Abstract
The invention provides a high-performance environment-friendly wire cutting fluid which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8-15 parts of ethanolamine, 8-20 parts of polyethylene glycol 6008, 4-8 parts of a water-based antirust agent, 7-14 parts of a water-soluble lubricant, 0.5-2.5 parts of a surfactant, 0.5-2 parts of an organic silicon defoamer, 0.3-0.6 part of a copper corrosion inhibitor and 8-15 parts of deionized water. Compared with the commonly used emulsion oil type wire cutting fluid in the prior art, the maximum cutting rate of the wire cutting fluid is obviously improved, the fully-synthesized water-soluble wire cutting fluid is prepared by taking the environment-friendly material PEG600 as a base material and adding the base material and organic alkali liquor, the materials are all environment-friendly and biodegradable, and the problem of emulsion wastewater treatment is well solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of lubricating liquid, and particularly relates to high-performance environment-friendly wire cutting liquid.
Background
With the rapid development of the metal processing industry, the wire-cut electric discharge machining technology has also been greatly developed. Spark-erosion machining has many unique advantages, and can machine various difficult-to-machine and unmachined materials, workpieces of complex shapes, and the like. Most of the electric discharge machining is performed in a liquid medium (working fluid), and practice proves that the electric discharge machining is performed most stably in the liquid medium, and the working fluid has great influence on machining process indexes such as cutting speed, surface roughness, machining precision and the like. The wire cutting fluid is a cooling fluid in Wire Electric Discharge Machining (WEDM), and the performance of the wire cutting fluid has a crucial influence on the machining effect. The good wire cutting liquid has the characteristics of certain dielectric strength, dissociation removal, arc extinction, wire breakage prevention, long service life, safety, no toxicity and the like, can ensure that the cutting processing obtains ideal processing finish and processing efficiency, and can prolong the service life of a machine tool.
However, the cutting efficiency of the wire cutting fluid commonly used in the prior art is low, and the maximum cutting efficiency of the wire cutting fluid and low-speed wire electric discharge wire cutting (WEDM-LS) reaches 500mm2Min, practical one-time cutting maximum efficiency of 150mm2Compared with the advanced level of about/min, the unique high-speed wire-moving electric spark wire cutting (WEDM-HS) in the industry of China has the highest practical cutting efficiency for one time since the 80 th century but is still lingering for a long time to be 60-80mm2/min。
In addition, with the continuous enhancement of people's awareness and legislation on environmental protection, the requirements on metal processing lubricants are more and more demanding, and the call for environmental friendliness is higher and higher. The water-based metal working fluid has the characteristics of high heat conductivity coefficient, good cooling, lubricating and antirust properties and the like, so the water-based metal working fluid is developed rapidly and is widely adopted in the machining industry. However, the water-based lubricating fluid has many defects, and the water-based lubricating fluid on the market at present adopts mineral oil-based lubricating additives with poor biodegradation performance and adopts substances such as sodium nitrite, chromate and the like which have carcinogenic effects on human bodies as antirust agents and preservatives, so that the waste liquid is difficult to treat and causes harm to human beings and the environment.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a high-performance environment-friendly wire cutting fluid, compared with the commonly used emulsion oil type wire cutting fluid in the prior art, the maximum cutting rate of the wire cutting fluid is obviously improved, and the fully-synthetic water-soluble wire cutting fluid is prepared by taking the environment-friendly material PEG600 as a base material and adding organic alkali liquor, the materials are all environment-friendly and biodegradable, and the problem of emulsion wastewater treatment is well solved.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the high-performance environment-friendly wire cutting fluid is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 8-15 parts of ethanolamine, 8-20 parts of polyethylene glycol 6008, 4-8 parts of a water-based antirust agent, 7-14 parts of a water-soluble lubricant, 0.5-2.5 parts of a surfactant, 0.5-2 parts of an organic silicon defoamer, 0.3-0.6 part of a copper corrosion inhibitor and 8-15 parts of deionized water.
Further, the high-performance environment-friendly wire cutting fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-13 parts of ethanolamine, 13-17 parts of polyethylene glycol 60013, 5-7 parts of a water-based antirust agent, 9-12 parts of a water-soluble lubricant, 1-2 parts of a surfactant, 1-1.5 parts of an organic silicon defoamer, 0.4-0.5 part of a copper corrosion inhibitor and 10-13 parts of deionized water.
Further, the surfactant is K12 surfactant.
Further, the water-based antirust agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6-8 parts of rosin polymer, 15-20 parts of triethanolamine borate, 8-12 parts of MEA (membrane electrode assembly), 0.3-0.5 part of EDTA disodium and 78-0.3 part of polyethylene glycol 4000.2.
According to the water-based antirust agent, the rosin polymer is the monoethanolamine abietate, and the EDTA disodium is an excellent complexing agent, so that hard water can be softened, and the water-based antirust agent has a positive effect on mixing of components in the antirust agent. The polyethylene glycol 400 is used as an excellent additive and added into the antirust agent, so that the excellent antirust performance of the antirust agent is ensured. The water-based antirust agent is also added with MEA, the MEA has corrosiveness and can remove rust on the part of a steel product which generates rust, and then the antirust agent forms a compact protective film on the surface of the steel product for rust prevention. Has the advantages of good adhesive force, quick drying of the anti-rust film and high transparency, and is an environment-friendly water-based anti-rust agent.
Further, the water-soluble lubricant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-110 parts of main agent, 15-27 parts of sorbitan monooleate and 22-35 parts of ethanol.
Further, the main agent is any one of fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester or alkyl polyoxyethylene oxypropylene ether.
The water-soluble lubricant provided by the invention has good lubricity and excellent complete water solubility.
Further, the copper corrosion inhibitor is one or a mixture of N-oleic acid sarcosine octadecylamine salt and heptadecyl-hexadecyl-imidazoline-alkenyl succinate salt.
Compared with the commonly used emulsion oil type wire cutting fluid in the prior art, the fully-synthesized water-soluble wire cutting fluid is prepared by taking the environment-friendly material PEG600 as a base material and adding the base material and organic alkali liquor, the materials are all environment-friendly and biodegradable, and the problem of emulsion wastewater treatment is well solved.
The maximum cutting rate of the wire cutting fluid is obviously higher than 80mm2The cutting speed can reach 12m/s, is superior to most similar products on the market, and is an environment-friendly product with good economic benefit.
