Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem solved by the invention is as follows: the method is used for solving the problems of long obtaining time and low survival rate of fruiting potted plants in the prior art.
The invention provides a fruit bearing transplanting method for kiwi fruit plants, which comprises the following specific solutions:
1) branch treatment: selecting fruiting mother branches with the diameter of 5-10 mm in the leaf spreading period, and performing girdling treatment at the position 3.0-5.0 cm below full bud marks, wherein the girdling width is about 1.0-1.5 cm;
2) wrapping branches: firstly, coating IBA solution with the concentration of 100 mg/L-1000 mg/L on a girdling part, and then coating a mixed matrix containing PGPR on the girdling part;
3) inducing and rooting: supplementing 50ml of water into the mixed matrix every 2-3 days, supplementing 40-60ml of IBA solution with the concentration of 80-100 mg/L into the mixed matrix every 5-9 days, rooting for 1-2 months, injecting 1/2MS +0.5mg/L of IBA liquid culture medium into the mixed matrix every 2-3 days through a special infusion bag for big trees, and strengthening the root system of branches for 1-2 months;
4) transplanting: and cutting the branches from the tree after the root systems of the branches become strong, and separately cultivating to obtain the kiwi fruit plants with fruits.
Based on the method, the fruiting mother branches in the leaf-expanding period are subjected to girdling wound treatment and branch wrapping, and the girdled parts on the fruiting mother branches are treated by some rooting measures and rooting agents to stimulate the fruiting mother branches to generate callus and induce differentiation and rooting, and after the root systems are strong, the mother bodies are cut off and transplanted into a substrate for culture, so that the kiwi fruit potted plants with fruits can be quickly obtained and sold as commodities. Based on the method, the fruit can also grow normally in the process of inducing the shoot to root for 2-4 months, the kiwi fruit plant with the fruit can be harvested after the root system of the shoot is strengthened and cut off from the tree and transplanted and fixed, the potted fruit time is greatly shortened, and the survival rate of the plant is high.
On the basis of the scheme, the invention can be further improved as follows:
further, the fruiting mother branches selected in the step 1) are biennial fruiting mother branches.
Under the condition, the method is favorable for the differentiation and rooting of the branches, the survival rate of the kiwi fruit with fruit is high, and the fruit is healthy.
Specifically, before the girdling treatment is carried out on the fruit mother branches, the girdling tools and the hands of operators are disinfected by 65-85% alcohol.
Further, when the concentration of the IBA solution in the step 2) is 80-120mg/L, the IBA solution is directly smeared on the girdling part, and when the concentration of the IBA solution is 800-1200 mg/L, the IBA solution is smeared on the girdling part for 30s and then washed and removed.
The continuous stimulation of the wound part by the low-concentration IBA solution or the transient stimulation of the wound part by the high-concentration IBA solution is beneficial to inducing the growth of the callus.
Specifically, the IBA solution is prepared by dissolving IBA powder with 95% ethanol, and diluting with distilled water to desired concentration.
Further, wrapping the girdling part with a mixed matrix which is 8-10 cm long and 6-8 cm in diameter and contains 3-8 g of PGPR in the step 2).
Plant rhizosphere growth promoting bacteria (PGPR) is a general term for beneficial bacteria which have the functions of promoting plant growth or antagonizing pathogenic bacteria, is used for creating soil environment beneficial to rooting and has the function of promoting rooting induction of kiwi branches and trunks.
Specifically, the PGPR is derived from a commercially available PGPR microbial functional package.
Further, when wrapping is carried out in the step 2), wrapping and tightening by using a film, and arranging a plurality of small holes at two ends of the film.
Therefore, the arrangement of the small holes achieves the effects of ventilation and water tightness, the girdling part is convenient to ventilate, and nutrient solution and water are supplemented.
Further, in step 3), the mixing matrix is supplemented with water and IBA solution by means of a syringe.
Thus, the continuous supply of water and IBA solution can maintain the appropriate moisture content of the wrapped part and can cause the callus or root to be continuously stimulated, thereby promoting the growth of the callus or root.
Further, the step 5) comprises the following steps:
51) cutting off the branches from the trees, and transplanting the branches into a pot culture, wherein the matrix in the pot culture comprises peat soil, perlite and vermiculite, and the volume ratio of the peat soil, the perlite and the vermiculite in the matrix is 2: 0.5: 1.
52) culturing for 2-4 weeks in an environment with the temperature of 18-22 ℃ and the relative humidity of 85-95%, and then culturing in an environment with the temperature of 23-27 ℃ and the relative humidity of 70-80% to obtain the kiwi fruit plants with fruits.
Further, the mixed matrix in the step 2) comprises peat soil, perlite and vermiculite, and the volume ratio of the peat soil to the perlite to the vermiculite is 2: 1: 1.
specifically, in the step 3), the liquid culture medium of 1/2MS +0.05mg/L IBA can provide sufficient mineral nutrition and moisture for the induced new roots and promote the growth of root systems, and the liquid culture medium of 1/2MS +0.5mg/L IBA has the following formula:
based on the method, the time limit for obtaining the fruit-bearing Chinese gooseberry potted plant is shortened to about six months from the original three years, and the time for obtaining the fruit-bearing Chinese gooseberry potted plant is greatly shortened. The method can obtain the kiwi fruit potted plant which can bear fruits in the same year in a short time for appreciation or basic research, for example, the experiments such as instantaneous genetic transformation of fruits and the influence of different cultivation conditions on the fruit development can be carried out under indoor controllable conditions.
The invention also provides a potted kiwi fruit with fruit obtained by the method, which can be sold as an ornamental commodity.
Additional aspects and advantages of the invention will be set forth in part in the description which follows and, in part, will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention.
