Technical Field
The invention relates to a tightening auxiliary wrench, in particular to a tightening auxiliary wrench applied to a ball-clamping type clamp of a vehicle carrying frame.
Background
As for the clamping structure of taiwan invention No. I606944 or the clamping structure of the tail end carriage of taiwan vehicle No. I527721, which are filed by the applicant at the present time, the clamping structure is disclosed to clamp and mount the ball clamping seat on the vehicle by the clamping portion inner clamping ball cover and the bolt and the nut outside the clamping portion.
The existing structure uses an adjustable wrench or a hand tool to lock and fix the bolt and the nut at the outer side of the clamping part, however, the existing structure has the defect that the assembling personnel needs to prepare the hand tool to carry and assemble the ball clamping type clamp every time.
Therefore, how to solve the above-mentioned problems and drawbacks is a topic that the related industry desires to develop.
Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide a tightening auxiliary wrench for a ball-type clamp of a carriage, which is usually assembled on the ball-type clamp of the carriage, so that the carriage can be installed without additional hand tools, thereby greatly increasing the convenience of the operation.
The tightening auxiliary wrench of the bicycle carrying frame ball clamping type clamp is arranged on the bicycle carrying frame ball clamping type clamp, the bicycle carrying frame ball clamping type clamp at least comprises a ball clamping part and a connecting part, and the ball clamping part corresponds to a ball clamping seat assembled on a vehicle and is clamped and fixed through the ball clamping part; the connecting part is assembled on the ball clamping part and is arranged opposite to the ball clamping seat (namely, the connecting part is far away from the side of the vehicle body), and the connecting part is used for connecting a bicycle carrying frame;
defining an X axis and a Y axis which are imaginary, wherein the ball clamping part extends out of a convex clamping area along the Y axis, the clamping area is provided with an adjusting part and a through hole which is arranged in parallel with the X axis, and a T-shaped adjusting part along the Y axis is assembled in the adjusting part;
a joint component along the X-axis direction and penetrating into the through hole of the clamping area, and one side of the joint component along the X-axis negative direction is provided with at least one corresponding gasket and a corresponding fastener, and the fastener can be screwed on the joint component to clamp or loosen the clamping area; the fastener is driven by a tightening auxiliary wrench, the tightening auxiliary wrench comprises a driving edge, a mounting area and a holding area, the driving edge is arranged above the mounting area and used for controlling the fastener to act, a reset module is arranged in the mounting area and comprises a gasket, an elastic piece and a cover body, the elastic piece is arranged between the gasket and the cover body, the reset module can enable the driving edge to automatically reset and be positioned on the fastener after being separated from the fastener through the elastic piece, and the cover body further enables the tightening auxiliary wrench to be limited on the holding area and not to fall off except for serving as one side against which the elastic piece abuts.
Through the above description, the invention sets the auxiliary wrench on the clamping part, when in use, the holding area is held by hand, the driving edge of the auxiliary wrench can be contacted with the fastener and the fastener can be controlled to be screwed or unscrewed, when the invention is rotated by an assembler, the auxiliary wrench is moved to a dead point position, the driving edge is separated from the fastener, and then the user can continue to rotate by jointing the driving edge of the auxiliary wrench on the fastener through the reset module when releasing the holding area; furthermore, the structure of the invention enables the tightening auxiliary wrench to be jointed on the clamping seat, so that an assembler does not need to specially prepare additional hand tools, thereby greatly improving the use convenience.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting member is a T-shaped structure, which defines an assembling end, a fixed end and a movable end, the fixed end and the movable end are disposed at the assembling end, and the assembling end is provided with a track for moving the movable end, so that the distance between the clamping areas can be adjusted by the fixed end and the movable end to prevent over-tight clamping.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the tightening auxiliary wrench of the ball-clamping type bicycle frame clamp of the present invention is installed on a ball-clamping type bicycle frame clamp 100, the ball-clamping type bicycle frame clamp 100 at least includes a ball-clamping portion 11 and a connecting portion 12, the ball-clamping portion 11 corresponds to a ball-clamping seat 21 installed on a bicycle and is clamped and fixed by the ball-clamping portion 11; the connecting portion 12 is assembled on the ball-clamping portion 11 and is disposed opposite to the ball-clamping seat 21 (i.e. away from the vehicle body side), the connecting portion 12 is used for connecting a carriage 31; the technique for the clamping part 11 to clamp the ball-clamping seat 21 can be seen in the structure of the tail end bicycle-carrying rack ball-clamping fixture of taiwan patent I527721 or the structure of the tail end bicycle-carrying rack ball-clamping fixture clamping device of I339168, and the ball-clamping seat 21 can be tightened or loosened by rotating the operation and control assembly 13 above the clamping part 11.
Wherein, the ball-clamping part 11 defines an imaginary X-axis and a Y-axis, the ball-clamping part 11 extends a protruded clamping area 14 along the Y-axis, the clamping area 14 is provided with an adjusting part 141 and the clamping area 14 is provided with a through hole 142, and the through hole 142 is arranged parallel to the X-axis, a T-shaped adjusting part 41 along the Y-axis is assembled in the adjusting part 141; a joint component 42 passing through the through hole 142 of the clamping area 14 along the X-axis direction, and at least one corresponding pad 51 and a fastener 52 disposed on one side of the joint component 42 along the negative X-axis direction, wherein the fastener 52 can be screwed on the joint component 42 to clamp or release the clamping area 14; the fastening member 52 is driven by a tightening auxiliary wrench 60, the tightening auxiliary wrench 60 includes a driving edge 61, a mounting region 62 and a holding region 63, the driving edge 61 is disposed above the mounting region 62 for operating the fastening member 52, a reset module 70 is disposed in the mounting region 62, the reset module 70 includes a gasket 71, an elastic member 72 and a cover 73, the elastic member 72 is disposed between the gasket 71 and the cover 73, the reset module 70 can automatically reset after the driving edge 61 is separated from the fastening member 52 by the elastic member 72, the cover 73 is used as a side against which the elastic member 72 abuts, and the tightening auxiliary wrench 60 is further limited on the holding region 14 without falling off.
Referring to fig. 3 to 7, when the ball clamping portion 11 is assembled to the ball clamping seat 21 through the operation assembly 13 as shown in fig. 3 and 4, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, an assembling person holds the holding area 63 to rotate the tightening auxiliary wrench 60, so that the driving edge 61 of the tightening auxiliary wrench 60 contacts the fastener 52 and operates the fastener 52 to be tightened or loosened, since a rotation dead point is generated when assembling the carriage ball clamping fixture 100, after the assembling person moves the tightening auxiliary wrench 60 away from the side of the clamping area 14 and leaves the rotation dead point, as shown in fig. 7, the assembling person releases the holding area 63, and the driving edge 61 of the tightening auxiliary wrench 60 can be reset and abut against the fastener 52 through the reset module 70, so that the tightening or loosening operation can be performed again.
Furthermore, the structure of the present invention engages the tightening auxiliary wrench 60 in the clamping area in a reverse locking manner by the screw corresponding to the engaging assembly 41 provided on the cover 73 without separation, so that the assembling personnel does not need to specially prepare additional hand tools, thereby greatly increasing the convenience of use.
It should be noted that, in order to prevent the clamping area 14 from being deformed due to the over-tightening of the fastening element 52 by the assembling personnel, the adjusting element 41 has a T-shaped structure, which includes an assembling end 411, a fixed end 412 and a movable end 413, the fixed end 412 and the movable end 413 are disposed at the assembling end 411, the assembling end is provided with a track 414 for moving the movable end 413, so that the distance of the clamping area 14 can be adjusted by the fixed end 412 and the movable end 413, and thus, the assembling personnel can be prevented from damaging the equipment due to the improper assembling.
