A roller surface cleaning device for aluminum casting and rolling comprises a support arranged below a roller surface, a cleaning roller rotatably connected in the support, brushes arranged on the surface of the cleaning roller, a driving motor fixedly connected to the right side of the support and a straight air supply pipeline arranged on the left side of the support; the driving motor is connected with the central rotating shaft on the right side of the cleaning roller; the cleaning roller is of a hollow structure with an inner cavity, the roller surface of the cleaning roller is provided with a plurality of small air outlet holes communicated with the inner cavity of the cleaning roller in a spreading way, the central rotating shaft at the right side of the cleaning roller is of a solid structure, and the central rotating shaft at the left side of the cleaning roller is of a tubular hollow structure; the air outlet end of the direct air supply pipeline extends into the central rotating shaft on the left side of the cleaning roller and is connected with the central rotating shaft on the left side through a bearing, and the air inlet end of the direct air supply pipeline is connected with a high-pressure air source. Background
Before the aluminum plate is cast, rolled and formed, the purification degree of the melt needs to be improved so as to directly improve the quality of the processed aluminum product. In the production of aluminum plates, hydrogen embrittlement occurs when the hydrogen content is only about 0.1ml/100g, and excessively high hydrogen content is more harmful in further processing.
In the batch production process of an aluminum casting and rolling workshop, the defects of black spots and black lines often appear in cold-rolled plate strips of cast-rolled plate blanks, so that the surface quality of products is unstable, the quality of products such as decorative plates and the like is seriously influenced, excessive waste coils are caused, and the comprehensive yield is low. The pollution of the surface of the cast-rolling plate blank caused by the adhesion of external pollutants on the surface of the plate is mainly realized, and the cleaning efficiency is low and the labor load is large by manually cleaning the surface of the cast-rolling roller by using a hairbrush at present.
