Detailed Description
The pneumatic mechanism for opening the door cover of a cabin according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, which are provided for illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
A pneumatic cabin door cover opening mechanism is shown in figures 1 and 2 and comprises a door cover 1, a moving frame 2, a door opening cylinder assembly 3, a high-pressure gas cylinder 4, a front opening locking mechanism 5, a rear opening locking mechanism 6 and a gas path pipeline 7. As shown in fig. 4, the pins at both sides of the door 1 are coupled to the guide rails at both sides of the moving frame 2. The moving frame 2 consists of two side surfaces and an end surface, and the end surface of the moving frame 2 is connected with a pull rod of the door opening cylinder assembly 3 through threads. As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the locking mechanism 5 before unlocking and the locking mechanism 6 after unlocking are multi-stage cylinders, and locking or releasing is realized under the cooperation of springs;
as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the high-pressure gas cylinder 4 inputs high-pressure gas to the front-opening locking mechanism 5 through the gas path pipeline 7, and the front-opening locking mechanism 5 overcomes the resistance of the spring to displace under the action of the high-pressure gas, so that the cylindrical surfaces of different stages are connected with the high-pressure gas. As shown in fig. 3, when the locking mechanism 5 is in the state before unlocking, i.e. when the spring is in the release state before opening, the surface with a larger cross-sectional area of the cylinder blocks the air passage, so that the door opening cylinder assembly 3 cannot receive high-pressure air. When the locking mechanism 5 is in the unlocked state before opening, namely when the spring is in the locked state, the surface with the smaller cross-sectional area of the cylinder dredges the air passage, so that high-pressure air directly acts on the door opening cylinder assembly 3. In a preferred embodiment, a sealing ring is provided on the locking mechanism 5 before opening to ensure the tightness of the mechanism.
As shown in fig. 4, the door-opening cylinder assembly 3 applies a pulling force to the moving frame 2 through the pull rod by the high-pressure gas to move the moving frame 2 and the door cover 1. As shown in fig. 5, the guide rails on the two sides of the moving frame 2 are inclined rails, the cabin is provided with a horizontal rail and a vertical rail, when the moving frame 2 is displaced horizontally, the pins on the two sides of the door cover 1 are displaced vertically under the action of the inclined rails and the vertical rails, and the pins on the two sides of the door cover 1 are displaced horizontally under the action of the inclined rails and the horizontal rails. In a preferred embodiment, the guide rails on both sides of the moving frame 2 are inclined at an angle of 45 degrees.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the locking mechanism 6 is released after the door 1 is moved to the proper position after opening, so as to restrict the door 1 from moving reversely. After the locking mechanism 6 is opened, one surface of the locking pin is an inclined surface and is locked under the pushing of the movable frame 2. The moving frame 2 is provided with a pin hole, so that after the door cover 1 is in place, the locking pin of the locking mechanism 6 is released to the pin hole after being opened. It should be noted that, since one surface of the locking pin of the locking mechanism 6 is an inclined surface after the door cover 1 is opened, the moving frame 2 can apply a downward force to the locking pin through the inclined surface to lock the locking pin, so that the moving frame 2 moves to place the door cover 1 in place, the locking pin is released to the pin hole of the moving frame 2 after the door cover 1 is placed in place, and the movement of the moving frame 2 is limited after the door cover 1 is placed in place.
