技术领域
本发明涉及农药化学技术领域,尤其涉及一种含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的悬乳剂及其在作物保护中的用途。
背景技术
醚菌酯(Kresoxim-methyl),是由BASF开发的一种新型的甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂。醚菌酯已经描述于EP0253213A1中。醚菌酯对苹果和梨黑星病、白粉病有很好的防效。
四氟醚唑(Tetraconazole),是由Isagro公司开发的三唑类杀菌剂。四氟醚唑已经描述于JP62169773A1中。
CN101700032A中公开了一种含有四氟醚唑的杀菌组合物及应用,其在说明书实施例9中公开了四氟醚唑与醚菌酯的水分散粒剂。
王旭等关于20%四氟醚唑·醚菌酯悬乳剂的研制及药效研究公开了20%四氟醚唑.醚菌酯悬乳剂的研究,并通过对多种助剂的筛选,确定其最优配方,并公开了溶剂的筛选结果,选择极性弱,且环保的植物油为溶剂,并公开了20%四氟醚唑·醚菌酯悬乳剂对草莓白粉病的田间药效试验。
悬乳剂(SE)是一种活性成分的水包油的乳液和另外一种活性成分的悬浮剂的混合。农药活性成分的悬浮液广泛用于农业中。悬浮液是包含分散或悬浮在液体连续相中的固体颗粒的非均匀的混合物。制备这样的悬浮液的方法包括,将固体农药活性成分用球磨机进行湿磨来产生尺寸分布可以容易地悬浮在液体介质中的颗粒。水包油的乳液包括油相,液态活性成分或溶解于溶剂中的活性成分作为液滴分散在连续相中;其已被广泛用来将某些农药活性成分递送至植物的表面或与植物邻接的区域。
悬乳液存在长期存储稳定性的考验。包括出现絮凝、乳液聚结、乳油化、沉降、相分离等等问题。随着储存时间的变长,油-水和水-固体界面的表面活性剂吸附和/或脱附并交替进行时,这会导致悬浮液和乳液的分离和/或乳液的分解。而常规的悬乳剂的稳定性问题由于冷冻解冻循环和升高的温度而变得更加严重。这限制了悬乳剂在本领域中的应用。另一方面,含水系统的悬乳剂,虽然是环境友好型的,但是其药效往往比不上乳油,尤其是对于内吸性的活性成分。
现有的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的悬乳剂,也存在长期储存稳定性的问题和药效问题。
因此,仍需要研发出稳定性和药效均满意的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑悬乳剂。
发明内容
发明人意外发现,在分散油相中的溶剂对悬乳剂的稳定性和药效有重要的影响。某些特定溶剂,不仅能提高悬乳剂的长期储存稳定性,还能提高悬乳剂的药效。
本发明的目的在于提供一种含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的悬乳剂,旨在解决含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的悬乳剂储存稳定性和药效问题。
本发明提供了一种含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂,其具有在温度-5℃至54℃条件下储存前后一致的分散性及悬浮性,储存后未观察到结晶现象。
本发明提供了一种含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂,其具有被改善了的药效。
本发明提供一种含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂,其包含以下组分:
(I)分散油相,其包含:
(i)四氟醚唑;
(ii)至少一种如式(I)所示的羧酰胺类溶剂:

本发明所述的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂中,所述醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的质量含量之和占所述悬乳剂的15%-70%,优选15%-50%,更优选15%-40%,更优选15%-30%,更优选15%-25%。

本发明通过在含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂中添加如式(I)所示的羧酰胺类溶剂,能够有效解决含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的悬乳剂储存稳定性和药效问题,所述水性悬乳剂具有在温度-5℃至54℃条件下储存前后一致的分散性及悬浮性,储存后未观察到结晶现象。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂,其包含以下组分:
(I)分散油相,其包含:
(i)四氟醚唑;
(ii)至少一种如式(I)所示的羧酰胺类溶剂:

本发明优选的羧酰胺类溶剂选自N,N-二甲基辛酰胺、N,N-二甲基癸酰胺、N,N-二甲基月桂酰胺、N,N-二乙基辛酰胺、N,N-二乙基癸酰胺或N,N-二乙基月桂酰胺中的任意一种或至少两种的混合物。
本发明所述的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂中,所述羧酰胺类溶剂的质量含量占所述悬乳剂的5%-50%,优选10%-40%,更优选10%-30%,更优选10%-20%。
本发明所述羧酰胺类溶剂的质量含量还可以占所述悬乳剂的5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%、40%、45%、50%。
本发明所述的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂中,所述醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的重量配比为1:1-10:1,优选1:1-8:1,更优选1:1-5:1,更优选1:1-3:1。

本发明所述的分散油相中还可以包含一种或多种溶剂。适合溶剂为环己酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、甲苯、二甲苯、油酸甲酯、脂肪烃、异链烷烃及环烷烃的混合物、矿物油、植物油等,以及它们的组合。
本发明的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂中,所述的分散油相中还可以包含一种或多种乳化剂。本发明适合的乳化剂是本领域已知的,且于市面有售。适合的乳化剂包括离子及非离子乳化剂,例如脂肪酸酯、脂肪醇酯、醚类、烷基磺酸盐及芳基磺酸盐。其它适合的表乳化剂也是本领域技术人员已知的。
本发明的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂中,所述的连续水相中还包含一种或多种合适的分散剂。优选的分散剂为以下所述物质:乙氧基化或乙氧基-丙氧基化的脂肪醇;环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的共聚物;乙氧基化或乙氧基化-丙氧基化的甘油三酯;乙氧基化或乙氧基化-丙氧基化的脂肪酸;乙氧基化或乙氧基化-丙氧基化的脱水山梨糖醇酯;乙氧基化或乙氧基化-丙氧基化的二(1-苯基乙基)苯酚;乙氧基化或乙氧基化-丙氧基化的三(1-苯基乙基)苯酚;和乙氧基化或乙氧基化-丙氧基化烷基苯酚;聚乙烯胺;聚酰氨基酰胺;聚乙烯亚胺;聚醚;甲基丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚乙二醇接枝共聚物;三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚;三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚。
除上述组分外,所述组合物可包含一种或多种其它添加剂(如需要的话)。制剂所包含的添加剂是本领域已知,且惯常使用的。本发明的悬乳剂可包含的适合添加剂为所有惯常剂型助剂,例如抗泡剂、乳化剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、着色剂、增稠剂及惰性填料。
适合的防冻剂可选用乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、山梨醇。
适合抗泡剂包括所有一般可就此目的用于农用化学组合物的物质,尤其优选的抗泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
适合抗氧化剂为所有一般可就此目的用于农用化学组合物的物质,优选为丁羟甲苯。
适合增稠剂包括所有一般可就此目的用于农用化学组合物的物质。例如黄原胶、聚乙烯醇(PVOH)、多糖、纤维素、粘土水合硅酸盐、硅酸铝镁,以及它们的组合。同样,上述增稠剂是本领域已知,且于市面有售的。
本发明还提供了一种制备所述含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的悬乳剂的方法,其包含以下步骤:
a):通过将四氟醚唑与至少一种如式(I)所示的羧酰胺类溶剂混合,制备含四氟醚唑的分散油相;
b):通过将醚菌酯、一种或多种分散剂、所需量的水混合,制备醚菌酯在连续水相中分散体;及
c):将a)的分散油相与b)的水相合并。
本发明还提供了一种制备所述含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的悬乳剂的方法,其包含以下步骤:
a):通过将四氟醚唑与至少一种如式(I)所示的羧酰胺类的溶剂混合,制备含四氟醚唑的分散油相;在高剪切下将所述含四氟醚唑的分散油相加入水中,以取得含四氟醚唑的水包油乳液;
b):将醚菌酯、分散剂及所需量的水混合,制备醚菌酯在连续水相中的分散体;及
c):将步骤a)的水包油乳液及步骤b)的水相合并。
本发明将制备得到的悬乳液测试在-5℃储存7天的低温储存稳定性、在54℃储存14天的高温储存稳定性以及测试4个循环的冻融试验后的稳定性,其结果均表现为储存稳定且未观察到结晶现象。
本发明所述的悬乳剂为即使在高温或寒冷中储存后仍然稳定且无结晶形成的制剂。用水稀释后,上述制剂可转成均匀喷雾液,且不会因活性成分在喷雾液中形成结晶而阻塞喷嘴。
因此,本发明另一方面还涉及一种提高含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑水性悬乳剂的储存稳定性和药效的方法,包括向所述的水性悬乳剂中加入至少一种如式(I)所示的羧酰胺类溶剂:

本发明优选的羧酰胺类溶剂选自N,N-二甲基辛酰胺、N,N-二甲基癸酰胺、N,N-二甲基月桂酰胺、N,N-二乙基辛酰胺、N,N-二乙基癸酰胺或N,N-二乙基月桂酰胺中的任意一种或至少两种的混合物。
本发明所述的悬乳剂的施用率在相对广泛范围内变化。实际施用时本领域技术人员会根据实际情况和需要,尤其是根据待处理的植物或作物的性质以及病菌的严重性调整施用率。
本发明所述的悬乳剂具有非常好的杀真菌性能,并可被用于防治植物致病真菌,如根肿菌纲、卵菌纲、壶菌纲、接合菌纲、子囊菌纲、担子菌纲、半知菌纲等宽范围植物病原性真菌具有极好活性。含有醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的悬乳剂可以在作物保护中用作叶面杀真菌剂,作为杀真菌剂用于拌种和用作土壤杀真菌剂。
本发明所述的悬乳剂尤其适于防治如下植物病害:
卵菌纲,包括疫霉属(Phytophthora),例如致病疫霉菌(Phytophthorainfestans)、大豆疫霉病菌(Phytophthoramegasperma)、柑桔脚腐病菌(Phytophthoraparasitica)、樟疫霉菌(Phytophthoracinnamomi)和南瓜疫病菌(Phytophthoracapsici)的病害;草腐霉枯萎属(Pythium)例如坪草腐霉枯萎病菌(Pythiumaphanidermatum)的病害;以及霜霉科(Peronosporaceae)病害例如葡萄霜霉病菌(Plasmoparaviticola)、霜霉属病菌(Peronospora)(包括烟草霜霉菌(Peronosporatabacina)和寄生霜霉菌(Peronosporaparasitica)),假霜霉属(Pseudoperonospora属)病菌(包括黄瓜霜霉病菌(Pseudoperonosporacubensis)和盘梗霉菌病菌(Bremialactucae)、腐霉属(Pythium)例如瓜果腐霉菌(Pythiumaphanidermatum);

因此,本发明提供所述含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂用于防治禾谷类、蔬菜、水果、观赏植物和葡萄藤上真菌和细菌的用途。
本发明所述的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂适合的作物植物主要包括:谷类作物,例如小麦、大麦、燕麦、裸麦、黑小麦、水稻、玉米、高粱和小米;蔓生作物,例如鲜食葡萄和酿酒葡萄;大田作物,例如油菜(卡诺拉)、向日葵;糖用甜菜、甘蔗、大豆、花生、烟草、苜蓿、三叶草、胡枝子、车轴草和野豌豆;仁果类水果,诸如苹果、梨、野苹果、枇杷、山楂和温柏;核果类水果,例如桃、樱桃、李子、杏、蜜桃;柑橘类水果,例如柠檬、酸橙、橙、柚子、中国柑桔(橘子)和金橘;根茎植物和大田作物(以及它们的叶子),例如洋蓟、菜用甜菜和糖用甜菜、胡萝卜、木薯、生姜、人参、山葵、马铃薯、小红萝卜、芜菁甘蓝、甘薯、芜菁;鳞茎植物,诸如大蒜、韭葱、洋葱和青葱;叶菜植物,例如芥子苦菜(芝麻菜)、芹菜、芹菜、水芹、菊苣(茅菜)、茴香、结球生菜和散叶莴苣、欧芹、红菊苣(红的菊苣)、大黄、菠菜;芸苔属(高丽菜)叶菜,例如西兰花、花椰菜(球花甘蓝)、芽甘蓝、卷心菜、白菜、菜花、甘蓝、羽衣甘蓝、大头菜、芥菜和青菜;豆类植物包括蚕豆、四季豆、花豆、红花菜豆、食荚菜豆、宽叶菜豆和黄荚种菜豆、赤豆、长豇豆、眉豆、乌豇豆、豆角、豇豆、绿豆、豇豆、黑绿豆和特长豇豆、蚕豆、鹰嘴豆、瓜耳、刀豆、兵豆和豌豆(包括四季豆、食荚豌豆、紫花豌豆、豌豆、青豌豆、雪豆、甜豆、木豆和大豆);果菜类,诸如茄子、地樱桃(Physalis属)、香瓜茄和辣椒(包括辣椒、烹调用辣椒、甘椒、甜椒;小番茄和番茄);葫芦科类蔬菜,例如佛手瓜(果实)、冬瓜、枸橼西瓜、黄瓜、嫩黄瓜、食用葫芦(包括葫芦、瓢瓜)、丝瓜、秋葵、胶苦瓜、山苦瓜、苦瓜和中国黄瓜、香瓜、西葫芦和笋瓜和西瓜;浆果类,诸如黑莓、红果莓、露莓、紫蓝莓、蓝莓、蔓越莓、黑醋栗、野莓、罗甘莓、树莓和草莓;树生坚果,例如杏仁、山毛榉坚果、巴西果、白胡桃、腰果、板栗、榛子(榛果)、山核桃、澳洲坚果、美洲山核桃和胡桃;热带水果和其他作物,例如香蕉、大蕉、芒果、椰子、木瓜、鳄梨、荔枝、龙舌兰、咖啡、可可、甘蔗、油棕、芝麻、橡胶和香料;纤维作物,例如棉花、亚麻和大麻;草皮草(包括暖季型和凉季型草皮草)。
本发明的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂尤其适合防治白菜、番茄、黄瓜、辣椒、马铃薯、葡萄、苦瓜、莴苣、烟草、草坪草、水稻、花生、柑橘树、草莓、小麦、大麦、燕麦、玉米等作物植物上真菌和细菌。
本发明的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂被认为尤其适用于控制半知菌纲镰刀菌属(Fusarium)病害,例如粉红镰刀菌(Fusariumroseum)、禾谷镰刀菌(Fusariumgraminearum)、尖孢镰刀菌(Fusariumoxysporum)、串珠镰刀菌(Fusariummoniliforme);子囊菌纲白粉菌属(Erysiphe)包括小麦白粉病菌(Erysiphegraminis)、蓼白粉病菌(Erysiphepolygoni))、葡萄白粉病菌(Uncinulanecatur)、黄瓜白粉病菌(Sphaerothecafuligena)和苹果白粉病菌(Podosphaeraleucotricha);子囊菌纲单囊壳属的羽衣草单囊壳菌(Sphaerothecaaphanis)例如草莓白粉病菌(Strawberry powdery mildew)。
本发明所述含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂用于保护植物、植物繁殖材料和随后长出的植物器官的用途。
本发明所述含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂施用至所需防治的地点防治土壤或栽培媒介中致病或腐生的真菌和细菌的用途。
本发明所述含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂用于处理种子以保护种子免受携带的植物病原菌侵袭的用途。
本发明还提供一种防治植物致病菌的方法,将本发明所述的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂作用于植物致病菌和/或其环境,或者植物、植物部分、植物繁殖材料和随后长出的植物器官、土壤或栽培媒介、材料或空间中。
一种防治植物致病菌的方法,将本发明所述的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂作用于植物或植物部分。
一种防治植物致病菌的方法,将本发明所述的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂作用于植物繁殖材料和随后长出的植物器官。
一种防治植物致病菌的方法,将本发明所述的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂作用于土壤或栽培媒介。
一种防治植物致病菌的方法,可在植物被侵染之前或侵染之后将所述的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂作用于植物致病菌和/或其环境,或者植物、植物部分、植物繁殖材料和随后长出的植物器官、土壤或栽培媒介、材料或空间中。
一种防治植物致病菌的方法,包括将本发明所述的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂以农学有效且基本无植物毒性的施用量以种子处理、叶面施用、茎施用、浸透、滴注、浇注、喷射、喷雾、撒粉、散布或发烟等方法施用至植物致病菌和/或其环境,或者植物、植物部分、植物繁殖材料和随后长出的植物器官、土壤或栽培媒介、材料或空间中。
本发明提供的一种含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂,其具有在温度-5℃至54℃条件下储存前后的分散性及悬浮性,储存后未观察到结晶现象。
本发明提供一种含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂,其具有被改善了的药效。
如下实施例将进一步说明本发明的某些方面,但不意欲限制其范围。除非另有说明,整个说明书和权利要求书中百分比是按重量计的。
制剂实施例
制剂实施例1-7和对照实施例1-3按照以下方式制备:
制备方法一:
a)制备四氟醚唑分散油相:
活性成分四氟醚唑与溶剂在室温下混合,先让其静置30分钟,再加入乳化剂,持续搅拌,直至出现均匀溶液;
b)在连续水相中制备分散的醚菌酯:
活性成分醚菌酯连同分散剂及其它添加剂如防冻剂及消泡剂,以及所需量的水初步混合好,并使用水平搅拌珠磨机将其磨细,工艺参数维持在中值粒径D50不超过2微米及D90不超过6微米。
c)制备悬乳剂:
将a)的分散油相加入b)的水相,在室温下持续搅拌至最佳时间;接着将适量增稠剂加入混合物中,持续搅拌,直至混合物在室温下成为均匀悬乳液。测试悬乳液的低温储存稳定性(-5℃)、高温储存稳定性(54℃)及冻融稳定性。
制备方法二:
a)制备四氟醚唑水包油乳液相:
活性成分四氟醚唑与溶剂在室温下混合。先让其静置30分钟,再加入乳化剂,持续搅拌,直至出现均匀溶液。四氟醚唑油相在高剪切下加入水中,获得四氟醚唑水包油乳液相。
b)在连续水相中制备分散的醚菌酯:
活性成分醚菌酯连同分散剂及其它添加剂如防冻剂及消泡剂,以及所需量的水初步混合好,并使用水平搅拌珠磨机将其磨细,工艺参数维持在中值粒径D50不超过2微米及D90不超过6微米。
c)制备悬乳剂:
将a)的水包油乳液加入b)的连续水相,持续搅拌至最佳时间。接着将适量增稠剂加入上述混合物中,并持续搅拌,直至混合物成为均匀悬乳液。
制剂稳定性测试
将按照上述制备方法制备得到的制剂实施例1-7,对照实施例1-3进行低温储存稳定性(-5℃)、高温储存稳定性(54℃)及冻融稳定性:
低温储存稳定性在-5℃的低温装置内7天进行。
高温储存稳定性在54℃的烤箱内14天进行。
冻融稳定性在室温和-10℃之间进行,18小时冻/6小时融;循环4次。
此外,将样品自54℃取出,并放置在周围环境1-2天后,观察高温储存现象。
完成测试后,将样品经342目的筛网过滤,观察制剂的流动性及结晶的形成。
本发明制剂实施例1-7和对照实施例1-3的悬乳剂制剂拥有如表1所示特征。

通过表1可以看出,本发明制剂实施例1-7的悬乳剂制剂在-5℃下的低温和54℃的高温下储存稳定性均表现为良好的流动性,无结晶形成;其冻融稳定性均表现为良好的流动性并且无结晶形成,而对照实施例1-3的悬乳剂制剂在-5℃下的低温和54℃的高温下储存稳定性均表现为析出结晶;其冻融稳定性也表现为析出结晶。
由此可以说明,本发明通过采用在含有醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂中添加如本发明式(I)所示的羧酰胺类溶剂,其相比采用油酸甲酯和菜籽油等溶剂,能够有效解决含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的悬乳剂储存稳定性和药效问题,其具有在温度-5℃至54℃条件下储存前后一致的分散性及悬浮性,储存后未观察到结晶现象。
生物测试例
室内毒力测定
试验一:草莓白粉病菌的毒力测定
选择长势一致的处于草莓植株,用potter喷雾塔在50PSI压力下喷雾,每盆大约5mL,每个药剂设置12个浓度梯度。药剂处理后24h接菌,利用田间采集的草莓白粉病叶的孢子制备的分生孢子悬浮液;然后将草莓植株放入温室中培养。10d后按照草莓白粉病的发病分级标准全株调查病情指数,并计算防治效果,然后用最小二乘法计算抑制中浓度EC50,再依孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。
计算方法:
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂EC50/供试药剂EC50)*100
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数*混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数*混剂中B的百分含量
共毒系数(CTC)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)*100
CTC<80为拮抗作用,80≤CTC≤120为相加作用,CTC>120为增效作用
表2:对草莓白粉病菌的毒力测试结果
从表1可知,对草莓白粉病菌的毒力测试显示,当四氟醚唑和醚菌酯的组合在配比2:1-1:10的范围内,当四氟醚唑和醚菌酯的重量配比为1:1.875时,共毒系数大于120,表现为明显的协同增效的效果;而其他配比表现为加和作用。
田间药效测试实验
实验例1:对草莓白粉病的防效试验
田间试验设在江苏昆山草莓大棚。试验地为砂壤土,肥力中等,地势平坦。试验共设10个处理,每个处理设4次重复。根据草莓叶片危害症状程度分级,调查防治效果。

从表2的数据可以看出,本发明制剂实施例1-7的悬乳剂制剂在施用药后15d的防效可达到85%以上,而对照实施例1-3的悬乳剂制剂在施用药后15d的防效最高也仅能达到81%左右,明显不如本发明制剂实施例的防治效果。
由此可以说明,本发明通过采用在含有醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂中添加如本发明式(I)所示的羧酰胺类溶剂,其相比采用油酸甲酯和菜籽油等溶剂制得的常规水性悬乳剂,能够有效提高该悬乳剂对草莓白粉病的防效。
Claims (16)
1.一种含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂,其特征在于,包含:
(I)分散油相,其包含:
(i)四氟醚唑;
(ii)至少一种如式(I)所示的羧酰胺类溶剂:
R1-CO-NR2R3 (I)
其中,R1选自5-11个碳原子的直链烷基;R2和R3各自独立地选自C1-C4的直链烷基或支链烷基;
(II)连续水相,其包含:
(i)悬浮于所述连续水相的醚菌酯;
(ii)分散剂;
(iii)水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性悬乳剂,其特征在于,所述式(I)所示的羧酰胺类溶剂,其中,R1为庚基或者壬基;R2和R3选自相同或者不同的直链或支链烷基,优选直链的烷基基团。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性悬乳剂,其特征在于,所述式(I)所示的羧酰胺类溶剂,其中,R2和R3各自独立地选自甲基或乙基;R2和R3相同或不同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性悬乳剂,其特征在于,所述羧酰胺类溶剂选自N,N-二甲基辛酰胺、N,N-二甲基癸酰胺、N,N-二甲基月桂酰胺、N,N-二乙基辛酰胺、N,N-二乙基癸酰胺或N,N-二乙基月桂酰胺中的任意一种或至少两种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性悬乳剂,其特征在于,所述羧酰胺类溶剂的质量含量占所述水性悬乳剂的5%-50%,优选10%-40%,更优选10%-30%,更优选10%-20%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性悬乳剂,其特征在于,所述醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的重量配比为2:1-10:1,优选1:1-8:1,更优选1:1-5:1,更优选1:1-3:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性悬乳剂,其特征在于,所述醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的质量含量之和占所述水性悬乳剂的15%-70%,优选15%-50%,更优选15%-40%,更优选15%-30%,更优选15%-25%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性悬乳剂,其特征在于,所述醚菌酯的质量含量占所述水性悬乳剂的10%-50%,优选10%-40%,更优选10%-30%,更优选10%-25%,更优选10%-20%;所述四氟醚唑的质量含量占所述水性悬乳剂的5%-20%,优选5%-15%,更优选5%-10%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的水性悬乳剂用于防治禾谷类、蔬菜、水果、观赏植物和葡萄藤上真菌和细菌的用途。
10.根据权利要求1所述的水性悬乳剂用于防治小麦白粉病或草莓白粉病的用途。
11.根据权利要求1所述的水性悬乳剂用于保护植物、植物繁殖材料和随后长出的植物器官的用途。
12.一种防治植物致病菌的方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1所述的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂作用于植物致病菌和/或其环境,或者植物、植物部分、植物繁殖材料和随后长出的植物器官、土壤或栽培媒介、材料或空间中。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,在植物被侵染之前或侵染之后将所述的含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂作用于植物致病菌和/或其环境,或者植物、植物部分、植物繁殖材料和随后长出的植物器官、土壤或栽培媒介、材料或空间中。
14.一种提高含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑水性悬乳剂的储存稳定性和药效的方法,其特征在于,包括向所述的水性悬乳剂中加入至少一种如式(I)所示的羧酰胺类溶剂:
R1-CO-NR2R3 (I)
其中,R1选自5-11个碳原子的直链烷基;R2和R3各自独立地选自C1-C4的直链或支链烷基。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述羧酰胺类溶剂选自N,N-二甲基辛酰胺、N,N-二甲基癸酰胺、N,N-二甲基月桂酰胺、N,N-二乙基辛酰胺、N,N-二乙基癸酰胺或N,N-二乙基月桂酰胺中的任意一种或至少两种的混合物。
16.一种含醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的水性悬乳剂用于防治草莓白粉病的用途,其特征在于,所述醚菌酯和四氟醚唑的重量配比为1.875:1。
