The mouth frame and the liner layer of the downward slope section wound on the mouth frame are arranged in the lower fixed shell, side lugs are arranged on two sides of the upper fixed shell and the lower fixed shell, and side lug round holes are formed in the side lugs; the upper fixing shell and the lower fixing shell are connected through round holes on the side lugs by adopting common bolts, as shown in fig. 9 and 10.
