Technical Field
The invention relates to a storage bag capable of automatically tightening a bag opening and a vacuum compression bag.
Background
In the prior art, a storage bag with a sealing structure is often used for storing different articles, and when a specific article needs to be taken out from a stack of articles in the storage bag, other articles are easily involved and taken out. In particular, in the weightlessness state of space spaceship and the like, when the mouth of the storage bag is opened, the articles are easy to be automatically discharged outwards, so that the normal work of astronauts is affected. Meanwhile, under other use environments, under the condition that the bag opening is completely opened, external dust or foreign matters can enter the storage bag, so that the inside of the storage bag is polluted.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide a storage bag capable of automatically tightening a bag opening, and the other purpose is to provide a vacuum compression bag capable of automatically tightening the bag opening.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the storage bag capable of automatically tightening the bag opening comprises a bag body, wherein a bag opening is formed in one side of the bag body, a sealing device is arranged at the bag opening, and the storage bag further comprises an elastic folding component which is in contact with two side films of the bag body, wherein the elastic folding component is used for driving the two side films of the bag body to be close to each other so as to enable the bag opening to be automatically tightened.
After the sealing device is opened, the bag opening is still in a closed state under the action of the elastic folding component, so that objects in the bag body are prevented from being discharged outwards due to weightlessness or other reasons, dust and other foreign matters are prevented from entering the bag body, when a user stretches hands into the bag opening, the elastic folding component can elastically deform to enable the bag opening to be opened only to enable the hands to be stretched into the opening, and when the user grabs the objects and takes the objects outwards, two side films of the bag body are clung to the hands of the user and take the objects out under the action of the elastic folding component, so that the possibility that other objects are taken out in a connecting way is reduced.
In some embodiments of the invention, the elastic folding assembly comprises a connecting seat assembly and an elastic ring belt which is arranged on the connecting seat assembly and is tensioned, and the elastic ring belt clamps the two side films of the bag body inwards.
Preferably, the bag opening is arranged at the upper edge of the bag body, the elastic ring belt is elastically connected to the outside of the bag body and is positioned below the sealing device, when the article is required to be taken and placed, the sealing device is firstly opened, then the hand part is downwards extended into the bag body from the position of the bag opening to take out or place the article, and in order to prevent relative movement between the bag body and the elastic ring belt, the connecting seat assembly is provided with a connecting mechanism for fixing the bag body. Of course, when the connecting seat component is not provided with the connecting mechanism, the storage bag capable of automatically tightening the bag mouth can be placed on a tabletop for use.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the connector assembly is an integrally formed entity, and the connecting mechanism is a clamping member provided on the entity and used for clamping the bag body, where the clamping member may be one or more spring clips.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to reduce the material cost of the connector assembly, the connector assembly includes a first mounting seat and a second mounting seat which are spaced apart and are used for being fixed on a mounting surface, the mounting surface may be a wall surface or other wall surface, etc., and the connecting mechanism includes a first spring clip provided on the first mounting seat and a second spring clip provided on the second mounting seat, the first spring clip is used for clamping the left side of the bag body, and the second spring clip is used for clamping the right side of the bag body.
Further preferably, the first mounting seat is provided with a first guide rod parallel to the width direction of the bag body, the first spring clip is slidably arranged on the first guide rod, the second mounting seat is provided with a second guide rod parallel to the width direction of the bag body, and the second spring clip is slidably arranged on the second guide rod. The first spring clamp and the second spring clamp are used for adjusting the distance between the first spring clamp and the second spring clamp in a sliding mode so as to be convenient for adapting to bags with different width sizes.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to reduce the material cost of the connector assembly, the connector assembly includes a first mounting seat and a second mounting seat that are spaced apart and are used for being fixed on a mounting surface, the mounting surface may be a wall surface or other wall surface, etc., the first mounting seat is provided with a first connecting portion, the second mounting seat is provided with a second connecting portion, the elastic ring belt is tightly connected between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, and the bag body is located inside the elastic ring belt and is clamped by the elastic ring belt to two side films of the bag body.
As a preferred embodiment of the foregoing technical solution, the first connecting portion is a first C-shaped hook formed on the first mounting seat, the first C-shaped hook has a first opening facing outward, the second connecting portion is a second C-shaped hook formed on the second mounting seat, and the second C-shaped hook has a second opening facing away from the first opening. The first connecting part and the second connecting part with the above structure can prevent the elastic ring belt from being separated from the connecting seat assembly downwards.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the elastic ring belt comprises a front elastic belt, a rear elastic belt, a left connecting belt and a right connecting belt, wherein the left connecting belt is used for connecting the left end of the front elastic belt with the left end of the rear elastic belt, the right connecting belt is used for connecting the right end of the front elastic belt with the right end of the rear elastic belt, the middle part of the left connecting belt is in tensioning connection with a first connecting part to divide the left connecting belt into a left front half part and a left rear half part, the middle part of the right connecting belt is in tensioning connection with a second connecting part to divide the right connecting belt into a right front half part and a right rear half part, a first clamping mechanism used for driving the left front half part and the left rear half part to be close is arranged between the left front half part and the right rear half part, and a second clamping mechanism used for driving the right front half part and the right rear half part to be close is arranged between the left front half part and the right rear half part. Because the thickness of first connecting portion and second connecting portion is bigger than the thickness of the bag body, first clamping mechanism can avoid forming outside opening angle between left first half and the left back half, and second clamping mechanism can avoid forming outside opening angle between right first half and the right back half to guarantee preceding elastic band and back elastic band can press from both sides the two piece side membranes elasticity of the bag body tightly.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the front elastic band, the rear elastic band, the left connecting band and the right connecting band are integrally formed to constitute the elastic band.
In some embodiments of the invention, in order to facilitate the installation and use of the connection seat assembly on the wall surface, the connection seat assembly is provided with a sucker assembly for being adsorbed and fixed on the wall surface.
The invention also discloses a vacuum compression bag capable of automatically tightening the bag opening, which comprises a bag body, wherein a bag opening is formed in one side of the bag body, a sealing device is arranged at the bag opening, an exhaust valve assembly communicated with the inner cavity of the bag body is arranged on the bag body, and the vacuum compression bag further comprises an elastic folding assembly contacted with two side films of the bag body, wherein the elastic folding assembly is used for driving the two side films of the bag body to be close to each other so as to automatically tighten the bag opening. After the sealing device is opened, the vacuum compression bag with the structure is still in a closed state under the action of the elastic folding component, so that objects in the bag body are prevented from being discharged outwards due to weightlessness or other reasons, dust and other foreign matters are prevented from entering the bag body, and after the sealing device is used for sealing the bag opening, gas in the bag body can be discharged through the exhaust valve component, the volume of the bag body is reduced, and the storage space is reduced.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the present embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein the accompanying drawings are used to supplement the description of the written description so that one can intuitively and intuitively understand each technical feature and overall technical scheme of the present invention, but not to limit the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a storage bag capable of automatically tightening a bag opening comprises a bag body 10, wherein a bag opening is formed in one side of the bag body 10, a sealing device 20 is arranged at the bag opening, and an elastic folding assembly 30 in contact with two side films of the bag body 10 is further included, and the elastic folding assembly 30 is used for driving the two side films of the bag body 10 to be close to each other so that the bag opening of the bag body 10 is automatically tightened. When the sealing device 20 is opened, the bag opening of the bag body 10 is still in a closed state under the action of the elastic folding assembly 30, so that objects in the bag body 10 are prevented from being discharged outwards due to weightlessness or other reasons, dust and other foreign matters are prevented from entering the bag body 10, when a user stretches hands into the bag body 10 from the bag opening, the elastic folding assembly 30 can be elastically deformed to enable the bag opening of the bag body 10 to be opened by the opening degree of the hand, and when the user grabs the objects and takes out the objects outwards, the two side films of the bag body 10 are tightly attached to the hands of the user and take out the objects under the action of the elastic folding assembly 30, so that the possibility that other objects are taken out in a connecting way is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the elastic folding assembly 30 includes a connection seat assembly 31 and an elastic ring belt 32 disposed on the connection seat assembly 31 and tensioned, and the elastic ring belt 32 clamps the two side films of the bag body 10 inward.
Referring to fig. 1, preferably, the opening of the bag 10 is disposed at the upper edge of the bag 10, the elastic ring belt 32 is elastically connected to the outside of the bag 10 and is located below the sealing device 20, when the objects need to be taken and placed, the sealing device 20 is opened first, then the hand is extended downward into the bag 10 from the opening of the bag 10 to take out or put in the objects, and in order to prevent the relative movement between the bag 10 and the elastic ring belt 32, the connecting seat assembly 31 is provided with a connecting mechanism 40 for fixing the bag 10. Of course, when the connecting mechanism 40 is not disposed on the connecting seat assembly 31, the storage bag capable of automatically tightening the bag opening of the present invention can be placed on a tabletop for use.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the connector assembly 31 is an integrally formed entity (not shown in the drawings), and the connecting mechanism 40 is a clamping member provided on the entity and used for clamping the bag body 10, where the clamping member may be one or more spring clips.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to reduce the material cost of the connector assembly 31, the connector assembly 31 includes a first mounting seat 311 and a second mounting seat 312 spaced apart and fixed to a mounting surface, which may be a wall surface or other wall surface, etc., and the connecting mechanism 40 includes a first spring clip 41 disposed on the first mounting seat 311 and a second spring clip 42 disposed on the second mounting seat 312, the first spring clip 41 being used to clamp the left side of the bag body 10, and the second spring clip 42 being used to clamp the right side of the bag body 10. Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first spring clip 41 and the second spring clip 42 may be respectively clamped at two ends of the upper edge of the same side film of the bag body 10, at this time, the sealing device 20 is in an opened state, the mouth of the bag body 10 is closed under the action of the elastic folding assembly 30, a user does not need to open the sealing device 20 when taking and placing the articles several times, after the articles are fully filled in the bag body 10, the bag body 10 is removed from the first spring clip 41 and the second spring clip 42, and then the sealing device 20 is closed. In another embodiment of the present invention, the first and second spring clips 41 and 42 may be clamped to the left and right edges of the pouch 10, respectively, such that the first and second spring clips 41 and 42 do not interfere with the opening and closing operation of the closure device 20.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, it is further preferable that the first mounting seat 311 is provided with a first guide rod 51 parallel to the width direction of the bag body 10, the first spring clip 41 is slidably disposed on the first guide rod 51, the second mounting seat 312 is provided with a second guide rod 52 parallel to the width direction of the bag body 10, and the second spring clip 42 is slidably disposed on the second guide rod 52. The first and second spring clips 41, 42 are slidably adjustable in distance therebetween to facilitate adapting to different width sized bags 10.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to reduce the material cost of the connection seat assembly 31, the connection seat assembly 31 includes a first mounting seat 311 and a second mounting seat 312 that are spaced apart and are used for being fixed on a mounting surface, the mounting surface may be a wall surface or other wall surface, the first mounting seat 311 is provided with a first connection portion 61, the second mounting seat 312 is provided with a second connection portion 62, the elastic ring belt 32 is tightly connected between the first connection portion 61 and the second connection portion 62, and the bag body 10 is located inside the elastic ring belt 32 and is clamped by the elastic ring belt 32 to two side films of the bag body 10.
Referring to fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment of the foregoing technical solution, the first connecting portion 61 is a first C-shaped hook formed on the first mounting seat 311, the first C-shaped hook has a first opening 611 facing outward, and the second connecting portion 62 is a second C-shaped hook formed on the second mounting seat 312, and the second C-shaped hook has a second opening 621 facing away from the first opening 611. The first and second connection portions 61 and 62 of the above structure can prevent the elastic band 32 from being separated downward from the connection block assembly 31.
Referring to fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic ring belt 32 includes a front elastic belt 321, a rear elastic belt 322, a left connecting belt 323 and a right connecting belt 324, the left connecting belt 323 connects the left end of the front elastic belt 321 with the left end of the rear elastic belt 322, the right connecting belt 324 connects the right end of the front elastic belt 321 with the right end of the rear elastic belt 322, the left connecting belt 323 is connected to the first connecting portion 61 in a tensioning manner to divide the left connecting belt 323 into a left front half 3231 and a left rear half 3232, the right connecting belt 324 is connected to the second connecting portion 62 in a tensioning manner to divide the right connecting belt 324 into a right front half 3241 and a right rear half 3242, a first clamping mechanism 71 for driving the left front half 3231 and the right rear half 3232 to approach each other is provided between the left front half 3241 and the right rear half 3242, and a second clamping mechanism 72 for driving the right front half 3241 and the right rear half 3242 to approach each other is provided between them. Because the thickness of the first connecting portion 61 and the second connecting portion 62 is much greater than that of the bag body 10, the first clamping mechanism 71 can avoid forming an outward opening angle between the left front half portion 3231 and the left rear half portion 3232, and the second clamping mechanism 72 can avoid forming an outward opening angle between the right front half portion 3241 and the right rear half portion 3242, so that the front elastic band 321 and the rear elastic band 322 can elastically clamp two side films of the bag body 10. Here, the first clamping mechanism 71 and the second clamping mechanism 72 are both push button structures, and can be quickly assembled and disassembled.
Referring to fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the front elastic band 321, the rear elastic band 322, the left connecting band 323, and the right connecting band 324 are integrally formed to constitute the elastic band 32.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to facilitate the installation of the connection base assembly 31 on a wall surface, the connection base assembly 31 is provided with a suction cup assembly for being sucked and fixed on the wall surface.
The invention also discloses a vacuum compression bag capable of automatically tightening the bag mouth, which comprises a bag body 10, wherein a bag mouth is arranged on one side of the bag body 10, a sealing device 20 is arranged at the bag mouth, an exhaust valve assembly 80 communicated with the inner cavity of the bag body 10 is arranged on the bag body 10, the vacuum compression bag further comprises an elastic folding assembly 30 contacted with two side films of the bag body 10, and the elastic folding assembly 30 is used for driving the two side films of the bag body 10 to be mutually close to automatically tighten the bag mouth. After the sealing device 20 is opened, the vacuum compression bag with the structure is still in a closed state under the action of the elastic folding assembly 30, so that objects in the bag body 10 are prevented from being discharged outwards due to weight loss or other reasons, dust and other foreign matters are prevented from entering the bag body 10, the sealing device 20 is used for sealing the bag opening, and then the air in the bag body 10 can be discharged through the exhaust valve assembly 80, so that the volume of the bag body 10 is reduced, and the storage space is reduced.
