Background
Thermosetting resin copper clad laminates are widely used in connection with electrical/electronic instruments or mechanical devices. The copper clad laminate is produced by first soaking reinforcing material (such as sheet material of paper or fabric) in liquid resin (thermosetting resin, such as epoxy resin, etc., and solvent or curing agent), heating and drying the resin soaked reinforcing material to obtain prepreg sheet, and laminating, heating and pressurizing to combine the prepreg sheet and the prepreg sheet to obtain the thermosetting resin copper clad laminate. In the processing process, the reinforcing material needs to be impregnated with resin, and the bottom of a resin precipitation tank is usually in a flat-bottom structure in the traditional gluing device, so that the gluing quality is influenced, and the material loss is caused. In addition, in the processing process, the reinforcing material needs to be impregnated with resin, the conventional coating mode exposes the glue to the air, so that the solvent is easy to volatilize, the uncontrollable volatilization of the solvent can cause unstable viscosity of the glue in the coating process so as to cause the difference of the thickness of the dry glue coating, and finally, the thickness tolerance of the product is unstable, the quality of the product and the scrapping of the finished product are influenced, and the manufacturing cost is increased. In order to solve the problem, the existing operation mode generally keeps the balance of the glue consumption by adjusting the rubber press roll, and the operation is very complicated.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) according to the invention, the glue groove is set to be in a U-shaped structure, so that the groove bottom of an arc-shaped structure is formed, the problems of glue material precipitation, uneven feeding and the like caused by the traditional flat-bottom glue groove are effectively avoided, the gluing quality is effectively ensured, the waste of materials is avoided, meanwhile, the inconvenience of frequently cleaning the glue groove caused by the deposition of the glue material in the traditional structure is avoided, and the convenience is brought to the use;
(2) according to the invention, the glue viscosity is adjusted by adding the dispensing tank and directly injecting high-viscosity glue into the main dipping tank and the pre-dipping tank, the glue is controlled to keep dynamic balance in a small range, the operation is convenient, the number of times of adjusting the glue pressing roller can be greatly reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and glue with lower viscosity in the main dipping tank and the pre-dipping tank can be fed into the dispensing tank through the first glue pump through overflow of the main dipping tank and the pre-dipping tank to be directly adjusted, so that the glue viscosity is further ensured to be in dynamic balance;
(3) in order to keep the uniformity of the sizing material and avoid the occurrence of the sedimentation phenomenon, the invention is also provided with an internal circulation structure which keeps the circulation relationship between the pre-soaking tank and the main soaking tank, meanwhile, the circulation relationship between the pre-soaking tank and the main soaking tank can also ensure the dynamic balance of the viscosity of the glue of the main soaking tank and the pre-soaking tank, and the small circulation is matched with the large circulation, so that the glue in the whole system is always in a state with proper viscosity, and the circulating power is kept by arranging a pump, so that the uniform fluidity of the sizing material is ensured, and the sizing quality is ensured.

In the embodiment, in order to mix the glue in the original proportion of the stirring tank 3 with the high-viscosity glue of the dispensing pipe 4 and then inject the mixed glue into the main dipping tank 2 and the pre-dipping tank 1, the glue viscosity of the main dipping tank 2 and the pre-dipping tank 1 is adjusted, and meanwhile, the opening and closing of the dispensing pipe 4 and the glue supplementing pipe 5 are controlled; the dispensing pipe 4 is connected with the glue supplementing pipe 5 and then connected with the main dipping tank 2 and the pre-dipping tank 1, and the dispensing pipe 4 and the glue supplementing pipe 5 are respectively provided with a first switch valve 15 and a second switch valve 16 which are used for controlling the dispensing pipe 4 and the glue supplementing pipe 5 to be opened and closed.

In the embodiment, in order to form a slot structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part of a glue slot so as to stir glue materials, meanwhile, a sheet material is enabled to stably enter the slot, the sheet material is stably transited between the pre-soaking slot 1 and the main soaking slot 2, and the sheet material is enabled to be vertically discharged so as to ensure the uniformity of the glue materials; the all vertical setting of cell wall in preimpregnation groove 1 and the main groove 2 outside of soaking, the inboard cell wall of preimpregnation groove 1 and main groove 2 upwards extends the setting to the inward slope, the discharge end of feed roll 18 is located and is gone up directly over rubber roll 19 feed end once, the feed end of discharge roll 22 is located and is gone up directly over rubber roll 21 discharge end twice.
The specific implementation process comprises the following steps: during gluing, the sheet is continuously glued in the pre-soaking tank 1 and the main soaking tank 2 under the driving of the feeding roller 18, the primary gluing roller 19, the conveying roller 20, the secondary gluing roller 21 and the discharging roller 22, the U-shaped pre-soaking tank 1 and the main soaking tank 2 effectively avoid glue material precipitation, the glue blending tank 4 directly injects glue water with high viscosity into the main soaking tank 2 and the pre-soaking tank 1 to adjust the viscosity of the glue water, the glue water is controlled to keep dynamic balance in a small range, the main soaking tank 2 and the pre-soaking tank 1 overflow, the glue water with lower viscosity in the main soaking tank 2 and the pre-soaking tank 1 is sent into the glue blending tank through the first glue pump 8 to be directly adjusted, the circulating relation between the pre-soaking tank 1 and the main soaking tank 2 can be ensured, the dynamic balance between the viscosities of the main soaking tank 2 and the pre-soaking tank 1 can be ensured, the small circulation is matched with the large circulation, so as to keep the glue water in the whole system in a proper viscosity state all the time, and the circulating power is kept through the arrangement, thereby ensuring the uniform fluidity of the sizing material and further ensuring the sizing quality.
