Abstract
The present invention relates to an oxidative hair dye composition, and more particularly, to an oxidative hair dye composition which can significantly improve the pungent odor and unpleasant odor of ammonia by containing a mixture of a higher aliphatic alcohol, a sorbitan-based surfactant, and a glucose-based surfactant as active ingredients.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an oxidative hair dye composition, and more particularly to an oxidative hair dye composition which can significantly improve the pungent odor and unpleasant odor of ammonia by containing a mixture of a higher aliphatic alcohol, a sorbitan-based surfactant, and a glucose-based surfactant as active ingredients.
Background
Generally, hair bleaching agents and hair dyes use oxidizing agents such as peroxides which play a role in bleaching hair, including hydrogen peroxide, urea peroxide, melamine peroxide, and the like. Ammonia is an effective activator, accelerating the bleaching and dyeing action of these peroxides on the hair, i.e. the oxidative destruction of melanin, and increasing the oxidative coupling ratio of the dyes. In addition, in order to effectively act as a hair bleach, the pH needs to be adjusted to be alkaline. Although these pH adjusting effects can be achieved by other alkaline agents, ammonia is the most preferred alkaline agent because it has the advantage of being able to simultaneously and effectively exert both the activating and pH adjusting effects, as well as swelling the hair and facilitating removal of excess parts after dyeing. Because of these effects, ammonia is most commonly used in hair depigmenting or hair coloring agents.
Ammonia, which is a highly volatile alkaline agent, generates an irritating odor peculiar to ammonia when the first and second agents are mixed or applied to hair, and causes irritation not only to eyes and skin but also a very nausea odor, which is very unpleasant to a person.
Other organic/inorganic alkaline agents can be used as a means for relieving the ammonia irritation, but the dyeing effect is not as good as that of ammonia, and the ammonia remains on the hair and scalp to increase the scalp irritation and hair damage, and ammonia is the most widely used alkaline agent. Therefore, reduction of ammonia odor is the most important issue.
As known from the prior art relating to the deodorization of ammonia, epoleon N7C, available from Epoleon corporation of japan, is commercially available, and this Epoleon N7C reduces the source of malodor generation by chemically neutralizing ammonia by mixing an appropriate acid-base component, but when it is used in a hair dye, the content of ammonia itself is finally reduced, which has a problem of hindering the original purpose of using ammonia in the hair dye.
Further, sensory neutralization methods and the like have been disclosed in which odor removal is attempted by adding a suitable combination of a common perfume material or a plant-derived complex extract (see patent document 1: korean patent publication No. 2000-0025753) or peppermint oil as a natural essential oil, and this method has a problem of deterioration of cosmetics because the odor removal effect is relatively weak and extremely high in alkalinity while maintaining the ammonia content in hair dyes, and the stability of perfume components, plant-derived extract components (plant-derived complex extract), natural essential oil components and the like in cosmetics is seriously affected, and therefore, the effect of suppressing and reducing the pungent odor and unpleasant odor of ammonia (hereinafter referred to as "odor removal effect of ammonia odor") is reduced when the cosmetics are stored or used for a long time.

Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
The object of the present invention is to provide an oxidative hair dye composition which is remarkably improved in the irritation and unpleasant odor caused by the ammonia component mixed in the oxidative hair dye composition.
Technical scheme
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies on a substance having an excellent deodorizing effect of an irritant and unpleasant odor generated by an ammonia component mixed in a hair dye composition, and a composition thereof, and as a result, have found that when a mixture of a higher aliphatic alcohol, a sorbitan-based surfactant and a glucose-based surfactant according to the present invention is added to a first agent for a hair dye containing ammonia (an aqueous ammonia solution or the like), not only the deodorizing effect of an ammonia odor is remarkably improved, but also the deodorizing effect is stably sustained for a long period of time.
Based on these findings, the present invention provides an oxidative hair dye composition having an excellent ammonia odor removing effect, wherein the oxidative hair dye composition comprises a first agent and a second agent, and the first agent contains, as active ingredients: a substance that generates ammonia as an alkaline agent; and a mixture of a higher aliphatic alcohol, a sorbitan surfactant and a glucose surfactant.
In addition, the present invention provides a combination of a higher aliphatic alcohol, a sorbitan-based surfactant and a glucose-based surfactant for improving a deodorizing effect on ammonia smell at the time of use in the preparation of an oxidative hair dye composition comprising a first agent containing an oxidative dye precursor and a coupling agent, a substance generating ammonia as an alkaline agent, and a second agent containing an oxidizing agent, and use thereof.
Advantageous effects
The oxidative hair dye composition of the present invention has an excellent deodorizing effect on an ammonia odor, and therefore, can be suitably used for hair dye cosmetics that generate an ammonia odor.
Best mode for carrying out the invention
All technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs, unless defined otherwise. Generally, the nomenclature used in this specification is well known and commonly employed in the art.
The present invention is described in further detail below.
In the present specification, the term "about" used in expressing length, area, volume, time (period), concentration, capacity (content, etc.), temperature, etc., means that there is a maximum allowable error of 10% in the corresponding numerical value or numerical range.
In one aspect, the present invention relates to an oxidative hair dye composition comprising a first agent and a second agent, wherein the first agent contains as active ingredients: a substance that generates ammonia as an alkaline agent; and a mixture consisting of a higher aliphatic alcohol, a sorbitan-based surfactant, and a glucose-based surfactant.
In the present invention, the first agent further contains a common oxidation dye precursor and a coupling agent, preferably contains two or more oxidation dye precursors and coupling agents, and may contain most of the oxidation dye precursors and coupling agents known in the art.
The oxidation dye precursor is not particularly limited in kind, and may be o-aminophenol, p-aminophenol, m-aminophenol, p-phenylenediamine, toluene-2,5-diamine hydrochloride, p-phenylenediamine hydrochloride, toluene-2,5-diamine, p-phenylenediamine sulfate, p-methylaminophenol sulfate, o-aminophenol sulfate, p-aminophenol sulfate, toluene-2,5-diamine sulfate, p-phenylenediamine sulfate, etc., and the oxidation dye precursor is used in an amount of 0.001 to 5.0 wt% based on the total weight of the first agent composition.
The coupling agent may be 2-methyl-5-hydroxyethylaminophenol, p-amino-o-cresol, m-aminophenol, 2,4-diaminophenoxyethanol hydrochloride, m-phenylenediamine, α -naphthol, resorcinol, 2-methylresorcinol, etc., and the amount of the coupling agent used is 0.001 to 5.0 wt% based on the total weight of the first composition, and the coupling agent is used in combination with the oxidation dye precursor to develop various colors of hair.
In the oxidative hair dye composition of the present invention, a commonly used direct dye (direct dyes) may be added as long as the object of the present invention is not hindered, and as such a direct dye, an ari-nol (Arianol) dye, p-nitrophthalene, nitro-p-phenylenediamine, 2-amino-4-nitrophenol, 2-amino-5-nitrophenol, nitro-m-phenylenediamine hydrochloride, picric acid, and other plant dyes, henna powder (Henna), and the like may be used.
In the oxidation type hair dye composition of the present invention, components generally used in hair dyes can be used within a range not to lower the effect of the present invention. For example, an antioxidant, a metal-blocking agent, a solvent, a surfactant, a thickener, a perfume, a conditioning agent, and the like can be used, and these may be those generally used in hair dyes, and are not particularly limited.
The metal blocking agents described above reduce the reactivity of the metal salt, and therefore need not be included or contained in very small amounts in the composition of the present invention. Examples of the metal blocking agent include ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, pentasodium diethylenetriaminepentaacetate, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (ethylenediamineic acid), and salts thereof.
Examples of the antioxidant include ascorbic acid, erythorbic acid, cysteine hydrochloride, sodium sulfite, thioglycolic acid, and the like; the solvent can be ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, propylene glycol, hexylene glycol, diethylene glycol, etc.; the surfactant can be cationic surfactant, anionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant, etc.; the thickener is prepared by using C14-22 higher alcohol alone or in combination, and can be nonionic polymer, anionic polymer, paraffin, light mobile isoparaffin, etc.; the regulator may be a cationic polymer, a quaternary ammonium salt, a silica gel, or the like.
The second component of the oxidative hair dye composition of the present invention is described below.
The second agent contains an oxidizing agent, and the oxidizing agent includes one or more selected from the group consisting of hydrogen peroxide, urea peroxide, alkali metal bromates, ferricyanides, perborates and persulfates which are generally used in oxidative hair dye compositions, and particularly preferably contains hydrogen peroxide.
The amount of the oxidizing agent used is usually 0.1 to 10.0% by weight based on the total weight of the second agent composition.
In the second agent of the present invention, components generally used in hair dyes can be used as long as the effect of the present invention is not deteriorated. For example, paraffin, light-flow isoparaffin, higher fatty alcohol, higher fatty acid ester, etc. emulsion, cationic or nonionic surfactant, phenacetin, etc. stabilizer, phosphoric acid, etc. pH regulator, etc. may be contained.
In addition, the first part and the second part of the oxidative hair dye composition according to the present invention usually contain water in addition to the above components. The water is preferably purified water such as ion-exchanged water or distilled water, and the content thereof is not particularly limited as long as the components used in the hair dye composition can be sufficiently dissolved or dispersed.
The present invention relates to an oxidative hair dye composition, which is prepared by mixing a first agent and a second agent for application to hair. In this case, although not particularly limited, the first agent and the second agent may be used in a mixture at a weight ratio of usually 1:1 to 1:2, more preferably 1:1.
When the first agent and the second agent are mixed, if the proportion of the first agent is reduced, the amount of the dye is reduced, the dye which permeates the interior of the hair is reduced, and the coloring capability is reduced; if the ratio of the second agent is increased, the reaction rate increases sharply to cause additional reaction, and if the ratio is small, the reaction rate becomes slow.
In addition, a hair dyeing method using the oxidative hair dye composition of the present invention includes a general hair dyeing method of mixing the first agent and the second agent to prepare an oxidative hair dye, applying the oxidative hair dye to hair, and cleaning the hair after a predetermined time.
In the present invention, the higher aliphatic Alcohol is at least one selected from the group consisting of Cetyl Alcohol (Cetyl Alcohol), stearyl Alcohol (Stearyl Alcohol), cetearyl Alcohol (Cetearyl Alcohol), and Behenyl Alcohol (Behenyl Alcohol), and is preferably Cetearyl Alcohol.
In the present invention, the sorbitan-based surfactant is at least one selected from the group consisting of cetearyl olive oleate/sorbitan olive oleate, sorbitan sesquioleate and sorbitan stearate/sorbitan laurate, and is preferably a mixture of cetearyl olive oleate/sorbitan olive oleate.
In the present invention, the glucose-based surfactant is at least one selected from the group consisting of C12-20 alkyl glucoside, C14-22 alcohol/C12-20 alkyl glucoside, cetearyl alcohol/cetearyl glucoside, and arachidyl alcohol/behenyl alcohol/arachidyl glucoside, and is preferably C12-20 alkyl glucoside.
The present invention is characterized in that the above mixture is prepared by mixing, in terms of weight, the higher aliphatic alcohol, the sorbitan surfactant and the glucose surfactant in a ratio of 10:1 in combination ratio.
The present invention is characterized in that the content of the higher aliphatic alcohol is 0.1 to 15 wt%, preferably 5 to 15 wt%, and most preferably 8 to 12 wt% based on the total weight of the first agent; when the content of the above higher aliphatic alcohol is less than 0.1% by weight based on the total weight of the first agent, the deodorizing effect of ammonia odor is weak, and when it exceeds 15% by weight, the effect is not greatly increased as compared with the increase in the content, and the stability of the dosage form and the feeling in use can be reduced.
The present invention is characterized in that the content of the sorbitan-based surfactant is 0.1 to 15 wt%, preferably 0.8 to 5.0 wt%, and most preferably 1.0 to 4.0 wt%, based on the total weight of the first agent; when the content of the above sorbitan-based surfactant is less than 0.1% by weight based on the total weight of the first agent, the deodorizing effect of ammonia odor is weak, and when it exceeds 15% by weight, the effect is not greatly increased as compared with the increase in the content, and the stability of the dosage form and the feeling in use can be reduced.
The present invention is characterized in that the content of the glucose-based surfactant is 0.1 to 15 wt%, preferably 0.1 to 5 wt%, and most preferably 0.5 to 1.5 wt% based on the total weight of the first agent; when the content of the above-mentioned glucose-based surfactant is less than 0.1% by weight based on the total weight of the first agent, the deodorizing effect of ammonia odor is weak, and when it exceeds 15% by weight, the effect is not greatly increased as compared with the increase in the content, and the stability of the dosage form and the feeling in use can be reduced.
The ammonia content of the ammonia-generating substance is 0.1 to 10 wt%, preferably 2 to 8 wt%, based on the total weight of the first agent; when the content of ammonia in the above ammonia-generating substance is less than 0.1% by weight based on the total weight of the first agent, the dyeing/decoloring effect of hair is weak, and when it exceeds 10% by weight, the effect is not greatly increased as compared with the increase in the content, and the formulation stability and feeling in use can be reduced.
In the present invention, the ammonia-generating substance may be an aqueous ammonia solution, preferably 28% w/w aqueous ammonia, but is not limited thereto.
In the present invention, it is characterized in that the above composition may contain conventional carriers and additives well known in the art. For example, conventional perfume ingredients may be contained according to the cosmetic formulation.
The present invention is characterized in that the composition can reduce the irritation to the scalp and the damage to the hair.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail by way of examples. These examples are merely illustrative of the present invention, and it is naturally understood by those having ordinary skill in the art that the scope of the present invention is not limited to these examples.
[ PREPARATION EXAMPLE 1 ] preparation of first and second preparations of Hair dye composition
The conventional ammonia-based permanent hair dye first agent was prepared according to a preparation method generally known in the art using the components and contents of tables 1 to 3 below.
The first hairdye agents and the second hairdye agents of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 9 were prepared with the compositions of tables 1 to 3, and table 4, respectively.
Tables 1 to 3 below show the first part (unit: weight%) of the hair dye.

Purified water, an antioxidant (isoascorbic acid), a reducing agent (sodium metabisulfite), p-phenylenediamine (PPD), m-aminophenol, and a coupling agent (resorcinol) were added as an aqueous phase according to the composition ratios described in tables 1 to 3, and then heated to about 75 ℃. As an oil phase, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, or cetearyl alcohol and polyoxyethylene stearyl ether, cetearyl olivate/sorbitan olivate are added and heated to about 75 deg.C for dissolution. Then, after the above oil phase and water phase were mixed and emulsified, cooled to about 55 ℃, and then added with C12-20 alkyl glucoside and ammonia (using aqueous ammonia (28% w/w) so that the final concentration of ammonia was 8.0 wt% or 12.0 wt% with respect to the total weight of the first agent for hairdye), and mixed uniformly, to prepare a first agent for hairdye. The following Table 4 shows the second agent (unit: wt%) for hair dye.

In the second agent (oxidizing agent) for hair dye, cetearyl alcohol, polyoxyethylene stearyl ether and polyoxyethylene oleyl ether (polyoxyyethylenes oleyl ether) were dissolved by heating to about 75 ℃ as an oil phase in the composition ratio shown in table 4; in addition, disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate and purified water were heated to about 75 ℃ to be dissolved as an aqueous phase, the aqueous phase and an oil phase were mixed and emulsified at the same temperature, and then cooled to about 55 ℃, phosphoric acid and hydrogen peroxide (35% w/w) was added so that the final concentration of hydrogen peroxide was 5.9 wt% with respect to the total weight of the second agent for hairdye) were uniformly mixed to prepare a second agent for hairdye.
[ test example 1 ] test using a detector tube
An oxidative hair dye composition prepared by mixing 30g of the first agent for hair dye prepared in preparation example 1 and 30g of the second agent for hair dye was charged into a 500-mL flask and left at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Then, an Ammonia detection tube (GASTEC No.3HM Ammonia, GASTEC) was connected to the flask, and a pump was started to suck Ammonia generated from the above-mentioned oxidative hair dye composition. The scale of the color change site was read to measure the amount of ammonia produced by the above-mentioned oxidative hair dye composition.
As a result, as shown in tables 5 to 7 below, it was confirmed that the oxidative hair dye composition comprising the above first hair dye agent and second hair dye agent exhibited a low ammonia production amount when the higher aliphatic alcohol (cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, or cetostearyl alcohol), the sorbitan surfactant (cetearyl olive oleate/sorbitan olive oleate), and the glucose surfactant (C12-20 alkyl glucoside) were contained in the first hair dye agent in a mixed state at a weight ratio of 10. In particular, when the higher fatty alcohol contained in the above-mentioned oxidative hair dye composition was cetostearyl alcohol (dosage form examples 1 to 4), it was confirmed that the amount of ammonia produced was the lowest.
In contrast, higher aliphatic alcohols cannot be satisfied: sorbitan-based surfactant: the case of the mixing ratio of glucose-based surfactant =10 of 1 to 3:1 (comparative formulation examples 1 to 7) showed a high ammonia generation amount. Further, when the content of ammonia contained in the above-mentioned oxidative hair dye composition exceeds 10% by weight based on the total weight of the first part of the hair dye (comparative formulation examples 8 to 9), it was also confirmed that a very high ammonia production amount was exhibited.
Tables 5 to 7 below show NH 3 The amount of ammonia produced was measured by a measuring tube.

[ test example 2 ] sensory evaluation
For the oxidation type hair dye composition prepared by mixing 30g of the first part of the hair dye prepared in preparation example 1 and 30g of the second part of the hair dye, the deodorizing effect of ammonia odor was evaluated by 15 sensory evaluation professionals (panel), and then the average score was calculated by a 10-point method.
The sensory evaluation criteria are shown in Table 8 below.

As a result, as shown in tables 9 to 11 below, when the higher aliphatic alcohol (cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, or cetearyl alcohol), the sorbitan-based surfactant (cetearyl olive oleate/sorbitan olive oleate), and the glucose-based surfactant (C12-20 alkyl glucoside) were contained in the first hairdye preparation in a mixed state at a weight ratio of 10.5 to 10. In particular, when the higher fatty alcohol contained in the above-mentioned oxidative hair dye composition is cetostearyl alcohol (dosage form examples 1 to 4), the ammonia odor intensity was confirmed to be the lowest.
In contrast, higher aliphatic alcohols cannot be satisfied: sorbitan-based surfactant: the mixture ratios of glucose surfactant =10 to 1 to 3:1 (comparative formulation examples 1 to 7) showed high ammonia odor intensity. Further, when the content of ammonia contained in the above-mentioned oxidative hair dye composition exceeds 10% by weight based on the total weight of the first part of the hair dye (comparative example 8 to 9), it was confirmed that the strength of ammonia odor was very high.
The sensory evaluation results of the ammonia odor intensity are shown in tables 9 to 11 below.

Claims (10)
1. An oxidative hair dye composition comprising a first agent and a second agent, characterized in that:
the first agent contains a substance that generates ammonia as an alkaline agent as an active ingredient; and a mixture consisting of higher aliphatic alcohol, sorbitan surfactant and glucose surfactant,
the mixture is prepared by mixing a higher aliphatic alcohol, a sorbitan surfactant and a glucose surfactant in a combination ratio of 10 to 4:1 by weight.
2. An oxidative hair dye composition according to claim 1, wherein the higher aliphatic alcohol is one or more selected from the group consisting of cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol and behenyl alcohol.
3. An oxidative hair dye composition according to claim 1, wherein the sorbitan-based surfactant is one or more selected from the group consisting of cetearyl olive oleate/sorbitan olive oleate, sorbitan sesquioleate and sorbitan stearate/sorbitan laurate.
4. An oxidative hair dye composition according to claim 1, wherein the glucose-based surfactant is one or more selected from the group consisting of C12-20 alkyl glucoside, C14-22 alcohol/C12-20 alkyl glucoside, cetearyl alcohol/cetearyl glucoside and arachidyl alcohol/behenyl alcohol/arachidyl glucoside.
5. An oxidative hair dye composition according to claim 1, wherein the mixture is a mixture obtained by mixing a higher aliphatic alcohol, a sorbitan-based surfactant and a glucose-based surfactant in a combination ratio of 10.5 to 3:1 on a weight basis.
6. An oxidative hair dye composition according to claim 1, wherein the higher aliphatic alcohol is present in an amount of 8 to 12% by weight relative to the total weight of the first agent.
7. An oxidative hair dye composition according to claim 1, wherein the sorbitan-based surfactant is contained in an amount of 1 to 4% by weight relative to the total weight of the first agent.
8. An oxidative hair dye composition according to claim 1, wherein the glucose-based surfactant is contained in an amount of 0.5 to 1.5% by weight relative to the total weight of the first agent.
9. An oxidative hair dye composition according to claim 1, wherein the ammonia-generating substance is present in an amount of 0.1 to 10% by weight relative to the total weight of the first agent.
10. An oxidative hair dye composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition reduces scalp irritation and hair damage.
