Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Along with the progress of society, people have stronger and stronger requirements and awareness on the beauty and the functions of the face. More and more people are concerned about orthodontic treatment and also about aesthetic requirements during orthodontic treatment. The invisible appliance made of transparent films is available in the market: the brand is complicated, the manufacturing cost is high, the control force to the teeth is insufficient, the capability of the design scheme of a doctor is insufficient, resin accessories need to be adhered to the labial side of the teeth, and the self-control force of a patient is insufficient, so that the wearing time required by correction cannot be met.
To this end, fig. 1 to 5 show a lingual combined appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is capable of performing an alignment process after an adduction anterior orthodontic treatment is performed on a patient to achieve continuity of orthodontic service. The combination appliance includes a first appliance for aligning teeth and a second appliance for adducting anterior teeth.
Fig. 1 to 3 are primarily structural illustrations of a first orthotic, which comprises a first bracket 1, a second bracket 2 and an archwire 3, the first bracket comprising a first bracket backplate 4 and a first ligating wing 5, the first ligating wing comprising a fixing foot 6 fixed on the first bracket backplate and an arc plate 7 arranged on the fixing foot 6, the arc plate being an arc plate facing the first bracket backplate; the arc-shaped plate and the fixed support leg form an upper traction hook 8 and a lower traction hook 9; the second bracket is a bracket on teeth at two ends in the fixing tongue side and is a circular tube-shaped third bracket back plate 10, and a tail end traction hook 11 is arranged on the third bracket back plate; the archwire connects the first bracket and the second bracket in series. Wherein, the surface of the bracket back plate conforms to the inner side surface of the tooth, so that the bracket back plate is convenient to fix on the tooth.
In the process of aligning teeth, a first bracket is fixed on a plurality of teeth, a second bracket is fixed on two teeth at the tail end, and the plurality of first brackets and the two second brackets are connected in series by using an arch wire, so that the purpose of aligning the teeth is achieved.
FIGS. 4 and 5 are primarily structural illustrations of a second orthotic, which includes one anteriorly-assembled bracket, which includes a plurality of anteriorly-assembled brackets 12 connected by connectors 19, and two elongate arms 13 disposed on either side of the anteriorly-assembled brackets; the two extension arms are respectively provided with a traction hook 14; the lateral combination bracket comprises a plurality of lateral brackets 15 and bolt body slideways 16 which are connected by a connecting body 19; two side rods 20 of a U-shaped fixing piece 17 are respectively movably connected with corresponding extension arms through bolt body slideways; a fixing portion 18 is provided on the fixing member.
In adduction of anterior teeth, a plurality of anterior brackets connected by a connecting body are fixed to the anterior teeth, and two lateral brackets connected by a connecting body are fixed to the lateral teeth. The number of forward brackets and lateral brackets is determined by the time of the particular tooth. Because the two side rods of the U-shaped fixing piece are movably tied and connected with the corresponding extension arms through the bolt body slide ways, the forward combined bracket pulls the forward teeth inwards to the oral cavity, and the purpose of adduction of the forward teeth is achieved. A U-shaped fixing piece can be fixed in the oral cavity through the fixing part, and plays a role of a tension fixing supporting point, so that the tension force enough for the front teeth is achieved.
According to the combined appliance for the lingual side, provided by the embodiment of the invention, adduction treatment is carried out on anterior teeth through the second appliance, and then alignment treatment is carried out on the teeth through the first appliance, so that continuity of orthodontic service for a patient is realized, and the problem of coexistence of multiple orthodontic problems of the patient is solved.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
