Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of touch devices, and in particular, to a touch panel module and an electronic terminal.
Background
In general, in order to facilitate a mouse-free operation, a touch pad assembly is disposed in front of a notebook keyboard. Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the conventional touch panel assembly includes a touch panel body 1, a reinforcing fixture 2, and a support 3 in this order from top to bottom. The support piece 3 is used for fixedly connecting with the base of the notebook, the touch pad main body 1 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the reinforcing fixing piece 2, and one end, close to the keyboard, of the reinforcing fixing piece 2 and the support piece 3 is connected through three fixing screws 5 which are arranged in a straight line.
The reinforcing fixing piece 2 is provided with a downward-tilting elastic piece 201 at one end far away from the keyboard, the bottom of the elastic piece 201 is contacted with the top of the supporting piece 3, when the touch panel main body 1 is pressed downwards by hands at one end far away from the keyboard, the touch panel main body 1 presses the elastic piece 201 downwards to generate a downward-pressing stroke, and when the touch panel main body 1 is pressed downwards at the lower left corner, the touch panel main body 1 is equivalent to a left-click mouse; when pressed down at the lower right corner of the touch panel body 1, it corresponds to right clicking the mouse; when the hand is released, the elastic piece 201 returns to its original state by its own elasticity, thereby resetting the touch panel body 1.
Because the reinforcing fixing member 2 and the supporting member 3 are fixedly connected with one end of the touch panel body 1, which is close to the keyboard, through the three fixing screws 5 arranged in a line, when a finger presses down one end of the touch panel body 1, which is far away from the keyboard, the one end of the fixing panel, which is far away from the keyboard, can generate tiny deformation which bends downwards around the connecting lines of the three fixing screws 5, namely the middle part of the fixing panel, arches upwards, the deformation can give the finger an upward reaction moment, the moment arm of the reaction moment is the distance from the connecting lines of the three fixing screws to the pressing part of the finger, and in order to finish the pressing, the reaction moment must be overcome, so the pressure required to be applied by the finger is increased, and the pressing hand feeling is poor.
Therefore, there is a need for improvements in existing touch pad assemblies to address the problem of poor pressing feel due to the large reaction moment created by the deformation of the mounting plate to be overcome.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more obvious and understandable, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the embodiments described below are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it will be understood that when one component is referred to as being "connected" to another component, it can be directly connected to the other component or intervening components may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present.
Furthermore, the terms "long," "short," "inner," "outer," and the like, as used herein, refer to an orientation or positional relationship based on that shown in the drawings, for convenience of description of the present invention, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the apparatus or elements referred to must have this particular orientation, operate in a particular orientation configuration, and thus should not be construed as limiting the invention.
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below by the specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment provides an electronic terminal, which includes a touch pad module, and preferably, the electronic terminal may be a notebook computer, an external touch pad, a handwriting pad, or the like.
Referring to fig. 3 to 8, the touch panel module includes a touch panel body 1, a positioning member 4 fixedly connected to the bottom of the touch panel body 1, and a supporting member 3 located below the positioning member 4. One end of the positioning member 4 is provided with a spring arm 401 which is downward abutted against the supporting member 3, and the other end is connected with the supporting member 3 in the horizontal direction. When one end of the positioning member 4 presses the spring arm 401 so that the distance from the support member 3 decreases, the gap between the other end of the positioning member 4 and the support member 3 increases.
It should be noted that, in the touch panel module provided by the invention, only the positioning piece 4 and the supporting piece 3 are strongly restrained in the horizontal direction, and the positioning piece 4 and the supporting piece 3 are not strongly restrained in the vertical direction, so that a fulcrum formed by using three fixing screws 5 in the traditional touch panel assembly does not exist, and corresponding reaction moment can not be generated due to the lack of the fulcrum.
According to the touch panel module provided by the invention, when the touch panel main body 1 is pressed downwards at the position corresponding to the spring arm 401, one end of the positioning piece 4 provided with the spring arm 401 approaches to the support piece 3 and presses the spring arm 401 to generate a pressing stroke, the distance between the other end and the support piece 3 is increased along with the increase of the pressing degree of the spring arm 401, so that the positioning piece 4 is prevented from generating bending deformation, a human hand does not need to overcome the reaction moment generated by the bending deformation of the positioning piece 4, and the pressing force required by the touch panel module is reduced, so that the pressing hand feeling is improved.
It should be noted that, the reinforcing fixing member 2 used in the conventional touch panel assembly needs to be connected with the fixing screw 5, and has a reinforcing function, so the strength requirement is high, and the material selection range is limited. In the touch pad assembly provided by the embodiment, the positioning piece 4 is not connected with the supporting piece 3 through the fixing screw 5, so that a material with a reinforcing function is not used, the selection range of the material is greatly increased, the thickness and size requirements are also greatly reduced, the occupied space of the electronic terminal can be reduced, and the effects of thinner thickness, lighter weight and lower manufacturing cost of the electronic terminal are achieved.
The positioning piece 4 is provided with a longitudinal slot 402, and the supporting piece 3 is provided with a longitudinal inserting piece 301; the longitudinal inserting piece 301 is inserted into the longitudinal inserting groove 402 along the positive direction of the Y axis, so as to limit the displacement of the positioning piece 4 relative to the supporting piece 3 parallel to the X axis. Wherein: the X axis is parallel to the length direction of the touch panel module, and the positive direction of the X axis is horizontal to the right; the Y axis is parallel to the width direction of the touch pad module, and the positive direction of the Y axis is directed to the spring arm 401 from the end of the touch pad module away from the spring arm 401.
Specifically, any horizontal direction can be decomposed into an X-axis direction parallel to the width direction of the touch panel module and a Y-axis direction parallel to the length direction of the touch panel module.
It can be understood that the insertion of the longitudinal insert 301 and the longitudinal slot 402 along the Y axis can limit the relative movement of the longitudinal insert 301 and the longitudinal slot 402 in the X axis direction, and strongly restrict the connection of the longitudinal insert 301 and the longitudinal slot 402 in the X axis direction, so as to ensure that the positioning element 4 does not move in the X axis direction relative to the supporting element 3, thereby realizing the relative fixation of the positioning element 4 and the supporting element 3 in the positive and negative directions of the X axis.
Optionally, the upper end of the longitudinal slot 402 is an opening structure.
Specifically, the Z axis is parallel to the thickness direction of the touch panel module, and the positive direction thereof is vertically upward.
It will be appreciated that the provision of the opening structure at the upper end of the longitudinal slot 402 is to provide a vertical relative movement space for the positioning member 4 and the supporting member 3, so as to ensure that the gap between the other end of the positioning member 4 and the supporting member 3 is adjustable, thereby avoiding strong constraint on the connection between the longitudinal insert 301 and the longitudinal slot 402 in the Z-axis direction.
Further, the positioning member 4 is provided with a transverse clamping plate 403, and the supporting member 3 is provided with a transverse clamping plate 302; when the longitudinal inserting piece 301 is inserted into the longitudinal inserting slot 402, the transverse clamping plate 403 is located on one side of the transverse clamping piece 302 close to the longitudinal inserting piece 301, so as to limit the transverse clamping piece 302 to move along the opposite direction of the Y axis relative to the transverse clamping plate 403.
It will be appreciated that the longitudinal insert 301 may be inserted into the longitudinal slot 402 in the positive Y-axis direction, but since the width dimension of the longitudinal slot 402 is limited, the insertion of the longitudinal insert 301 into the longitudinal slot 402 will stop the movement of the support 3 in the positive Y-axis direction due to the width limitation of the longitudinal slot 402. Further, when the longitudinal insert 301 is inserted into the longitudinal slot 402, the transverse clamping plate 403 may block the transverse clamping plate 302 from moving along the opposite direction of the Y axis relative to the transverse clamping plate 403, which is equivalent to preventing the longitudinal insert from being pulled out of the longitudinal insert slot, so that the fixing member and the supporting member 3 may be fixed relatively in the opposite direction of the Y axis.
Preferably, a side of the transverse clamping plate 403, which is close to the transverse clamping plate 302, is provided with a avoidance through groove 404 capable of accommodating the transverse clamping plate 302, and the transverse clamping plate 403 includes a transverse clamping plate 4031 extending into the avoidance through groove 404 transversely and an inclined clamping plate 4032 with one end fixedly connected with the end of the transverse clamping plate 4031; the end of the transverse clamping plate 4031 is used for blocking the transverse clamping plate 302 from moving along the reverse direction of the Y-axis, and the transverse clamping plate 302 can prop against the inclined clamping plate 4032 to move from one side of the transverse clamping plate 4031, which is close to the longitudinal inserting sheet 301, to one side of the transverse clamping plate 4031, which is far away from the longitudinal inserting sheet 301.
Specifically, the mounting steps between the positioning member 4 and the supporting member 3 are as follows:
(1) horizontally fixing the support 3 on a base of the electronic terminal;
(2) fixing the touch panel body 1 on the positioning member 4;
(3) the positioning member 4 is placed on the support member 3, and ensures that: A. the longitudinal slot 402 is located directly in front of the longitudinal tab 301; B. the transverse card 302 is positioned in the avoidance through groove 404 and positioned at one side of the transverse card plate 4031 close to the longitudinal inserting sheet 301;
(4) pushing the positioning member 4 in the opposite direction along the Y axis, in the process: A. the longitudinal inserting piece 301 is inserted into the longitudinal inserting groove 402 along the positive direction of the Y axis to limit the relative displacement between the positioning piece 4 and the supporting piece 3 along the X axis direction; B. the transverse card 302 slides against the inclined surface of the inclined card 4032 to the side of the transverse card 4031 away from the longitudinal card and is clamped by the transverse card 4031, thereby limiting the relative displacement between the positioning member 4 and the supporting member 3 in the Y-axis direction.
After the installation is completed, the positioning piece 4 and the supporting piece 3 are connected in a strong constraint mode in the horizontal direction, the connection is completely limited, the Z-axis direction is not subjected to strong constraint, and the design is beneficial to achieving the effect of adjustable distance between the positioning piece 4 and the supporting piece 3.
When the positioning member 4 and the supporting member 3 need to be detached, the steps are as follows:
(1) the positioning piece 4 is broken upwards or the positioning piece 4 is pried upwards by a tool, so that the transverse card 302 and the transverse clamping plate 403 are relatively misplaced in the Z-axis direction; it will be appreciated that relative movement between the positioning member 4 and the support member 3 is not impeded by the relative misalignment of the transverse card 302 and the transverse card plate 403;
(2) the positioning piece 4 is pushed along the positive direction of the Y axis, and the longitudinal inserting piece 301 is separated from the longitudinal inserting groove 402, so that the positioning piece 4 and the supporting piece 3 are detached.
Optionally, a first relief slot 405 is provided on a side of the transverse card 403 remote from the transverse card 302.
It will be appreciated that the first yielding groove 405 may increase the deformability of the transverse clamping plate 403 in the X-axis direction, which is beneficial for the transverse clamping plate 302 to slide against the inclined clamping plate 4032 to be clamped with the transverse clamping plate 4031.
In this embodiment, a second yielding through groove 406 is disposed between the two spring arms 401, a supporting plate 407 is disposed in the second yielding through groove 406, and a stop boss 408 is disposed at the top of the supporting plate 407.
It should be noted that, in order to avoid the excessive pressing stroke of the touch panel body 1, the positioning member 4 may be provided with a stop boss 408, and when the touch panel body 1 is pressed to be matched with the supporting member 3 to press the stop boss 408, the touch panel body 1 cannot move further downwards. Placing the support plate 407 in the second relief channel 406 can improve the deformability of the support plate 407 in the Z-axis direction, and when a pressing force is applied to the touch panel body 1, the good deformability of the support plate 407 can provide a buffer for the pressing force; when the pressing force is cancelled, the supporting plate 407 is restored and simultaneously gives an upward force to the touch pad body 1, which is beneficial to the reset of the touch pad body 1, so that the pressing hand feeling of the touch pad body 1 can be improved by arranging the supporting plate 407 in the second yielding through groove 406.
In this embodiment, a receiving groove 409 is formed at the top of the positioning member 4, and the touch panel main body 1 is located in the receiving groove 409; an adhesive layer is arranged between the touch panel body 1 and the bottom of the accommodating groove 409.
Specifically, the accommodating groove 409 may limit the displacement of the touch pad body 1 in the horizontal direction relative to the positioning member 4, and the adhesive layer may limit the displacement of the touch pad body 1 in the vertical direction relative to the positioning member 4. Further, the touch panel main body 1 is fixed only through the accommodating groove 409 and the clamping structure, the assembly process is simple, the assembly manpower, the limiting jig and the like are saved, and the economic benefit is higher.
Preferably, the other three sides of the supporting member 3 except for the connection with the spring arm 401 are provided with screw holes 303 for fixing.
Specifically, through three-sided five screw fixed support piece 3 altogether, ensure that the fixed of touch pad main part 1 on electronic terminal is more firm, avoid touch pad main part 1 in the use to produce by a wide margin and float from top to bottom, experience sense is better.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
