一种双向开槽去角开槽机，包括机架，机架上设有纸板输送机构，纸板输送机构的输送路径上设第一有割线机构，第一割线机构设在纸板输送路径的下方，第一割线机构的后方设有第一开槽机构，第一开槽机构后方还设有转向机构，转向机构的后方还设有第二割线机构以及第二开槽机构。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种对纸板进行加工的设备，特别涉及一种纸板开槽机。
背景技术
纸盒中的灰纸板在加工过程中需要进行纵向，横向的开槽，并在开槽后实现掉角功能，在实现这些功能时需要用到不同的开槽设备，要实现纸板掉角往往需要用到割线开槽机，而目前市面上的双向开槽机都无法实现割线功能，如本申请人在2013年3月1日就一种纸板开槽机（专利号：201310065487.7），当纸板开槽前往往需要额外的去进行割线作业，这样将加大工人的劳动强度，降低生产效率，增加用工成本。
发明内容
一种双向割线去角开槽机，包括机架1，所述机架1上设有纸板输送机构2，所述纸板输送机构2的输送路径上设第一有割线机构3，所述第一割线机构3设在纸板输送路径的下方，所述第一割线机构3的后方设有第一开槽机构4，所述第一开槽机构4后方还设有转向机构5，其特征在于：所述转向机构5的后方还设有第二割线机构6以及第二开槽机构7。

具体实施方式
一种双向割线去角开槽机，包括机架1、所述机架1上设有纸板输送机构2，所述纸板输送机构2的输送路径上设第一割线机构3，所述第一割线机构3设在输送路径的下方，当纸板通过输送机构2输送至第一开槽机构4时，位于输送路径下方的第一割线机构3的割线刀由下向上伸出对纸板进行局部割线，完成第一割线的纸板进入第一开槽机构4，第一开槽机构4上设有开槽刀，所属开槽刀位于纸板的上方，上述开槽刀实现对纸板的第一开槽，通过第一道下方的局部割线配合上方的第一开槽实现纸板的局部分离，当纸板离开第一开槽机构4后进入纸板转向机构5，通过转向机构5上的转向轮转动带动纸板转动完成90度旋转，转向后的纸板被输送至第二割线机构6，第二割线机构6位于纸板输送路径下方，第二割线机构6上的割线刀片对纸板至下而上进行第二道局部割线，完成第二道割线的纸板被输送至第二开槽机构7，通过第二开槽机构7上方的开槽刀实现对纸板的正面进行开槽，完成开槽的纸板由于被纵横向割线开V槽,四个边角随局部割线的长度完成相对应的掉角。

1.一种双向割线去角开槽机，包括机架（1）、所述机架（1）上设有纸板输送机构（2），所述纸板输送机构（2）的输送路径上由前至后设有第一割线机构（3），第一开槽机构（4），转向机构（5），第二割线机构（6）以及第二开槽机构（7），其特征在于：所述第一割线机构(3)位于第一开槽机构（4）的前方且位于输送路径的下方，所述第二割线机构（6）位于第二开槽机构（7）的前方且位于输送路径的下方。
