In the production process of the lithium battery diaphragm, extraction is an important process in wet production. In the extraction production process, after the diaphragm passes through the extraction tank, liquid scraping and drying are needed, common liquid scraping equipment is carried out by a liquid scraping roller or a scraper bar, residual extraction liquid is scraped, and then the residual extraction liquid enters an oven to be heated by hot air and a hot roller, and the residual extraction liquid dichloromethane and the like on the diaphragm are dried.
However, in the process prior to the extraction, i.e., the transverse drawing process, both sides of the separator need to be held by clips, and the held portions of both sides of the separator are not stretched and are thick. After extraction, when the diaphragm passes through a straight strip-shaped liquid scraping roller, thick edges on two sides usually contact with the roller surface of the liquid scraping roller firstly, and the contact between the middle part of the diaphragm and the liquid scraping roller is poor, so that the residual extraction liquid on the surface of the diaphragm cannot be effectively scraped completely when the diaphragm passes through the liquid scraping roller, product defects such as watermarks and the like caused by uneven liquid scraping are caused on the length of about 200-300mm from the thick edges on the two sides to the middle part of the diaphragm, and the production yield of products is seriously influenced.
