The first hinged end 244 is hinged on the first mounting side 122. In some examples, the first bend 2422 and the first turn 2442 are parallel. In other examples, the first bending part 2422 and the first turning part 2442 may not be parallel, and the extending directions of the first bending part 2422 and the first turning part 2442 are not limited in the present application and may be set as needed. The first bending part 2422 and the first turning part 2442 reduce the force required by the rotation of the rotation element 22, so as to avoid the rotation element 22 from being jammed during rotation.
In some embodiments, only one end of the first push rod 24 may be bent, for example, only the first hinge end 242 may be formed with the first bent portion 2422, or only the first hinge end 244 may be formed with the first bent portion 2442. In other embodiments, the first push rod 24 is straight.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 3, the second pushrod 26 connects the second door body 13 and the second connecting end 226, the second pushrod 26 includes a second transfer end 262 and a second hinge end 264, and the second transfer end 262 is opposite to the second hinge end 264. The second connection end 262 is bent to form a second bending portion 2622, and the second bending portion 2622 is hinged to the second connection end 226 of the rotation component 22. In some examples, the second bending part 2622 and the first bending part 2422 are parallel, so that the rotating part 22 can be balanced when the rotating part 22 rotates, and the door opening structure 100 can be stably opened and closed. In some examples, the second bending part 2622 and the first bending part 2422 may not be parallel.
In some embodiments, the second hinged end 264 is formed with a second turn (not shown, refer to the first turn 2442) opposite to the second turn 2622, the second turn and the second turn 2622 extend in opposite directions, and the second hinged end 264 is hinged on the second mounting side 132. In some examples, the second turn and the second bend 2622 are parallel. In other examples, the second bending portion 2622 may not be parallel, and the extending direction of the second bending portion 2622 and the second bending portion is not limited in the present application, and may be set as required.
In some embodiments, only one end of the second push rod 26 may be bent, for example, only the second hinge end 262 is formed with the second bent portion 2622, or only the second hinge end 264 is formed with the second bent portion. In other embodiments, the second push rod 26 is straight. The second bending portion 2622 and the second bending portion reduce the force required for rotating the rotating member 22, so as to prevent the rotating member 22 from being jammed during rotation.
It should be noted that the pushing assembly 20 on the second side bar 112 and the pushing assembly 20 on the first side bar 111 may be identical or different. For example, the first push rod 24 and the second push rod 26 in the pushing assembly 20 on the second push rod 26 are straight, the first push rod 24 in the pushing assembly 20 on the second push rod 26 includes the first bending portion 2422 and the first turning portion 2442, and the second push rod 26 includes the second bending portion 2622.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the driving device 30 is configured to drive the rotating member 22 to rotate, so as to drive the first push rod 24 and the second push rod 26 to move in opposite directions, thereby opening and closing the first door body 12 and the second door body 13. Specifically, the driving device 30 is mounted on the frame 11, the driving device 30 includes a driving body 32 and an output shaft 34 extending from the driving body 32, and a free end of the output shaft 34 is connected to the rotating member 22 to drive the first push rod 24 and the second push rod 26 to move in opposite directions.
In some embodiments, the first side rod 111 is provided with a mounting seat 1112 for mounting the driving device 30, and the mounting seat 1112 is adjacent to the fourth side rod 114. One end of the drive unit 30 is rotatably mounted on the mounting block 1112 and the free end of the output shaft 34 is hinged at the first connection end 224. The output shaft 34 extends and retracts relative to the driving body 32 to drive the rotating member 22 to rotate, so as to drive the first push rod 24 and the second push rod 26 to move in opposite directions to open and close the first door body 12 and the second door body 13. In other embodiments, the mount 1112 is adjacent to the third side bar 113 and the free end of the output shaft 34 is hinged at the second connecting end 226. The output shaft 34 extends and retracts relative to the driving body 32 to drive the rotating member 22 to rotate, so as to drive the first push rod 24 and the second push rod 26 to move in opposite directions to open and close the first door body 12 and the second door body 13.
In some embodiments, the drive device 30 is mounted on the mounting portion 117 and the rotary member 22 is secured to the output shaft 34. The output shaft 34 rotates relative to the driving body 32 to rotate the rotating member 22, so as to drive the first push rod 24 and the second push rod 26 to move in opposite directions to open and close the first door body 12 and the second door body 13. In other embodiments, the door structure 100 can also rotate the rotary member 22 by manual rotation to drive the first push rod 24 and the second push rod 26 to move in opposite directions to open and close the first door 12 and the second door 13.
The driving device 30 drives the rotating member 22 to rotate clockwise, and drives the first push rod 24 to move toward the third side rod 113 and the second push rod 26 to move toward the fourth side rod 114, so as to open the first door body 12 and the second door body 13. The driving device 30 drives the rotating member 22 to rotate counterclockwise, and drives the first push rod 24 to move toward the fourth side rod 114 and the second push rod 26 to move toward the third side rod 113, so as to close the first door body 12 and the second door body 13. The door opening structure 100 of the present application can achieve the opening and closing of the door opening structure 100 by one driving device 30. The first bending part 2422 and the first bending part 2422 arranged on the first push rod 24, and the second bending part 2622 arranged on the second push rod 26 reduce the pushing force of the rotating part 22 pushing the first push rod 24 and the second push rod and avoid the jamming of the rotating part 22 and the jamming of the first door body 12 and the second door body 13, and meanwhile, when the door opening structure 100 is opened, the first door body 12 can rotate relative to the second door body 13 first; when the door opening structure 100 is closed, the second door body 13 can move relative to the first door body 12 first.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the present application further provides a box body structure 200, where the box body structure 200 includes a box body 40 and the door opening structure 100 of any one of the above embodiments, the box body 40 is provided with a discharge port 442, and the door opening structure 100 is mounted on the box body 40 and opens and closes the first door 12 and the second door 13 to open and close the discharge port 442.
Specifically, the box 40 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped structure, and the box 40 includes a box body 42 and a tapered portion 44, the tapered portion 44 is mounted on the box body 42, and the tapered portion 44 is tapered toward a direction away from the box body 42. The box 40 is provided with a feed opening 422, and the tapered portion 44 is provided with a discharge opening 442 opposite to the feed opening 422. The door opening structure 100 is installed on the cabinet 40, and the first door 12 and the second door 13 close the discharge port 442. When the first door body 12 and the second door body 13 are opened and closed, the discharge port 442 is opened and closed at the same time. The baffle 16 covers the gap between the first and second abutting sides 123, 133 to prevent the items contained in the bin 40 from escaping.
The box structure 200 of the present application can drive the first push rod 24 and the second push rod 26 to move in opposite directions through the rotating member 22 to open and close the first door 12 and the second door 13, so as to open and close the discharge port 442, and meanwhile, avoid the first door 12 and the second door 13 from being locked.
Referring to fig. 4, the present application also provides a cleaning robot 300, wherein the cleaning robot 300 includes a machine body 50 and a box structure 200 mounted on the machine body 50. The case structure 200 is used to collect garbage, foreign substances, etc. collected when the cleaning robot 300 performs a cleaning work. The cleaning robot 300 may be a sweeper, scrubber, vacuum cleaner, or the like.
The cleaning robot 300 of the present application drives the first push rod 24 and the second push rod 26 to move in opposite directions through the rotating member 22 to open and close the first door 12 and the second door 13, and simultaneously, the first door 12 and the second door 13 are prevented from being locked.

Claims (10)

1. A door opening structure, comprising:
the door body assembly comprises a frame body, a first door body and a second door body, wherein the first door body and the second door body are hinged to two opposite sides of the frame body;
the pushing assembly comprises a rotating part, a first push rod and a second push rod, the rotating part is rotatably arranged on the frame body, the rotating part comprises a rotating center, a first connecting end and a second connecting end, and the first connecting end and the second connecting end are positioned on two opposite sides of the rotating center; the first push rod is connected with the first door body and the first connecting end, and the second push rod is connected with the second door body and the second connecting end;
the rotating piece rotates and drives the first push rod and the second push rod to move in opposite directions so as to open and close the first door body and the second door body.
2. The door opening structure of claim 1, wherein the first push rod includes a first transition end connected to the first connection end, the first transition end being bent to form a first bent portion; the second push rod comprises a second switching end connected with the second connecting end, the second switching end is bent to form a second bent portion, and the first bent portion is opposite to the second bent portion.
3. The door opening structure according to claim 2, wherein the first bent portion and the second bent portion are parallel.
4. The door opening structure according to claim 2, wherein the first push rod further comprises a first hinge end hinged to the first door body, the first hinge end is opposite to the first hinge end, and the first hinge end is formed with the first turning part opposite to the first turning part; and/or the second push rod further comprises a second hinged end hinged to the second door body, the second hinged end is opposite to the second turning end, and a second turning folding part opposite to the second bending part is formed at the second hinged end.
5. The door opening structure of claim 2, further comprising a driving device mounted on the frame body, wherein the driving device includes a driving body and an output shaft extending from the driving body, and a free end of the output shaft is connected to the rotating member to rotate the rotating member.
6. The door opening structure according to claim 1, wherein the frame structure further comprises a baffle plate, and the baffle plate is arranged on the first door body or the second door body; when the first door body and the second door body are closed, the baffle is used for covering a gap formed between the first door body and the second door body.
7. The door opening structure according to claim 1, wherein the number of the pushing assemblies is two, and the two pushing assemblies are respectively located at two opposite sides of the first door body and the second door body.
8. A box body structure is characterized by comprising a box body and the door opening structure according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the box body is provided with a discharge hole, the door opening structure is installed on the box body, and the first door body and the second door body are opened and closed to open and close the discharge hole.
9. A box structure, characterized in that the box structure comprises,
the box body is provided with a discharge hole;
the door opening structure is arranged on the box body and used for opening and closing the discharge hole; the door opening structure includes:
the door body assembly comprises a frame body, a first door body and a second door body, wherein the first door body and the second door body are hinged to two opposite sides of the frame body;
the pushing assembly comprises a rotating part, a first push rod and a second push rod, the rotating part is rotatably arranged on the frame body, the rotating part comprises a rotating center, a first connecting end and a second connecting end, and the first connecting end and the second connecting end are positioned on two opposite sides of the rotating center; the first push rod is connected with the first door body and the first connecting end, and the second push rod is connected with the second door body and the second connecting end;
the driving device is installed on the frame body and comprises a driving body and an output shaft extending out of the driving body, the free end of the output shaft is connected with the rotating piece to drive the rotating piece to rotate and drive the first push rod and the second push rod to move in opposite directions to open and close the first door body and the second door body.
10. A cleaning robot comprising a machine body and a case structure of claim 8 or 9 mounted on the machine body.
