In order to overcome the defects that two or more workers are required to unload the device, more time is consumed in the process, the working efficiency is low, and the labor cost is consumed, the technical problem to be solved is as follows: the automatic unloading machine for the production of the hot melt adhesive film is high in working efficiency and capable of saving labor cost.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an automatic unloader for producing hot melt adhesive films comprises a base, wherein a rack and a moving mechanism are arranged on the base; and the pushing mechanism is arranged on the moving mechanism and used for pushing the rolled hot melt adhesive film out, and the moving mechanism is used for driving the pushing mechanism to move transversely.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. can drive ejecting mechanism through moving mechanism and remove rightly, ejecting mechanism can push out the hot melt adhesive membrane on the automatic wind-up roll, can replace manual operation like this, work efficiency is high to this equipment can be operated to a staff, thereby can save the cost of labor.
2. Can hold hot melt adhesive membrane through bearing mechanism, avoid the hot melt adhesive membrane directly to fall on the diaphragm after pushing out to can avoid hot melt adhesive membrane impaired.
3. Can be fixed solid fixed ring and rubber circle through positioning mechanism, avoid solid fixed ring and rubber circle to remove to do not influence automatic wind-up roller rolling hot melt adhesive membrane.
4. The automatic winding roller can be supported by the supporting mechanism, and the sagging deformation of the automatic winding roller is avoided, so that the automatic winding roller can be accurately inserted into the fixed sleeve.

The worker presses the right shift key 59, the right shift key 59 sends a signal, the control module receives the signal and controls the servo motor 53 to rotate clockwise, the servo motor 53 drives the left roller 52 to rotate clockwise, the synchronous belt 54 drives the sliding block 56 to move rightwards, so as to drive the push-out mechanism 6 to move rightwards, the push-out mechanism 6 can push out the hot melt adhesive film on the automatic winding roller 3, when the sliding block 56 moves rightwards and touches the second travel switch 58, the second travel switch 58 sends a signal, the control module receives the signal and controls the servo motor 53 to stop rotating clockwise, at the moment, the push-out mechanism 6 already pushes out the hot melt adhesive film on the automatic winding roller 3, the worker can press the left shift key 510 and send a signal to the left shift key 510, the control module receives the signal and controls the servo motor 53 to rotate anticlockwise, the servo motor 53 drives the left roller, the synchronous belt 54 drives the sliding block 56 to move leftwards, so as to drive the pushing mechanism 6 to move leftwards, when the sliding block 56 moves leftwards and touches the first travel switch 57, the first travel switch 57 sends a signal, and the control module receives the signal and controls the servo motor 53 to stop rotating anticlockwise.
When the slide block 56 moves rightwards, the slide block 56 drives the support rod 61 to move rightwards, so that the transverse plate 62 is driven to move rightwards, the fixing ring 64 and the rubber ring 65 are driven to move rightwards, the fixing ring 64 and the rubber ring 65 push the hot melt adhesive film on the automatic winding roller 3 to push the hot melt adhesive film out, and when the slide block 56 moves rightwards and touches the second travel switch 58, the fixing ring 64 and the rubber ring 65 already push the hot melt adhesive film on the automatic winding roller 3 out, and the hot melt adhesive film falls on the transverse plate 62. When the slide block 56 moves leftwards, the slide block 56 drives the support rod 61 to move leftwards, so as to drive the transverse plate 62 to move leftwards, and further drive the fixing sleeve 63 to move leftwards, so that the fixing sleeve 63 is sleeved on the automatic winding roller 3.

When the sliding block 56 touches the first travel switch 57, the first travel switch 57 sends a signal, the control module receives the signal and then controls the servo motor 53 to stop rotating counterclockwise, meanwhile, the control module controls the first electric push rod 72 to shorten for 5 seconds, the first electric push rod 72 drives the pressure sensor 73 to move downward, under the action of the self gravity of the push plate 76, the push plate 76 resets downward, and after 5 seconds, the control module controls the first electric push rod 72 to stop shortening.
The second toothed plate 87 blocks the first toothed plate 86 to fix the transverse plate 62, so that the fixing ring 64 and the rubber ring 65 can be fixed, the fixing ring 64 and the rubber ring 65 are prevented from moving, and the hot melt adhesive film can not be wound on the automatic winding roller 3. When the first electric push rod 72 extends, the first electric push rod 72 drives the baffle 82 to move upwards, the baffle 82 pushes the sliding ring 81 to move upwards, the connecting rod 83 drives the first toothed plate 86 to move upwards, the second toothed plate 87 does not block the first toothed plate 86 any more, and therefore the transverse plate 62 is not affected to move, at the moment, the spring 85 is compressed, when the first electric push rod 72 shortens, the first electric push rod 72 drives the baffle 82 to move downwards, under the action of the spring 85, the connecting rod 83 moves downwards, and the first toothed plate 86 is driven to move downwards to be matched with the second toothed plate 87.
When the sliding block 56 moves rightwards, the sliding block 56 drives the contact switch 93 to move rightwards, when the contact switch 93 moves rightwards and touches the contact rod 94, the contact switch 93 sends a signal, the control module receives the signal and controls the second electric push rod 91 to extend for 4 seconds, the second electric push rod 91 drives the grooved wheel 92 to move upwards, the grooved wheel 92 can support the automatic winding roller 3, the automatic winding roller 3 is prevented from sagging and deforming, and the automatic winding roller 3 can be accurately inserted into the fixing sleeve 63. When the sliding block 56 touches the first travel switch 57, the first travel switch 57 sends a signal, the control module receives the signal and controls the second electric push rod 91 to shorten for 4 seconds, the second electric push rod 91 drives the grooved wheel 92 to reset downwards, and after 4 seconds, the control module controls the second electric push rod 91 to stop shortening.
