Abstract
A simple negative pressure withdrawing device for repairing and healing a wound surface and a using method thereof are disclosed, the simple negative pressure withdrawing device comprises a pasting dressing, a foam dressing, a medical hose, a negative pressure meter, a surface joint end and a negative pressure joint end, wherein the negative pressure joint end is connected with an injector or a central negative pressure pipeline or an electric negative pressure device, the injector or the central negative pressure or the electric negative pressure aspirator is connected to the negative pressure joint end, the negative pressure meter is connected to a pressure measuring meter joint, the withdrawing negative pressure reaches a pressure value of 80-120 mmHg, the non-air leakage phenomenon of each part is detected when the pressure tends to be stable, the negative pressure stress of the pasting dressing and the wound surface wound is uniform, a negative pressure environment can be formed between the wound surface and the pasting dressing, the hyperemia of the wound surface is effectively promoted to be subsided, the healing of the wound surface is greatly improved by a liquid seepage mode of the pasting dressing, and the regeneration of granulation tissue, the blood flow improvement of the wound surface accelerates the effective transfer of oxygen nutrient substances and reduces the infection risk.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a simple back-pumping negative pressure device for wound repair and healing and a using method thereof.
Background
Researches find that the idea of moist healing is beneficial to the repair and healing of the wound surface. The conventional common dressing such as gauze, gauze pad and the like is not beneficial to keeping the wound surface in a moist state, and needs to be changed again, and the common dressing causes secondary injury of the wound surface when being removed due to adhesion, thereby bringing pain to patients. In order to satisfy the requirement of wet healing, hydrocolloid dressing, foam dressing, alginate dressing and the like are mostly adopted, and although the dressings can make wound wounds in a closed wet healing environment, the following problems still exist:
1. after the dressing is pasted, a negative pressure environment cannot be provided, the dressing is poor in fitting performance with a wound surface, many times, alginate, debridement glue or some antibacterial dressings applied locally fall off quickly, the use and curative effect are affected, even the antibacterial medicine contained in the antibacterial dressing is lost, and the curative effect or the curative effect of the antibacterial medicine is greatly reduced.
2. Although the wound surface can be locally pressurized and bandaged through the bandage, the local pressurization and bandaging is difficult to be carried out on special parts such as the lower jaw, the temporal part, the inner thigh, the hip, the sacral tail and the like, and the movement effect of the special parts is difficult to avoid influence.
The NPWT technology or VSD negative pressure technology has been used for moist healing therapy, but because the materials thereof are expensive, the NPWT technology or VSD negative pressure technology is generally only suitable for larger wounds, and in addition, most of the larger wounds need hospitalization, a central negative pressure or electric negative pressure suction apparatus needs to be connected with a negative pressure suction pipeline, so that the activity and life of patients are limited by continuous negative pressure suction, and particularly, the patients are inconvenient for outpatient dressing change.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a simple vacuum pumping device for wound repair and healing and a use method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a simple negative pressure device for wound repair and healing and a using method thereof are provided, the simple negative pressure device comprises a paste dressing, a foam dressing, a medical hose, a negative pressure meter, a meter connector end and a negative pressure connector end, wherein the negative pressure connector end is connected with an injector, a central negative pressure pipeline or an electric negative pressure device, and is characterized in that:
the central part of the adhesive dressing is connected with a foam dressing, the central part of the central foam dressing is connected and fixed with an outlet end of a medical hose, a main pipeline of the medical hose is provided with a meter connector end of a three-way outlet, a negative pressure meter can be inserted into the meter connector end, an inlet end of the medical hose is provided with a negative pressure connector end, the negative pressure connector end is inserted into an injector, or inserted into a central negative pressure pipeline, or inserted into an electric negative pressure device, the outlet end of the medical hose is in a flange disc shape, and the wall thicknesses of the meter connector end and the negative pressure connector end are both greater than that of the medical hose;
the adhesive dressing or the alginate dressing or the silver ion antibacterial dressing is required to have anti-infection performance and wound seepage absorption performance;
the reading range of the negative pressure meter is required to be not lower than the pressure value of minus 120 mmHg;
when in use, the alginate dressing or the silver ion antibacterial dressing is firmly adhered to the center of a wound surface, a small hole is dug in the center of the foam dressing, the diameter of the small hole is smaller than that of the medical hose, the outlet end of the medical hose is sleeved in the small hole, the flange at the outlet end of the medical hose is tightly adhered to the foam dressing, then the flange and the foam dressing are adhered to the center of the outer surface of the alginate dressing or the silver ion antibacterial dressing together, at the moment, the flange is positioned in an interlayer of the alginate dressing or the silver ion antibacterial dressing and the foam dressing and is fixed, then a negative pressure meter is inserted into the surface joint end, an injector is inserted into the negative pressure joint end or a central negative pressure pipeline is inserted into the negative pressure joint end, or a power-driven negative pressure device is inserted into the surface joint end and the negative pressure joint end form a closed pipeline according to the field condition, finally, performing suction negative pressure operation on the wound surface through an injector, a central negative pressure pipeline or an electric negative pressure device, stopping the air suction process when the negative pressure of a negative pressure meter reaches a pressure value of 80-120 mmHg, checking whether the closed pipeline has an air leakage phenomenon in the air suction process, checking an air leakage point if the air leakage phenomenon exists, re-bonding the sealed pipeline, and repeating the air suction process to finish the primary suction negative pressure using process of wound surface repairing and healing;
when the negative pressure of the negative pressure meter is lower than 80mmHg, the primary negative pressure pumping-back using process is repeated, and the negative pressure of the negative pressure meter reaches the pressure value range of 80-120 mmHg again, so that the circulation can realize negative pressure wet healing treatment on the wound surface by one treatment course of the alginate dressing or the silver ion antibacterial dressing;
when a patient needs to go out to walk or go to the toilet, the proximal end of the outlet end of the medical hose is clamped by the medical clamp, or the meter connector end and the negative pressure connector end are plugged by the soft plugs, the negative pressure meter is inserted into the meter connector end when the patient goes out to walk or goes to the toilet, the syringe is inserted into the negative pressure connector end or the central negative pressure pipeline is inserted into the negative pressure connector end according to the field condition, or the electric negative pressure device is inserted into the negative pressure connector end, and if the negative pressure of the negative pressure meter is lower than 80mmHg, the primary negative pressure pumping process can be repeated.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following positive effects:
1. the simple negative pressure withdrawing device has the advantages of simple structural connection mode, simple and convenient operation mode, lower cost of the whole set of the simple negative pressure withdrawing device, repeated utilization of the medical hose, the negative pressure meter, the injector, the central negative pressure pipeline and the electric negative pressure device, great reduction of the treatment cost of patients and obvious improvement of the treatment effect of wound surfaces.
2. The use method of the invention can lead the local wound surface to be in a closed negative pressure environment, directly stimulate the cell propagation of the wound surface, increase the local blood flow and promote the healing of the wound surface by the bonding of the inner alginate dressing or the silver ion antibacterial dressing and the negative pressure environment.
3. The invention saves the trouble of pressurizing again by using a bandage and the like, does not need to carry a negative pressure pump to continuously pump air under the condition of ensuring no air leakage when the alginate dressing or the silver ion antibacterial dressing is stuck, does not limit the activity and the life of a patient, and is particularly suitable for outpatient dressing change patients.
4. The wound healing environment is effectively improved through the seepage treatment of the alginate dressing or the silver ion antibacterial dressing, and the alginate dressing or the silver ion antibacterial dressing is better attached to the wound, so that the regrowth of granulation tissues of the wound is promoted, the transfer of oxygen nutrient substances is accelerated, and the infection risk is reduced.
5. The foam dressing used by the invention can effectively absorb the seepage of the wound surface, the alginate dressing or the silver ion antibacterial dressing and the wound surface can be ensured to be in a negative pressure state through the use process of the simple negative pressure pumping device, and the wet healing treatment environment of the wound surface can be realized by continuing the negative pressure state.
