The pipe chain type conveying device 200 conveys wine materials into the distillation inner shell 311 and the wine materials are placed on the supporting plate 3142, meanwhile, the vibrator 315 operates and enables the distillation inner shell 314 to vibrate up and down so that the wine materials are uniformly placed on the supporting plate 3142, meanwhile, hot steam in the electric heating high-temperature steam generator 330 enters the distillation inner shell 314 through the lower connecting pipe 3131, the lower fixed end cover 313, the lower corrugated pipe and the steam hole, the hot steam is discharged into the condensing device 400 through the upper corrugated pipe, the upper fixed end cover 312 and the upper connecting pipe 3121, and alcohol in the wine materials can be evaporated and taken away together in the flowing process of the hot steam.
More specifically, in order to prevent the vibrator 315 from driving the distillation inner housing 314 to vibrate up and down, the distillation inner housing 314 is vibrated to deviate left and right, which may damage the sealing performance between the distillation inner housing 314 and the first connecting nozzle 3111/second connecting nozzle 3112, and at the same time, the structure of the distillation inner/outer housing is damaged due to long-time vibration, for this reason, a buffer assembly is further disposed between the distillation inner housing 314 and the distillation outer housing 311, the buffer assembly includes a guide rod 316 and a buffer spring set 317, the guide rod 316 is perpendicular to the ground and the guide rod 316 is fixedly installed in the distillation outer housing 311, the guide rod 316 is provided in two sets, and the distance direction between the two guide rods 316 is parallel to the extending direction of the connecting outer housing 130.

The buffer spring group 317 comprises an upper buffer spring sleeved on the outer portion of the guide rod 316 above the buffer plate and a lower buffer spring sleeved on the outer portion of the guide rod 316 below the buffer plate, and the buffer spring group 317 is correspondingly provided with two groups.
Preferably, the buffer assemblies are provided in two groups, and the two groups of buffer assemblies are respectively located at one side of the distillation inner shell 314 along the extending direction of the connecting outer shell 130.
The distillation component is provided with two groups, namely a distillation component I close to the fixed shell I110 and a distillation component II close to the fixed shell II 120, the connecting nozzle I3111 of the distillation component I is fixedly connected and communicated with the discharging nozzle 112, and the connecting nozzle II 3112 of the distillation component II is fixedly connected and communicated with the feeding nozzle 121.
The transmission housing 320 is arranged between the second connecting nozzle 3112 of the first distilling component and the first connecting nozzle 3111 of the second distilling component, the transmission housing 320 is a rectangular shell structure with the extending direction parallel to the extending direction of the connection housing 130 and two open ends, one open end of the transmission housing 320 is fixedly connected and communicated with the second connecting nozzle 3112 of the first distilling component, and the other open end is fixedly connected and communicated with the first connecting nozzle 3111 of the second distilling component.

The condensing unit 400 includes a condensing mechanism 410 located above the distilling apparatus 300 and made of a heat conducting material, the condensing mechanism 410 includes a condensing outer shell 411 and a condensing inner shell 414, both the condensing outer shell 411 and the condensing inner shell 414 are rectangular shell structures obliquely fixed on the fixed frame body and having openings at the upper and lower ends, the condensing outer shell 411 is coaxially fixed outside the condensing inner shell 414, and an annular closed cooling water cavity is formed between the outer wall of the condensing inner shell 414 and the inner wall of the condensing outer shell 411.
The fixed play water faucet 4111 that is provided with the cooling water chamber switch-on of last inclined plane of condensation shell 411, the fixed intake faucet 4112 that is provided with the cooling water chamber switch-on of the lower inclined plane of condensation shell 411, the free end fixed connection switch-on of play water faucet 4111 has outlet conduit 460, the free end fixed connection switch-on of intake faucet 4112 has inlet channel 450 and the free end connection switch-on of inlet channel 450 has water pump 440.
The upper opening end of the condensation inner shell 414 is provided with a liquid inlet end cover 413 in a matching manner, the liquid inlet end cover 413 is provided with an air inlet connector 4131, the lower opening end of the condensation inner shell 414 is provided with a liquid outlet end cover 412 in a matching manner, and the liquid outlet end cover 412 is provided with a liquid outlet connector 4121.
The free end of the air inlet joint nozzle 4131 is provided with a fixed pipeline 420, the fixed pipeline 420 can be divided into two sections and is respectively a first fixed section/a second fixed section, one end of the first fixed section is communicated with the upper connecting pipe 3121 of the first distillation component, the other end of the first fixed section is communicated with the upper connecting pipe 3121 of the second distillation component, one end of the second fixed section is communicated with the air inlet joint nozzle 4131, the other end of the second fixed section is communicated with the first fixed section, and the communication position of the first fixed section/the second fixed section is positioned at the middle position of the first fixed section.
The free end of the liquid outlet nozzle 4121 is connected with a liquid outlet pipeline 430.
Cooling water is conveyed into the cooling water cavity through the water pump 440, the water inlet pipeline 450 and the water inlet connector 4112 and is discharged through the water outlet connector 4111 and the water outlet pipeline 460, so that a circulating flow water-cooling channel is formed;
the mixed gas of alcohol vapor and hot vapor flows into the condensation inner shell 414 through the upper connecting pipe 3121, the fixed pipeline 420 and the air inlet connector 4131, the alcohol vapor is condensed into wine liquid in the condensation inner shell 414 in a water cooling mode and then is discharged through the liquid outlet connector 4121 and the liquid outlet pipeline 430, and a worker can place a storage device such as a wine barrel and the like under the liquid outlet pipeline 430 to collect the wine liquid.
Preferably, a condensation contact plate 4141 made of a heat conducting material is arranged in the condensation inner shell 414, the condensation contact plate 4141 and the upper/lower inclined surface of the condensation inner shell 414 are vertically arranged, the condensation contact plate 4141 is a wave-shaped plate body structure with the extending direction parallel to the length direction of the condensation inner shell 414, and a plurality of groups of the condensation contact plate 4141 are arranged in an array manner along the width direction of the condensation inner shell 414; the condensation contact plate 4141 indirectly increases the contact area between the alcohol vapor and the hot vapor mixed gas and the cooling water chamber, thereby improving the condensation effect.
The pipe chain type conveying device 200 comprises a conveying motor 210 and a pipe chain conveying mechanism 220, the pipe chain conveying mechanism 220 is used for conveying wine materials into a distillation mechanism 310 and conveying waste wine materials after alcohol evaporation away from the distillation mechanism 310, the conveying motor 210 is used for providing power for operation of the pipe chain conveying mechanism 220, an output shaft of the conveying motor 210 is axially parallel to the ground and perpendicular to the extending direction of a connecting shell 130, and the conveying motor 210 is fixedly installed on the upper end face of a first fixed shell 110.
The pipe chain conveying mechanism 220 comprises a driving part 221, a driven driving part 222 and a pipe chain assembly 223, wherein the driving part 221 is arranged in the first fixed shell 110, the driving part 221 comprises a driving shaft and a driving assembly, the axial direction of the driving shaft is parallel to the axial direction of an output shaft of the conveying motor 210, the driving shaft is movably installed in the first fixed shell 110 and can rotate around the axial direction of the driving shaft, a mounting point of the driving shaft and the first fixed shell 110 is located at the middle position of the first fixed shell 110, and a power input end of the driving shaft penetrates through the side surface of the first fixed shell 110 and extends out of the first fixed shell 110.

The driving assemblies are arranged in two groups along the axial array of the driving shaft.
The driven driving element 222 is disposed in the second fixed housing 120, the structure of the driven driving element 222 is the same as that of the driving element 221, and the connection relationship between the driven driving element 222 and the second fixed housing 120 and the connection relationship between the driving element 221 and the first fixed housing 110 are the same.
A power transmission member 230 is disposed between the power input end of the driving shaft of the active driving element 221 and the power output end of the conveying motor 210, and the power transmission member 230 is used for power connection and transmission, specifically, the power transmission member 230 is a belt transmission structure.

then, the vibrator 315 of the first distillation member operates and vibrates the inner distillation shell 314 up and down to uniformly place the wine material on the support plate 3142, meanwhile, the hot steam in the electric heating high temperature steam generator 330 enters the distillation inner shell 314 through the main air inlet pipe 331, the branch air inlet pipe 332, the lower connecting pipe 3131, the lower fixed end cover 313, the lower corrugated pipe and the steam hole, and the hot steam flows into the condensing inner casing 414 through the upper corrugated tube, the upper fixed end cover 312, the upper connection tube 3121, the fixed duct 420, the inlet tap 4131, because cooling water is conveyed into the cooling water cavity through the water pump 440, the water inlet pipeline 450 and the water inlet connector 4112 and is discharged through the water outlet connector 4111 and the water outlet pipeline 460 to form a circulating flowing water-cooling channel, alcohol vapor is condensed into wine liquid in the condensation inner shell 414 in a water-cooling mode and then is discharged through the liquid outlet connector 4121 and the liquid outlet pipeline 430, and a worker can place storage devices such as a wine barrel and the like under the liquid outlet pipeline 430 for wine liquid collection;
after a period of time, the transportation motor 210 operates again and transports the wine material distilled once by the distillation member to the distillation inner shell 414 of the distillation member two, transports the new wine material to the distillation inner shell 414 of the distillation member one, and then repeats the above hot steam alcohol distillation process;
after a period of time, the conveying motor 210 operates again, the wine material waste residue after the secondary distillation of the distillation component is conveyed into the feeding nozzle 121 and is guided and discharged by the slag discharge guide plate 122, the wine material after the primary distillation of the distillation component is conveyed into the distillation component II, new wine material is conveyed into the distillation component I, and then the hot steam alcohol distillation process is repeated;

the buffer spring group comprises an upper buffer spring sleeved outside the part of the guide rod above the buffer plate and a lower buffer spring sleeved outside the part of the guide rod below the buffer plate, and the buffer spring groups are correspondingly provided with two groups;
the buffer components are arranged in two groups, and the two groups of buffer components are respectively positioned on one side of the distillation inner shell along the extension direction of the connecting outer shell.

The distiller of claim 3 or 4, wherein the distilling members are two groups, namely a first distilling member close to the first fixed housing and a second distilling member close to the second fixed housing, the first connecting nozzle of the first distilling member is fixedly connected and communicated with the discharging nozzle, and the second connecting nozzle of the second distilling member is fixedly connected and communicated with the feeding nozzle;
a transmission shell is arranged between the second connecting nozzle of the first distillation component and the first connecting nozzle of the second distillation component, the transmission shell is of a rectangular shell structure with the extending direction parallel to the extending direction of the connecting shell and two open ends, one open end of the transmission shell is fixedly connected and communicated with the second connecting nozzle of the first distillation component, and the other open end of the transmission shell is fixedly connected and communicated with the first connecting nozzle of the second distillation component;
an inductor is arranged in the transmission shell.

The distiller of claim 5, wherein the electric heating high temperature steam generator is fixedly mounted on the frame, a main inlet pipe and a branch inlet pipe are disposed between the electric heating high temperature steam generator and the distilling mechanism, one end of the main inlet pipe is connected to the electric heating high temperature steam generator, the other end of the main inlet pipe is connected to the branch inlet pipe, the connection point between the main inlet pipe and the branch inlet pipe is located at the middle position of the branch inlet pipe, one end of the branch inlet pipe is connected to the first lower connecting pipe of the distilling member, and the other end of the branch inlet pipe is connected to the second lower connecting pipe of the distilling member.

The distiller of claim 6, wherein the condensing unit comprises a condensing mechanism made of heat conductive material and located above the distiller, the condensing mechanism comprises a condensing outer shell and a condensing inner shell, both the condensing outer shell and the condensing inner shell are rectangular shell structures obliquely fixed on the fixed frame body and having open upper and lower ends, the condensing outer shell is coaxially fixed outside the condensing inner shell, and an annular closed cooling water cavity is formed between the outer wall of the condensing inner shell and the inner wall of the condensing outer shell;
the upper inclined plane of the condensation shell is fixedly provided with a water outlet connector communicated with the cooling water cavity, the lower inclined plane of the condensation shell is fixedly provided with a water inlet connector communicated with the cooling water cavity, the free end of the water outlet connector is fixedly communicated with a water outlet pipeline, the free end of the water inlet connector is fixedly communicated with a water inlet pipeline, and the free end of the water inlet pipeline is communicated with a water pump;
the upper opening end of the condensation inner shell is provided with a liquid inlet end cover in a matching way, the liquid inlet end cover is provided with an air inlet connecting nozzle, the lower opening end of the condensation inner shell is provided with a liquid outlet end cover in a matching way, and the liquid outlet end cover is provided with a liquid outlet connecting nozzle;
the free end of the air inlet joint nozzle is provided with a fixed pipeline, the fixed pipeline can be divided into two sections and is respectively a first fixed section and a second fixed section, one end of the first fixed section is communicated with the upper connecting pipe of the first distillation component, the other end of the first fixed section is communicated with the upper connecting pipe of the second distillation component, one end of the second fixed section is communicated with the air inlet joint nozzle, the other end of the second fixed section is communicated with the first fixed section, and the communication position of the first fixed section and the second fixed section is positioned in the middle position of the first fixed section;
the free end of the liquid outlet joint nozzle is connected with a liquid outlet pipeline.

The distiller for maotai-flavor liquor brewing according to claim 7, wherein the condensing inner shell is provided with condensing contact plates made of heat conductive material, the condensing contact plates are vertically arranged with the upper/lower inclined surfaces of the condensing inner shell, the condensing contact plates are of a wavy plate structure extending parallel to the length direction of the condensing inner shell, and the condensing contact plates are arranged in a plurality of groups along the width direction of the condensing inner shell.

The distiller for maotai-flavor liquor brewing according to claim 5, wherein the pipe chain type conveying device comprises a conveying motor and a pipe chain conveying mechanism, the pipe chain conveying mechanism is used for conveying liquor materials into the distilling mechanism and also conveying waste liquor materials after alcohol evaporation away from the distilling mechanism, the conveying motor is used for providing power for operation of the pipe chain conveying mechanism, an output shaft of the conveying motor is axially parallel to the ground and perpendicular to the extending direction of the connecting shell, and the conveying motor is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the first fixed shell;
the pipe chain conveying mechanism comprises a driving part, a driven driving part and a pipe chain assembly, the driving part is arranged in a first fixed shell and comprises a driving shaft and a driving assembly, the axial direction of the driving shaft is parallel to the axial direction of an output shaft of the conveying motor, the driving shaft is movably arranged in the first fixed shell and can rotate around the axial direction of the driving shaft, a mounting point of the driving shaft and the first fixed shell is located in the middle of the first fixed shell, and a power input end of the driving shaft penetrates through the side face of the first fixed shell and extends out of the first fixed shell;
the driving assembly comprises a connecting support and a driving rod, the connecting support is of a circular frame structure, the connecting support is coaxially fixed outside the driving shaft, the driving rod is fixed on the connecting support, the extending direction of the driving rod is parallel to the diameter direction of the driving shaft and the corresponding point of the driving shaft, one end of the driving rod is connected with the outer circular surface of the driving shaft, the other end of the driving rod is positioned on one side of the connecting support, which is far away from the driving shaft, and the end of the driving rod is provided with a driving block, the side of the driving block, which is far away from the connecting support;
the driving assemblies are arranged in two groups along the axial array of the driving shaft;
the driven driving part is arranged in the second fixed shell, the structure of the driven driving part is consistent with that of the driving part, and the connection relation between the driven driving part and the second fixed shell and the connection relation between the driving part and the first fixed shell are consistent;
and a power transmission component is arranged between the power input end of the driving shaft of the active driving piece and the power output end of the conveying motor, and the power transmission component is in a belt transmission structure and is in power connection transmission with the power input end of the driving shaft of the active driving piece and the power output end of the conveying motor.

the push plate is fixedly arranged on the pipe chain, the push plate and the pipe chain are vertically arranged, the push plate is provided with a plurality of groups along the extending direction of the pipe chain, and the push plate is in sliding guide fit with the first connecting nozzle/second connecting nozzle of the connecting shell, the feeding nozzle, the first distillation component, the first delivery shell, the first connecting nozzle/second connecting nozzle of the second distillation component and the discharging nozzle.
