Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of power equipment manufacturing, in particular to a common locking structure of a low-voltage incoming line switch of a box and a power generation car room and a locking method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of city construction, in order to improve city street scenes and construct a harmonious and tidy new city appearance, the box-type substation is used as electrical equipment which is visible everywhere in a city, and plays a vital role in the city image. However, a box substation may have various factors during operation that cause the substation to power down. Some important industrial and mining enterprises and residential communities do not allow long-time power failure, and the emergency generator cars are usually started at the moment; when the transformer substation is powered off, the emergency power generation car is connected into the box-type transformer substation to temporarily solve the power utilization problem.
The existing power generation car access reserved interface of the box-type substation is arranged on the low-voltage side, and because the conventional access scheme needs to manually judge the switching on and off of the low-voltage side incoming line main switch, the omission of inspection and misjudgment of operators are easily caused, a power supply of the power generation car is accessed under the condition that the low-voltage cabinet incoming line main switch is not switched off, and if the power generation car and a box-type substation transformer are simultaneously powered on, electrical safety accidents are easily caused because the three-phase angles of the power generation car and the box-type substation transformer are different; meanwhile, due to power failure caused by faults of the transformer or the high-voltage cabinet in the box-type substation, if the power generation vehicle is overhauled, life safety accidents are caused by the fact that the power generation vehicle transmits power to the transformer and transmits power to the high-voltage cabinet reversely.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a locking structure shared by a box low-voltage incoming line switch and a power generation vehicle chamber. The purpose is that only one of a power supply at the access side of the power generation car and a power supply at the low-voltage side of a box-type transformer substation can be used, so that the uniqueness of the power supply is ensured.
The invention also aims to provide a locking method of the box transformer low-voltage incoming line switch and a power generation car room sharing a locking structure.
In order to realize one of the purposes of the invention, the adopted technical scheme is as follows:

and the key can be inserted into the first locking keyhole or the second locking keyhole.

the key is inserted into the position of the first locking keyhole before the box-type substation is powered on and operated, and when the key is taken down, a brake separating button on the frame circuit breaker needs to be pressed, and the key is pulled out after the key is rotated leftwards; when the first locking keyhole is separated from the key, the frame circuit breaker is in a brake-off state;
and inserting the key into the second locking keyhole, locking the chamber door by adopting the key, pulling out the chamber door, and inserting the key into the first locking keyhole again and then rotating right to enable the frame breaker to be in a closing state.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the structure of the invention can prevent the quick plug of the generator car from being inserted into the quick plug of the generator car of the box-type substation to be quickly connected into the indoor socket under the condition that the breaker switch on the low-voltage side frame of the box-type substation is not disconnected, thereby causing electrical safety accidents.
The main incoming line switch of the low-voltage cabinet is prevented from being closed by mistake when the transformer or the high-voltage cabinet in the box-type substation is overhauled under the condition of power supply of the generator car, so that the transformer and the high-voltage cabinet are electrified, and personal safety accidents are caused.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the two-lock one-key locking structure 100 for the box-type substation low-voltage incoming switch and the power generation vehicle room includes a box-type substation low-voltage cabinet 110, and a box-type substation power generation vehicle access room 120 is disposed at a side portion 111 of the box-type substation low-voltage cabinet 110.
A frame breaker 112 is mounted on the box-type substation low-voltage cabinet 110, and a lock-out lock hole 112a is opened in the frame breaker 112. The locking hole 112a is a cross-shaped locking hole, a transverse slot 112b of the cross-shaped locking hole crosses the vertical slot 112c, and the length of the transverse slot 112b is equal to that of the vertical slot 112 c.
In addition, a generator car access chamber door 121 for operation and maintenance of a constructor is opened in the box-type substation generator car access chamber 120, and a locking lock hole 121a is opened in the interlocking plate 122 on the door 121 of the box-type substation generator car access chamber 120. The locking hole 121a is a cross-shaped locking hole, and the transverse groove 121b and the vertical groove 121c of the cross-shaped locking hole are crossed. The length of the lateral groove 121b is shorter than that of the vertical groove 121c, and the width of the lateral groove 121b is narrower than that of the vertical groove 121 c.
The key 130 may be vertically inserted into the lock hole 112a or the lock hole 121 a.
The specific locking method of the locking structure 100 is as follows:
before the box-type substation is powered on and operated, the key 130 is inserted into the position of the locking keyhole 112a, when the key 130 is taken down, the opening button 113 on the frame breaker 112 needs to be pressed, and meanwhile, the left-handed key 130 is pulled out;
when the locking keyhole 112a is separated from the key 130, the frame breaker 112 is in the open state;
at this time, the key 130 is inserted into the locking keyhole 121a, the key 130 is used to lock the electricity-generating vehicle access chamber door 121 and then is pulled out, and the key 130 is inserted into the locking keyhole 112a again and then is rotated right, so that the frame breaker 112 is in a closing state.
When the equipment has a fault and has power failure and needs to be connected with a cable of the power generation car, the frame breaker 112 is firstly switched off and then operated according to the process, the key 130 is pulled out of the locking keyhole 112a of the frame breaker 112, and at the moment, the frame breaker cannot be switched on.
The key 130 is inserted into the locking keyhole 112a on the electricity generation car access chamber door 121 to be rightwards rotated to open the door, and at the moment, the cable can be accessed to temporarily supply power to the equipment.
At this time, there is no key 130 in the locking keyhole 112a of the frame circuit breaker 112, and the circuit breaker cannot be switched on, so as to achieve the anti-misoperation locking function of "two locks and one key", thereby avoiding the occurrence of misoperation and causing safety accidents.
The main principle of the invention is as follows:
positive locking:
must break off low voltage side frame circuit breaker earlier when the power generation car power inserts, make the circuit breaker just can extract interlocking key at the separating brake position, open the shutting key lock on the interior interlocking board of power generation car quick access room with this key, then turn over the interlocking board and show power generation car access socket, carry out the power generation car again and insert the operation.
Anti-blocking:
when the low-voltage frame circuit breaker is closed, a power plug of the power generation car is required to be pulled out from a socket in a power generation car quick access chamber of the box transformer substation, then the interlocking plate is closed to be locked, the interlocking key is pulled out, and then the key is inserted into a locking key hole of the frame circuit breaker to close the frame circuit breaker.
