Technical Field
The invention relates to a dust collector, in particular to a main machine of the dust collector.
Background
The motor of the existing dust collector is generally positioned above the dust cup or below the dust cup, and the battery is positioned below the handle and is not detachable; the air duct is designed into an S shape, air flow is not smooth, the distance between a motor and an air inlet is long, suction loss is large, the product structure layout is generally heavier, the practicability is not strong, and the use is inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides a vacuum cleaner main unit, which reduces the suction loss of the vacuum cleaner and improves the suction power compared with the prior art, so that the weight distribution of the vacuum cleaner is more uniform, and the vacuum cleaner main unit saves more labor during the dust collection process of the handheld vacuum cleaner.
Therefore, the invention provides a dust collector host, which is provided with a mounting seat, a battery, a motor and a dust cup, wherein the battery, the motor and the dust cup are all arranged on the mounting seat, the mounting seat is provided with a handle and an air inlet pipe, the air inlet pipe is fixedly connected to the handle, the motor is detachably arranged on the mounting seat, the position of the motor corresponds to the position of the handle, the battery is detachably arranged at the first end part of the motor, the dust cup is detachably arranged at the second end part of the motor, and the position of the dust cup corresponds to the position of the air inlet pipe.
Further, the battery, the motor and the dirt cup are located on the same axis.
Further, the battery, the motor and the dirt cup are all located above the handle.
Further, the battery and the motor are positioned right above the handle.
Further, the dust cup is positioned right above the air inlet pipe.
Furthermore, a first air port is formed in the air inlet pipe, and a second air port matched with the first air port is formed in the dust cup.
Furthermore, the first air opening is positioned on the upper surface of the air inlet pipe, and the second air opening is positioned on the lower surface of the dust cup.
Furthermore, an air duct is formed between the first air opening and the second air opening and the pipe opening of the air inlet pipe, and wind power enters the dust cup after passing through the air duct.
The invention provides a dust collector host which mainly comprises a handle, an air inlet pipe, a battery, a motor and a dust cup, wherein the battery and the motor are positioned right above the handle, so that the weight of the dust collector is uniformly distributed, and the dust collector host accords with human engineering; the battery, the motor and the dust cup are positioned on the same axis, so that the suction dispersion of the S-shaped air channel is improved, the wind force directly reaches the suction inlet, the suction loss is smaller, and the suction is larger; compared with the prior art, the distance between the dust cup and the pipe orifice of the air inlet pipe is greatly shortened, and the dust collection efficiency is improved; the battery and the dust cup are both detachably mounted on the motor, so that the motor is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the structural layout is reasonable, and the human engineering is met;
2. the suction loss is small, and the suction power is higher;
3. the battery and the dust cup are convenient to disassemble.

The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1 to 2, the embodiment provides a main unit of a vacuum cleaner, which first includes a mounting base 1, a battery 2, a motor 3, and a dust cup 4, the battery 2, the motor 3, and the dust cup 4 are all mounted on the mounting base 1, the mounting base 1 is provided with a handle 11 and an air inlet pipe 12, the air inlet pipe 12 is fixedly connected to the handle 11, the motor 3 is detachably mounted on the mounting base 1, and the position of the motor 3 corresponds to the position of the handle 11, the battery 2 is detachably mounted at a first end of the motor 3, the dust cup 4 is detachably mounted at a second end of the motor 3, and the position of the dust cup 4 corresponds to the position of the air inlet pipe 12.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 2, the battery 2, the motor 3 and the dust cup 4 are located on the same axis, the battery 2, the motor 3 and the dust cup 4 are all located above the handle 11, the battery 2 and the motor 3 are located above the handle 11, the dust cup 4 is located above the air inlet pipe 12, the air inlet pipe 12 is provided with a first air opening 121, the dust cup 4 is provided with a second air opening 41 matched with the first air opening 121, the first air opening 121 is located on the upper surface of the air inlet pipe 12, the second air opening 41 is located on the lower surface of the dust cup 4, an air channel is formed between the first air opening 121, the second air opening 41 and the pipe orifice 122 of the air inlet pipe 12, and the wind enters the dust cup 4 after passing through the air channel.

referring to fig. 1 to 2, a cleaner host according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown in the drawings, and on the basis of the above embodiments, the present embodiment further provides the following technical solutions as improvements: the air inlet pipe 12 is provided with a first air opening 121, the dust cup 4 is provided with a second air opening 41 matched with the first air opening 121, the first air opening 121 is located on the upper surface of the air inlet pipe 12, the second air opening 41 is located on the lower surface of the dust cup 4, an air channel is formed among the first air opening 121, the second air opening 41 and the pipe orifice 122 of the air inlet pipe 12, wind power enters the dust cup 4 after passing through the air channel, the air channel is of a horn structure, the pipe orifice 122 is an inlet of the air channel, the second air opening 41 is an outlet of the air channel, and the size of the pipe orifice 122 is smaller than that of the second air opening 41, so that the wind speed at the pipe orifice 122 is amplified.
Example three:
referring to fig. 1 to 2, a cleaner host according to a third embodiment of the present invention is shown in the drawings, and on the basis of the above embodiments, the present embodiment further provides the following technical solutions as improvements: seted up first wind gap 121 on the air-supply line 12, seted up the second wind gap 41 that matches first wind gap 121 on the dirt cup 4, the relative both sides of first wind gap 121 respectively are provided with an arc limiting plate, and two arc limiting plates wrap up respectively on the relative both sides wall of dirt cup 4, improve the position stability of dirt cup 4 on the one hand, and on the other hand can avoid leaking of wind-force.
