and data lines, wherein the temperature-sensitive temperature and humidity probes and the data lines are arranged at different positions and are used for acquiring temperature and humidity data of corresponding positions within preset time and transmitting the data information to the data processing module through the data lines;
the data processing module is used for receiving data information within preset time and verifying the integrity of the data information by using a preset acquisition method;
and the display module is used for displaying the temperature and humidity data and the current time information.
Furthermore, sintered ceramic is attached to the surface layer of the temperature probe, and the sintered ceramic can enable condensed water to drip or gather at the bottom end of the probe.

The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention discloses a temperature and humidity detection system, which includes a temperature and humidity sensor, a data processing module and a display module, wherein:
the temperature and humidity sensor comprises a plurality of temperature-sensitive temperature and humidity probes and data lines, wherein the temperature-sensitive temperature and humidity probes and the data lines are arranged at different positions and are used for acquiring temperature and humidity data of corresponding positions within preset time and transmitting the data information to the data processing module through the data lines;
the data processing module is used for receiving data information within preset time and verifying the integrity of the data information by using a preset acquisition method;
and the display module is used for displaying the temperature and humidity data and the current time information.
As shown in fig. 3, the plurality of temperature-sensitive temperature and humidity probes arranged at different positions have upward probe tips, are placed in a low-temperature environment, and are connected with the external data processing module through data lines.
The problem of inaccurate data detection caused by the fact that a thermosensitive temperature probe is easily condensed on the surface of the probe to block the probe due to long-time in a questioning environment is solved. In the invention, a layer of dense sintered ceramic which is prepared by calcining in a high-temperature furnace is adhered to the surface layer of the thermosensitive temperature probe. Through adnexed sintered ceramic on top layer, it is big to utilize its density, and intensity is high, the good effect of compactness, when the condensate water formed on sintered ceramic, can make the condensate water along the sintered ceramic surface towards the gravitation direction drippage or condense at sintered ceramic end fast, thereby make the humiture probe can be when the probe produces the condensate water, can utilize sintered ceramic to drain the condensate water to the terminal drippage of probe or only adhere to with the probe end, make the probe can effectively carry out the measuring of humiture.
Meanwhile, in order to enable the sensitivity of the temperature and humidity probe to be higher, the temperature and humidity probe adopts a thermosensitive (NTC) temperature and humidity probe, and the temperature coefficient of the negative slope of the NTC and other characteristics are utilized, so that the temperature and humidity probe can still accurately detect temperature and humidity data in a low-temperature environment.
Furthermore, the data line is connected with the temperature and humidity probe and is externally wrapped with a low-temperature-resistant rubber tube; an ABS three-proofing shell is arranged outside the data processing module; the anti-low temperature rubber tube top and the end all are equipped with the draw-in groove, the data processing module card in the ABS three proofings shell is established in the draw-in groove of end, and temperature sensing humiture probe card is established in the draw-in groove of top.
Through preventing the low temperature rubber tube, further avoid the condensation water to produce the landing on the humiture probe, also played the guard action to the data line. Meanwhile, due to the detachable design, when parts such as the thermosensitive temperature and humidity probe, the data line or the clamping groove break down, the parts needing to be replaced can be replaced by pulling the clamping groove, so that the trouble that the parts are required to be integrally replaced due to failure of a certain part caused by integrated design is avoided, the time and the use cost are greatly saved, and the loss rate is reduced.

a5: and acquiring corresponding data information according to the request.
In summary, the temperature and humidity detection system according to this embodiment can effectively detect changes in temperature and humidity, and accurately report the actual temperature and humidity of the environment within a preset time; meanwhile, through the monthly shooting collection method, the data loss can be effectively avoided, and the integrity of the data is ensured.
Furthermore, the sintered ceramic is utilized to drain the condensed water, so that the problem of detection error caused by the fact that the condensed water is attached to the surface of the temperature probe is effectively avoided.

firstly, placing a plurality of temperature-sensitive temperature and humidity probes at different positions of a low-temperature environment, wherein the probes are connected with an external data processing module through data lines and are protected from the data lines through a low-temperature-resistant rubber tube (the non-connected probe end of the low-temperature-resistant rubber tube extends out of the low-temperature environment and is connected with the external data processing module through a clamping groove to play a role in fixed connection;
the temperature and humidity data of the corresponding placing points in the preset time are collected by the temperature and humidity sensitive probe and transmitted to the data processing module through the data line;
the data processing module verifies the integrity of the data information by using a preset acquisition method, the temperature and humidity data and the current timestamp are displayed on the display module, and meanwhile, the compression unit packs the verified data information and the current timestamp into a data packet;
and the identification unit sends the data packet with the latest timestamp to the cloud server for storage through the GSM unit according to the preset time.
In summary, the temperature and humidity detection system of the present invention can effectively detect the change of temperature and humidity, and accurately report the actual temperature and humidity of the environment within the preset time and store the actual temperature and humidity; and meanwhile, the sintered ceramic is utilized to drain condensed water, so that the problem of detection error caused by the fact that the condensed water is attached to the surface of the temperature probe is effectively solved.

the data line is connected with the temperature and humidity probe and is externally coated with a low-temperature-resistant rubber tube; and an ABS three-proofing shell is arranged outside the data processing module.
4. The temperature and humidity detection system according to claim 3, wherein a clamping groove is formed in the tail end of the low-temperature-resistant rubber pipe, and the data processing module in the ABS three-proofing shell is clamped in the clamping groove.
5. The temperature and humidity detection system of claim 1, further comprising a cloud server, wherein the data processing module further comprises a compression unit, an identification unit, and a GSM unit, wherein:
