Background
The blowout prevention box is a tool for preventing drilling fluid in a lifted drill string from overflowing and polluting a drill floor when a connector thread is removed during tripping, and a steel wire rope for traction is inserted through a rubber core in the blowout prevention box and frequently slides in the rubber core, so that the rubber core is quickly worn and often needs to be replaced, but the conventional blowout prevention box needs to firstly disassemble an access assembly, then take out the rubber core above a box body and replace the rubber core, and the operation is troublesome, time-consuming and labor-consuming; moreover, the replacement of the rubber core is an integral replacement, so that the cost is higher; in addition, the existing blowout prevention box is only provided with one pulley to be matched with a steel wire rope, the steel wire rope can cause the blowout prevention box to be inclined when being dragged, the abrasion degree of a rubber core is aggravated, and further improvement is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the current situation of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a blowout prevention box which can simply and quickly take out and replace a rubber core, is time-saving, labor-saving and cost-saving, can avoid deflection when a steel wire rope is pulled, and greatly weakens the abrasion degree.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a blowout prevention box comprises a box body, a first lifting ring, an access assembly, an output assembly and a rubber core; the left side and the right side of the box body are respectively provided with a first hanging ring which are symmetrically distributed; the access assembly and the output assembly are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the box body, and the rubber core is arranged in the box body; the box body is internally provided with transversely distributed partition plates, and wire passing holes are formed in the partition plates; the box body is characterized in that the front side and the rear side of the box body are respectively provided with a first window which are symmetrically distributed, the front side of the box body is provided with a second window, the two first windows are arranged above the partition plate, the second window is arranged below the partition plate, the front side and the rear side of the box body are respectively provided with a detachable rubber seat gland, the inner sides of the two rubber seat glands are respectively provided with a detachable rubber seat, and the two rubber seats are respectively inserted into the box body through the two first windows; two be equipped with the suction rubber of two symmetric distributions between the rubber seat, two the upside of rubber seat gland all is equipped with a second rings, gyro wheel gland detachable fixes the front side at the box body and locates the front side of second window, the loose pulley includes two, two the loose pulley is all horizontal and bilateral symmetry locate the inside below of all locating the baffle of box body, two all the cover is equipped with a rotatable pulley on the loose pulley.
Preferably, the upper side and the lower side of the box body are both outwards formed with a sleeve, the upper side and the lower side of the box body are both provided with a through hole, and the through holes are respectively concentrically arranged with the two sleeves.
Preferably, the access assembly comprises an upper slip, a piston, a hydraulic cylinder, a guide pipe, a lower slip copper sleeve, a spring, a right-angle joint and a traction assembly; the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder is sleeved outside a sleeve fixed on the upper side; the inside of the pneumatic cylinder is vertically located to the pipe, the upper end of pipe alternates and fixes the upper end center at the pipe, the lower extreme of pipe inserts the last slips that is fixed with two symmetries and sets up, one of upside be equipped with the lower slips of two symmetric distributions in the sleeve, the slips copper sheathing is vertical to be located between two slips down, the mobilizable cover of piston is established outside the pipe and is located in the pneumatic cylinder, right angle joint locate the upper end one side of pneumatic cylinder and communicate each other with the pneumatic cylinder is inside, the spring housing is established in the outside of pipe and two last slips and is located between piston and two slips down, the top of pneumatic cylinder is located to the subassembly that pulls.
Preferably, the upper end of the spring abuts against the lower end of the piston, and the lower end of the spring abuts against the upper ends of the two lower slips.
Preferably, the traction assembly comprises a guide wheel box, a pin shaft, an upper pulley and a roller; the guide wheel box is fixed at the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder, two pin shafts which are transversely and bilaterally symmetrically distributed are arranged in the guide wheel box, an upper pulley and a roller wheel are respectively sleeved on the two pin shafts, and the roller wheel is arranged on the left side of the upper pulley.
Preferably, the output assembly comprises a clamping sleeve, a universal nut, a universal seat, a shearing pin and a lower joint; the universal joint comprises a universal nut, a clamping sleeve, a lower joint, a universal seat and a lower joint, wherein the clamping sleeve is fixedly sleeved outside a sleeve on the lower side, the universal nut is sleeved outside the clamping sleeve, the upper end of the universal seat is inserted into the lower end of the universal nut in a screwed mode and abuts against the lower end of the clamping sleeve, and the upper end of the lower joint is sleeved outside the lower end of the universal seat and is fixed through a plurality of shearing pins.
Preferably, a step ring is formed on the outer side of the middle of the clamping sleeve, and the upper side of the step ring is attached to the inner wall of the upper side of the universal nut.
Preferably, the upper end of lower clutch is outwards formed with a plurality of inserted sheets that distribute along the equal angular distribution of circumferencial direction, correspondingly, a plurality of slots that distribute along the equal angular distribution of circumferencial direction are seted up in the lower extreme outside of universal seat, the quantity and the position of slot and the quantity and the position of inserted sheet all mutually support, and are a plurality of the inserted sheet inserts respectively in a plurality of slots.
Preferably, the number of the shear pins is the same as that of the insert plates, and a plurality of the shear pins respectively transversely penetrate through the insert plates and are respectively inserted and screwed in the universal seats.
Preferably, two the inboard of rubber seat has all been seted up a vertical distribution and the arc wall of mutually supporting, two in two arc walls are located respectively to the suction rubber, two the arc hole that a vertical distribution and mutually supporting is all seted up to the inboard of suction rubber.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: according to the invention, the front side and the rear side of the box body are respectively provided with the first window, and the two detachable rubber seat pressing covers are used for realizing the rapid taking out and replacement of the two pumping rubber sheets, so that the access assembly is not required to be detached, the operation is simple, and the time and the labor are saved; moreover, the two rubber bases and the two rubber base pressing covers can be continuously used, so that the cost is saved; in addition, the two pulleys are arranged to be matched with the steel wire rope, so that the blowout prevention box is prevented from being inclined when the steel wire rope is pulled, and the abrasion degree of the rubber core is greatly reduced.

As shown in fig. 1, the blowout preventer comprises a box body 3, a first lifting ring 27, an access assembly, an output assembly and a rubber core; the left side and the right side of the box body 3 are respectively provided with a first hanging ring 27 which are symmetrically distributed; the access assembly and the output assembly are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the box body 3, the rubber core is arranged in the box body 3, and the rubber core comprises a suction rubber 10, a rubber base 11, a rubber base gland 12, a roller gland 8, a second lifting ring 30, a pulley 6 and a pulley shaft 7; a transversely distributed partition plate 302 is arranged in the box body 3, and a wire passing hole 304 is formed in the partition plate 302; the front side and the rear side of the box body 3 are respectively provided with a first window 301 which are symmetrically distributed, the front side of the box body 3 is provided with a second window 303, the two first windows 301 are both arranged above the partition plate 302, the second window 303 is arranged below the partition plate 302, the front side and the rear side of the box body 3 are respectively provided with a detachable rubber seat gland 12, the inner sides of the two rubber seat glands 12 are respectively provided with a detachable rubber seat 11, and the two rubber seats 11 are respectively inserted into the box body 3 through the two first windows 301; the output assembly comprises a clamping sleeve 5, a universal nut 4, a universal seat 2, a shearing pin 25 and a lower joint 1; the cutting sleeve 5 is fixedly sleeved outside a sleeve 306 at the lower side, the universal nut 4 is sleeved outside the cutting sleeve 5, the upper end of the universal seat 2 is inserted and screwed in the lower end of the universal nut 4 and abuts against the lower end of the cutting sleeve 5, and the upper end of the lower connector 1 is sleeved outside the lower end of the universal seat 2 and is fixed through a plurality of shearing pins 25; a step ring 51 is formed on the outer side of the middle part of the cutting sleeve 5, and the upper side of the step ring 51 is attached to the inner wall of the upper side of the universal nut 4; a plurality of inserting sheets 101 which are distributed at equal angles along the circumferential direction are formed outwards at the upper end of the lower joint 1, correspondingly, a plurality of slots 201 which are distributed at equal angles along the circumferential direction are formed in the outer side of the lower end of the universal seat 2, the number and the positions of the slots 201 are matched with those of the inserting sheets 101, the inserting sheets 101 are respectively inserted into the slots 201, the number of the shearing pins 25 is the same as that of the inserting sheets 101, and the shearing pins 25 respectively transversely penetrate through the inserting sheets 101 and are respectively inserted into the universal seats 2 in a threaded manner; the arc wall 111 that a vertical distribution just mutually supported is all seted up to two inboard of gluing seat 11, and two suction rubber 10 locate two arc walls 111 respectively, and the arc hole 1001 that a vertical distribution just mutually supported is all seted up to two suction rubber 10's inboard.
When the device is used, one end of a steel wire rope is fixed, the other end of the steel wire rope is wound downwards through the right side of the roller 24, then vertically downwards penetrates through the guide pipe 16, the space between the two upper slips 15, the lower slip copper sleeve 17, the through hole 305 on the upper side, the space between the two arc-shaped holes 1001 and the wire passing hole 304, further vertically upwards penetrates through the two pulleys 6 from bottom to top, further upwards penetrates through the wire passing hole 304, the space between the two arc-shaped holes 1001, the through hole 305 on the upper side, the lower slip copper sleeve 17, the space between the two upper slips 15 and the guide pipe 16, and finally winds through the left side of the upper pulley 23; a drill string is arranged in the output assembly; after the drilling of the drill string is completed, compressed air is introduced into the hydraulic cylinder 13 through the right-angle joint 19, so that the piston 14 is pressed to move vertically downwards along the guide pipe 16, and therefore air in the box body 3 is introduced into a drilled well through the lower sleeve 306, the clamping sleeve 5, the universal seat 2 and the lower joint 1, and therefore liquid in the well is prevented from entering the output assembly and the box body 3 upwards (the principle is the prior art); then, pulling the other end of the steel wire rope, the steel wire rope can pull up the two pulleys 6 by virtue of the upper pulley 23, and further pulls the box body 3 to move upwards by virtue of the two pulley shafts 7, so that the access assembly, the output assembly and the rubber core are driven to move upwards together to leave the well hole; when the rubber core is worn, the two suction rubber sheets 10 can be conveniently and quickly replaced as long as the two rubber seat pressing covers 12 are detached; the two first hanging rings 27 and the two second hanging rings 30 are convenient to integrally hoist and move.
The blowout prevention box is a tool for preventing drilling fluid in a lifted drill string from overflowing and polluting a drill floor when joint threads are removed during tripping, and a steel wire rope for traction is inserted through a rubber core in the blowout prevention box and frequently slides in the rubber core, so that the rubber core is quickly worn and often needs to be replaced, but the conventional blowout prevention box needs to firstly disassemble an access assembly, then take out the rubber core above a box body 3 and replace the rubber core, and the operation is troublesome, time-consuming and labor-consuming; moreover, the replacement of the rubber core is an integral replacement, so that the cost is higher; in addition, the existing blowout prevention box is only provided with one pulley to be matched with a steel wire rope, and the steel wire rope can cause the blowout prevention box to be inclined and aggravate the abrasion degree of a rubber core when being dragged; according to the invention, the front side and the rear side of the box body 3 are respectively provided with the first window 301, and the two detachable rubber seat pressing covers 12 are used for realizing the rapid taking out and replacement of the two pumping rubber sheets 10, so that the access assembly is not required to be detached, the operation is simple, and the time and the labor are saved; moreover, the two rubber bases 11 and the two rubber base pressing covers 12 can be continuously used, so that the cost is saved; in addition, the two pulleys 6 are arranged to be matched with the steel wire rope, so that the blowout prevention box is prevented from being inclined when the steel wire rope is pulled, and the abrasion degree of the rubber core is greatly reduced.
