When the equipment has a fault and has power failure and needs to be connected with a cable of the power generation car, the frame breaker 112 is firstly switched off and then operated according to the process, the key 130 is pulled out of the locking keyhole 112a of the frame breaker 112, and at the moment, the frame breaker cannot be switched on.
The key 130 is inserted into the locking keyhole 112a on the electricity generation car access chamber door 121 to be rightwards rotated to open the door, and at the moment, the cable can be accessed to temporarily supply power to the equipment.
At this time, there is no key 130 in the locking keyhole 112a of the frame circuit breaker 112, and the circuit breaker cannot be switched on, so as to achieve the anti-misoperation locking function of "two locks and one key", thereby avoiding the occurrence of misoperation and causing safety accidents.
