Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing a structure of a jack terminal 100 according to an exemplary embodiment, and fig. 2 is a schematic view showing a fitting of a housing according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the plug terminal 100 may include an electrical connection body 1 and a housing 2, the housing 2 may include a cavity 21, a first housing 22 and a second housing 23, the second housing 23 and the first housing 22 may be clamped to form the cavity 21 in a matching manner, the electrical connection body 1 may be inserted into the cavity 21, and a portion of the electrical connection body 1 protrudes out of the cavity 21 to be plugged with an opposite terminal, so that signal transmission between electronic devices may be achieved through matching between the plug terminal and the opposite terminal in the present application.
In the related art, the fixing may be performed by laser welding, but if the laser welding is not in place and is not found, the welding position is easily separated, resulting in displacement. And in this disclosure, through the joint cooperation between the first casing 22 and the second casing 23, the positions of the first casing 22 and the second casing 23 can be limited, thereby avoiding the subsequent displacement under the plastic impact, improving the structural strength of the casing 2 and improving the yield of the finished products of the plug terminals 100.
In this embodiment, after the first housing 22 and the second housing 23 are clamped, the first housing 22 and the second housing 23 may be fixedly connected by laser welding, so as to further enhance the structural strength of the housing 2 and avoid deviation during subsequent injection molding of plastic parts.
Still with fig. 2 showing, the first casing 22 may include a first clamping portion 221 and a second clamping portion 222, the second casing 23 may include a third clamping portion 231 and a fourth clamping portion 232, the first clamping portion 221 may be in clamping fit with the third clamping portion 231, the second clamping portion 222 may be in clamping fit with the fourth clamping portion 232, and a matching area of the first clamping portion 221 and the third clamping portion 231 and a matching area of the second clamping portion 222 and the fourth clamping portion 232 are disposed relatively to the electric connection body 1.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, if the housing 2 is divided into the first housing 22 and the second housing 23 along the thickness direction of the plug terminal 100, the mating region of the first clamping portion 221 and the third clamping portion 231 may be located on the upper side of the electrical connection body 1, and the mating region of the second clamping portion 222 and the fourth clamping portion 232 may be located on the lower side of the electrical connection body 1. Of course, in other embodiments, if the housing 2 is divided into the first housing 22 and the second housing 23 along the plugging direction of the plug terminal 100, the mating region of the first clamping portion 221 and the third clamping portion 231 may be located on the left side of the electrical connection body 1, and the mating region of the second clamping portion 222 and the fourth clamping portion 232 may be located on the right side of the electrical connection body 1.
It should be noted that: the upper side, lower side, left side and right side of the electrical connection body 1 may be described based on the plugging direction of the plug terminal 100 and the direction of sight of the user, and there is no limitation on the structure of the plug terminal 100 itself.
In an embodiment, the first clamping portion 221 and the fourth clamping portion 232 may each include at least one clamping groove, so that in order to realize the matching between the first casing 22 and the second casing 23, the third clamping portion 231 and the second clamping portion 222 may each include at least one clamping protrusion, and the clamping protrusions and the clamping grooves are correspondingly arranged one to one, so as to realize the clamping matching between the first casing 22 and the second casing 23.
For example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first clamping portion 221 may include a first clamping groove 2211 and a second clamping groove 2212, and the third clamping portion 231 may include a first clamping protrusion 2311 and a second clamping protrusion 2312, where the first clamping protrusion 2311 is matched with the first clamping groove 2211, and the second clamping protrusion 2312 is matched with the second clamping groove 2212 to limit the installation of the first housing 22 and the second housing 23. The structures of the second clamping portion 222 and the fourth clamping portion 232 can refer to the first clamping portion 221 and the third clamping portion 231, which are not described herein again.
In another embodiment, the first clamping portion 221 and the fourth clamping portion 232 may include at least one clamping protrusion, the second clamping portion 222 and the third clamping portion 231 may include at least one clamping groove, and the clamping groove and the clamping protrusion are matched to limit the position. Specifically, reference may be made to the embodiments shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, which are not repeated herein.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first clamping portion 221 and the fourth clamping portion 232 may include both clamping protrusions and clamping grooves; similarly, the second clamping portion 222 and the third clamping portion 231 also include a clamping protrusion and a clamping groove, which can be referred to the embodiments shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4 specifically, and are not described again.
In the above embodiments, the first housing 22 may include the first main body 233 and the first protrusion 224 formed extending from an edge of the first main body 233, and at least one of the first and second catching portions 221 and 222 may be located on the first protrusion 224. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the second clamping portion 222 is located on the first protruding portion 224, and the first clamping portion 221 is a clamping protrusion, so when the first clamping portion 221 is matched with the clamping groove of the third clamping portion 231, the first protruding portion 224 covers the surface of the second housing 23, and the matching relationship between the first housing 22 and the second housing 23 can be further limited.
Similarly, the second housing 23 may include a second main body 233 and a second protrusion 234 formed extending from an edge of the second main body 233, and at least one of the third and fourth catching portions 231 and 232 may be located on the second protrusion 234. For example, as shown in fig. 4, it may be assumed that the third catching portion 231 may be located on the second protruding portion 234 and the third catching portion 231 is a catching protrusion. Then, when the third clamping portion 231 is matched with the clamping groove of the second clamping portion 222, the second protruding portion 234 covers the surface of the first shell 22, and can further limit the matching relationship between the first shell 22 and the second shell 23.
It should be noted that: as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the number of the first protrusion 224 and the second protrusion 234 may be one, and when the second clamping portion 221 includes a plurality of clamping protrusions, or a plurality of clamping grooves, or the total number of the clamping protrusions and the clamping grooves exceeds two, at least one of the clamping protrusions or the clamping grooves may be located on the first protrusion 224; similarly, when the third engaging portion 231 includes a plurality of engaging protrusions, or a plurality of engaging grooves, or the total number of engaging protrusions and engaging grooves is more than two, at least one of the engaging protrusions or engaging grooves may be located on the second protrusion 234, which is not limited by the present disclosure. Alternatively, in some other embodiments, the number of the first protruding portion 224 and the second protruding portion 234 may be multiple, and at least one clamping groove, or at least one clamping protrusion, or at least one clamping groove and at least one clamping protrusion may be provided on each of the first protruding portion 224 and the second protruding portion 234, which is not limited by the disclosure.
Based on the technical solution of this disclosure, the inserting terminal 100 may include a Type-c terminal or a USB terminal, which is not limited by this disclosure. The data line can be used as a male end of a data line and used for plugging a female end of electronic equipment, so that data transmission or current transmission among a plurality of pieces of electronic equipment is realized.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the present disclosure also provides a data line 200, where the data line 200 may include the plug terminal according to any one of the embodiments of fig. 1 to 4. The data line 200 may include a Type-c data line, and at this time, the data line 200 may include a Type-c terminal.
