The applicant has found that the prior art has at least the following technical problems:
the motor assembly is mainly installed in an accommodating cavity of the air duct, the accommodating cavity of the air duct is installed at the lower position of the heat exchanger assembly, the mounting mode is also universally adopted by the traditional cabinet air conditioner, air is upwards supplied through the motor assembly, and refrigeration is realized through heat exchange of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is located the top of fan subassembly, can only adopt the mode of single air supply upwards, and the air supply mode is single. The flow direction of the prior air conditioner cabinet is generally air inlet panel, fan assembly, heat exchanger and air outlet, and the relative position of the fan assembly and the heat exchanger determines that the air conditioner can only adopt a single-air-outlet mode and cannot meet the requirement.
In addition, the motor component is fixed with the volute housing cavity surface through a plurality of screws only through the motor mounting plate, is easy to loosen, is unreliable in mounting, and is easy to cause resonance and noise.
Moreover, a plurality of parts such as traditional centrifugal fan pressure plate line need spot welding, and the installation effectiveness is lower.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
The invention provides an arrangement structure of a fan assembly 3, which comprises an air inlet 11, a heat exchanger 2, the fan assembly 3, an air duct assembly 4 and a plurality of air outlets, wherein the fan assembly 3 is positioned in a flow passage between the heat exchanger 2 and the air outlets, and air flows through the air inlet 11, the heat exchanger 2 and the fan assembly 3 in sequence and then is blown by the air outlets.
The fan assembly 3 is positioned in a flow channel between the heat exchanger 2 and the air outlet, air flows through the air inlet 11, the heat exchanger 2 and the fan assembly 3 in sequence and then is blown by the air outlets, the position of the fan assembly 3 is adjusted to enable the air flow direction to be changed from the traditional air inlet 11-the fan assembly 3-the heat exchanger 2-the air outlet to the traditional air inlet 11-the heat exchanger 2-the fan assembly 3-the air outlet, and the air which is subjected to heat exchange is blown by the fan firstly, so that the air supply of the fan assembly 3 can be blown out by the air outlets, therefore, the air supply mode is not only a single-air-outlet mode any more, a multi-air-outlet mode of double-air-outlet air.
As an optional implementation manner, the air duct assembly 4 has two air ducts, and the two air outlets are an upper air outlet and a lower air outlet, and the upper air outlet and the lower air outlet are respectively located at two ends of the air duct.
In an alternative embodiment, the air duct assembly 4 is formed with an air duct housing chamber 41, and the fan assembly 3 is disposed in the housing chamber 41.
As an alternative embodiment, the housing chamber 41 is located at the waist of the air duct assembly 4.
The accommodating cavity 41 is positioned at the waist of the air duct component 4, so that the air outlet of the upper air outlet and the air outlet of the lower air outlet are uniform.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the fan assembly 3 includes a fan blade 31, a motor 32 and a fan bracket 33, the motor 32 is fixed to the fan bracket 33, and the fan blade 31 is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the motor 32. The structure of the fan mount 33 is shown in fig. 5.
Set up fan support 33, except with the fixed point of acceping chamber 41, still fix with air inlet panel 1 through screw hole 331 on fan support 33, increased the quantity of installation fixed point, fan subassembly 3's installation is fixed more firm, is difficult to the pine and takes off, and then has effectively avoided resonance and noise.
After the fan bracket 33 is arranged, the fan assembly can be preassembled in advance, the quantity of welding spots for installing and fixing the fan assembly 3 and the air conditioner shell (the air inlet panel 1) is reduced, and the installation efficiency is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the fan bracket 33 is located on one side end face of the fan assembly 3.
As an optional embodiment, the air duct assembly 4 is formed with a containing cavity 41, and the fan blade 31 is located in the containing cavity 41; the fan bracket 33 is fixed on the air duct assembly 4 at the periphery of the accommodating cavity 41.
The fan blades 31 are positioned in the accommodating cavity 41, and air thrown out by the fan blades 31 directly enters the air channel and is blown by the air outlets at two ends of the air channel, so that the energy loss is low.
As an alternative embodiment, the central axis of the fan assembly 3 is located on the vertical plane of the heat exchanger 2.
The central axis of the fan component 3 is positioned on the vertical plane of the heat exchanger 2, namely the fan component 3 is positioned at the center of the heat exchanger 2, the heat exchange is uniform, and the air supply temperature of the upper air outlet and the lower air outlet is consistent.
As an alternative embodiment, the fan assembly 3 is a single centrifugal fan.
And a single centrifugal fan is adopted to realize bidirectional air supply, and the structure is compact.
As an alternative embodiment, the heat exchanger 2 is an evaporator.
The invention provides a cabinet air conditioner which comprises any one of the fan assembly 3 arrangement structures.
As an optional implementation mode, the height of the cabinet air conditioner is H, and the fan assembly 3 is located in the range of H/4-3H/4.
The position of an air inlet 11 of the cabinet air conditioner is not fixed, and for the whole machine, the position of the fan assembly 3 is in the range of 1/4-3/4 of the height of the air conditioner and corresponds to the position of an evaporator.
The cabinet air conditioner mainly comprises an air inlet panel 1, a fan assembly 3, a heat exchanger 2 and an air duct assembly 4. As shown in fig. 1, the fan assembly 3 is mounted on two side walls of the air intake panel 1 through a fan bracket 33 and fixed by 4 screws. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the fan assembly 3 is mainly formed by sequentially mounting a fan bracket 33 (sheet metal), an ac motor 32, and a fan blade 31 through the center of the fan bracket 33; wherein, the periphery of the fan bracket 33 is provided with a fixing screw hole 331 fixed on the air inlet panel 1; an outlet 332 of the alternating current motor 32 is arranged at a position below the center of the fan bracket 33, and the outlet 332 is provided with a folded edge to prevent the risk of line cutting. As shown in fig. 3, the fan assembly 3 is installed in the containing cavity 41 for containing the fan blade 31, and the fan blade 31 is installed and fixed inward. As shown in fig. 2, the fan assembly 3 is mainly located in the flow channel between the heat exchanger 2 assembly and the air outlet, i.e. the air outlet of the air conditioner is fixed in position. The central position of the fan is located at the central position of the heat exchanger 2, that is, on the vertical plane of the heat exchanger 2, as shown in fig. 2, a is b. Since the air conditioner has different installation positions of the heat exchanger 2 assemblies due to appearance factors, the position of the fan assembly 3 is in the position region of 1/4-3/4 of the whole height of the air conditioner and is correspondingly arranged with the heat exchanger 2. If the installation position of the fan assembly 3 changes, the comfort and the air outlet performance of the whole air conditioner are affected. The air conditioner realizes the upper and lower distributed air supply modes (double-air-outlet air supply) of the air conditioner, changes the traditional simple single upward air supply mode into the distributed air supply mode, enables the air conditioner to realize the air supply with multiple air outlets, has high flexibility, and adapts to the requirements of different people.
