The invention relates to dried orange peel lemon tea which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of dried orange peel, 8 parts of lemon, 3 parts of dried ginger, 4 parts of dried snow pear, 4 parts of dried water chestnut, 3 parts of maltose and 3 parts of liquorice.
A preparation method of dried orange peel and lemon tea comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting clean and impurity-free dried orange peel, lemon, dried ginger, dried snow pear, dried water chestnut, maltose and liquorice;
(2) cleaning lemon, making a hole on the peel to expose the pulp, drying or sun-drying the lemon to obtain dried lemon, and taking out the dried lemon pulp;
(3) cutting the raw materials except the lemon and the maltose in the step (1) into small pieces of 2mm, and uniformly mixing the small pieces with lemon pulp to obtain a mixture;
(4) melting maltose into syrup, putting the mixture prepared in the step (3) into the syrup, and uniformly stirring to obtain a syrup mixture;
(5) filling the syrup mixture into the dried lemons from the holes of the dried lemons to fill the dried lemons so as to obtain finished products of the dried orange peel and lemon tea;
(6) and cutting the finished product of the tangerine peel and lemon tea into a flaky finished product of the peel and lemon tea with uniform thickness.
(7) Sterilizing the sheet pericarpium Citri Tangerinae-lemon tea in ultraviolet ray sterilization equipment for 15 min.
(8) And sealing and packaging the sterilized sheet pericarpium citri reticulatae lemon tea finished product.

(1) selecting clean and impurity-free dried orange peel, lemon, dried ginger, dried snow pear, dried water chestnut, maltose and liquorice;

(1) selecting clean and impurity-free dried orange peel, lemon, dried ginger, dried snow pear, dried water chestnut, maltose and liquorice;
(2) cleaning lemon, making a hole on the peel to expose the pulp, drying or sun-drying the lemon to obtain dried lemon, and taking out the dried lemon pulp;
(3) cutting the raw materials except the lemon and the maltose in the step (1) into 4mm small pieces, and uniformly mixing the small pieces with lemon pulp to obtain a mixture;

(8) And sealing and packaging the sterilized sheet pericarpium citri reticulatae lemon tea finished product.
