Background
The liquid fertilizer is used as a novel fertilizer with low production cost, high fertilizer efficiency and easy absorption, and is widely applied to agricultural dry land planting. In the domestic liquid fertilizer applicator, most of fertilizer application tanks are fixed in the field, fertilizers in the fertilizer tanks are mainly delivered to the field through a fertilizer transport vehicle and are injected into the field according to the required fertilizer application amount through a fertilizer injection metering device carried by the fertilizer transport vehicle, and as field operation needs to be confronted with various environmental problems, such as field power failure, uneven road, rainy days and other uncertain factors, the problems can increase a plurality of limits on the transportation of the liquid fertilizers, so that the liquid fertilizer applicator which is suitable for complex environment, high in fertilizer application precision and convenient to maintain is urgently needed.

The invention relates to a multi-tank liquid fertilizer application device, which comprises a minimum fertilizer storage device, an integrated fertilizer supply device, a fertilizer application execution device and a fertilizer application control device, and is characterized in that the minimum fertilizer storage device is arranged on a manual ball valve at a branch port of a multi-branch fertilizer injection pipe of the integrated fertilizer supply device, a liquid fertilizer outlet of the integrated fertilizer supply device is connected with a liquid fertilizer inlet of the fertilizer application execution device, and the fertilizer application execution device is connected with a main water pipe.
The minimum fertilizer storage device in the technical scheme comprises: a fertilizer storage vertical tank, a pressure transmitter, a switch valve and a vent valve; a switch valve is arranged on the periphery of the cylindrical through hole at the bottom of the fertilizer storage vertical tank, and a pressure transmitter is arranged in the cylindrical through hole at the bottom of the fertilizer storage vertical tank; the top of the fertilizer storage vertical tank is provided with a vent valve; the minimum fertilizer storage device is arranged on a manual ball valve at the branch opening of the multi-branch fertilizer injection pipe of the integrated fertilizer supply device, a liquid fertilizer outlet of the integrated fertilizer supply device is connected with a liquid fertilizer inlet of the fertilizer application execution device, and the fertilizer application execution device is connected with the main water pipe.

The working process of the invention is as follows:
during not fertilizeing, solenoid valve I and solenoid valve II all are in the closed condition this moment, and the centrifugal pump is in the pause state, and pressure transmitter acquires current liquid level height and liquid fertilizer capacity through acquireing the pressure value in every storage fertilizer vertical retort, utilizes PLC touch-sensitive screen all-in-one to demonstrate liquid level height and the total liquid fertilizer capacity in a plurality of storage fertilizer vertical retort.
When the electromagnetic valve I is opened and the electromagnetic valve II is closed, the centrifugal pump is in a fertilizing working state, and the centrifugal pump is in a working state under a settable frequency. At the moment, the centrifugal pump sends the fertilizer liquid of the integrated fertilizer supply device to the main water pipe, so that the purpose of fertilizer application is achieved. The fertilizing amount is displayed by a PLC touch screen all-in-one machine.
After fertilization, solenoid valve I is closed, and solenoid valve II is opened the centrifugal pump and is in the washing operating condition, and the centrifugal pump is worked under fixed frequency. At the moment, the centrifugal pump pumps water in the main water pipe and then sends the water into the main water pipe from the outlet end of the centrifugal pump, so that the conveying pipeline is cleaned.
The invention has the advantages that: in the liquid fertilizer applying device, the liquid fertilizer is stored in an integrated mode of the plurality of tank bodies, so that compared with the conventional storage mode of a single tank body, fertilizer injection in the field can be avoided, and the fertilizer can be supplied in the field by replacing the fertilizer storage vertical tank, and the liquid fertilizer applying device has the advantages of high efficiency, strong capability of adapting to complex environments and the like; the liquid fertilizer application control method comprises the steps of acquiring real-time pressure in each storage vertical tank by using a pressure transmitter arranged at the bottom of each storage vertical tank; indirectly acquiring the liquid level height and the liquid fertilizer capacity in each storage vertical tank through real-time pressure and container characteristics; further, the liquid fertilizer capacity in a plurality of storage vertical tanks is utilized to obtain the total liquid fertilizer capacity. The device has the characteristics of high precision, convenience in installation and convenience in system maintenance.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the invention relates to a liquid fertilizer application control device, which comprises a minimum fertilizer storage device, an integrated fertilizer supply device, a fertilizer application execution device and a fertilizer application control device, and is characterized in that the minimum fertilizer storage device is arranged on a switch valve at a branch port of a multi-branch fertilizer injection pipe of the integrated fertilizer supply device, and a liquid fertilizer outlet of the integrated fertilizer supply device is connected with a liquid fertilizer inlet of the fertilizer application execution device. The fertilization execution device is connected with the main water pipe.
