As shown in the attached figure 1, the invention provides a foldable and transportable fast-assembly firework net curtain device, the net curtain device adopts a structural form that three unit truss beams and a net curtain are hung by six cranes, the whole net curtain device is divided into three module units, and each module unit is hoisted by two 250-ton cranes 1. Each unit is 29.9m wide and 25m high, and the three units are hoisted on site simultaneously. After integral hoisting, a firework net curtain with the width of 90m and the height of 25m is formed.
As shown in the attached figure 2, one module unit comprises a crane 1, a lifting mechanism, an LED box 4, a net curtain box 5, a net curtain and a truss girder 2, wherein the net curtain comprises a flame curtain 6 and an LED curtain 3, the flame curtain 6 is composed of a steel wire rope with the diameter of 2mm and 6mm and a No. 22 steel wire net with the mesh spacing of 25 multiplied by 25mm, the flame curtain is used for binding flames and can be folded, the folding width is about 0.6m, the folding height of the net curtain with the height of 25m is about 1.1m, and the distance between the front and the rear of the suspension of the flame curtain is 1360 mm. The screen box 5 is 29.7m long, 5.1m wide, 1.885m high and weighs 50 tons, and the total weight of the three module units is 150 tons. The net curtain box 5 is composed of an H-shaped steel base and a railing, the net curtain box 5 is used for transporting a folding flame fire curtain and an LED curtain, and the integrated transportation of the net curtain box, the truss girder 2 and the lifting mechanism and the quick integral lifting of the flame fire curtain are realized. During transportation and standby, the net curtain with the height of 25m can be folded to be 0.6m wide and 1.1m high and stored in the net curtain box 5; the net curtain box 5 is also used as a ground counterweight to straighten the net curtain and prevent the net curtain from shaking under the action of wind load.
The lifting mechanism comprises winches 8 and 156 groups of pulley blocks and a steel wire rope 7 of about 2250m, the winches 8 comprise a manual winch and an electric winch, and the pulley blocks are mounted on the truss girder 8. The lifting mechanism is used for lifting the LED curtain and putting down the flame and fire curtain after the flame and fire are set off, and the LED curtain falls back into the net curtain box 5.
The working process is as follows:
the folding transportation process is as shown in the attached figure 4, the flame curtain 6 and the LED curtain 3 are folded according to the preset width (about 0.6m) and placed in the net curtain box 5 and the LED box 4, the flame curtain 6 and the LED curtain 3 are integrally connected with the truss girder 2 and the net curtain box 5 to be transported and hoisted, the hoisting frequency is reduced, and the installation time is saved.
The whole lifting process is shown in figure 5, after the three module units are integrally transported in place, the truss girder of each module unit and the four net curtains are lifted by two cranes. Six cranes 1 of the three units are synchronously lifted.
The lifting and positioning process is shown in figure 6, and in the lifting process, the LED and the firework device are simultaneously checked, and the firework net connection among the units is carried out. After the height of the net curtain reaches 25m, the bottom of the net curtain is connected and tensioned with the net curtain box 5 and the LED box 4, and the net curtain is prevented from shaking under wind load.
The process of retracting and releasing the screen is shown in the attached figure 7, and the LED screen 3 is lowered by an electric winch before the flame-off fire screen is set off each time. After the LED screen 3 is set off, the LED screen is lifted by the electric winch, and the lifting time is about 2 minutes. After being sequentially set off, the three fireworks screens 6 are manually put down, folded and dropped back to the net screen box 5, and the dropping time is about 3 minutes. In special cases, the lifting can be carried out by hand.
The fireworks and the LED screen with the height of 25m are folded in the screen box and are directly transported to a performance site from a manufacturing site, and the positioning, the integral lifting, the detection and the debugging of the LED and the fireworks of the screen device on a square can be realized within 2 hours.
