Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electrocardiogram detection, in particular to an intelligent electrocardiogram analysis method, an intelligent electrocardiogram analysis device and a storage medium.
Background
The dynamic electrocardiographic examination is a clinical long-range electrocardiographic examination method, and a user needs to wear a dynamic electrocardiographic recorder for a long time and record electrocardiographic waveform information for more than 24 hours. The doctor uses the playback system to analyze the recorded long-range information, obtains the quantity of the types of the characteristic electrocardiographic waveforms and the like, and finally summarizes a diagnosis report. The method is widely applied to the study of arrhythmia analysis and heart rate variability analysis, and has great advantages in the aspects of diagnosing atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, multi-source premature beat and the like.
Typically, within 24 hours, heart beats reach 10 tens of thousands. In the face of massive dynamic electrocardiogram data, the heartbeat is firstly classified into normal, indoor, supraventricular, artifact and other categories according to a certain rule by an algorithm carried by analysis software, but the automatic analysis algorithm has inherent defects, and the automatic analysis algorithm has more interference such as dynamic electrocardiogram artifact and the like, so that the heartbeat classification is difficult to be completely correct, and therefore, a doctor needs to manually correct an analysis result on the basis of automatic analysis to finish the correct analysis of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram.
For more than ten thousand heart beats which are automatically analyzed, various methods such as template classification, a scatter diagram, a histogram, an overlay map and the like are provided by software, so that doctors can quickly identify and correct the heart beats. The electrocardio-scattergram classifies heart beats in a modularization mode according to the relation of RR intervals of the heart beats, and has the advantage that the electrocardio-scattergram can be used for quickly analyzing a case with remarkable characteristics of the RR intervals. The overlay map is based on the morphology difference of the heart beat, and the heart beat is classified, which has the advantage that the case with significant difference of the heart beat morphology can be analyzed quickly. However, for some complex cases, when the judgment needs to be carried out by combining the RR intervals and the morphology at the same time, the existing software is difficult to have a quick solution.
