技术领域
本发明涉及造纸领域,尤其涉及一种复合纸的生产方法。
背景技术
专利CN105109177A提供了一种层合纸的生产方法,利用这种方法得到的层合纸在使用过程中容易出现“掉尘”的现象,出现掉尘的现象是因为植物纤维的两端具有较多的“短屑”(这些“短屑”是植物纤维的一部分),而这些“短屑”在整张纸上的附着力较弱,一旦受到外力刮磨,这些“短屑”很容易从整张纸上掉落下来,从而出现“掉尘”的现象。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提出了一种复合纸的生产方法。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种复合纸的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将植物纤维磨碎成浆料,再在浆料中添加如ES纤维或者PE纤维,然后将浆料制成植纤维纸;
S2:利用梳理机在植纤维纸的两侧表面设置粘胶纤维或PET纤维,利用水刺处理使得植纤维纸与粘胶纤维或PET纤维互直缠结,得到木浆布;
S3:将木浆布烘干。
本装置的作用如下,首先将植物纤维在碎浆机中打磨成浆浓度为6~8%的浆料,再添加ES纤维或者PE纤维,支撑植纤维纸,植纤维纸的湿度为80%~86%,并且植纤维纸的主体是植物纤维,ES纤维或者PE纤维附着在植物纤维的两侧;当胶粘纤维或者PET纤维附着到植纤维纸的表面,水刺可以使植物纤维与粘胶纤维或PET纤维缠结在一起,在烘干的过程中,ES纤维或PE纤维会融化,而ES纤维或者植物纤维融化再凝固后,会将植物纤维与粘胶纤维或PET纤维粘结在一起,由于植物纤维上的“短屑”被粘结在了纸上,“短屑”的附着强度大幅提高,不易从布上掉落,不回出现掉尘现象。当ES纤维(或PE纤维)的含量足够高时,整个“短屑”会被包埋在凝结后的ES纤维(或PE纤维)层内。
同时由于ES纤维(或PE纤维)在融化又凝固的过程中相当于将植物纤维与粘胶纤维(或PET纤维)部分包埋在了一起,所以整张纸的耐磨度大幅提高。
本方法通过利用ES纤维(或PE纤维)融化再凝固后的粘结固定作用,将植物纤维上的“短屑”粘结固定在整张纸上,大幅提高了“短屑”在整张纸上的附着强度,纸在使用时不会出现“掉尘”现象。
可选的,当植物纤维与ES纤维贴合时,所述烘干的温度为160℃;当植物纤维与PE纤维贴合时,所述烘干的温度为120℃。
具体在烘筒内烘干,因为ES纤维的融化温度为130℃,而PE纤维的融化温度为105℃,烘筒的烘干温度比融化温度高比25℃~30℃是为了在较短的时间内快速融化ES纤维(或PE纤维),避免加热时间过长而对植物纤维或粘胶纤维或PET纤维造成破坏。
可选的,所述植纤维纸的两侧表面均设置粘胶纤维;或者植纤维纸的一侧表面设置粘胶纤维,另一侧表面设置PET纤维。
可选的,所述植物纤维与所述ES纤维或者PE纤维的质量配比为200:1。
可选的,所述水刺的压力为6~14Mpa。
可选的,所述植物纤维的长度为3.8mm,所述粘胶纤维的长度为38mm。
具体植物纤维可以是木纤维或麻纤维或棉纤维的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果是:通过利用ES纤维(或PE纤维)融化再凝固后的粘结固定作用,将植物纤维上的“短屑”粘结固定在整张纸上,大幅提高了“短屑”在整张纸上的附着强度,纸在使用时不会出现“掉尘”现象。

实施例1:
S1:将植物纤维在碎浆机中打碎,支撑浓度为6%(正负偏差0.5%),最后浆料通过进浆槽进入双圆筒成型网的成型器中制得植物纤维薄片,再在植物纤维薄片的两侧添加ES纤维,ES纤维的添加量为每100Kg植物纤维添加0.5Kg,添加ES纤维后制得植纤维纸,控制植纤维纸的含水量在85%;
S2:在植纤维纸的两侧分别用梳理机各设置一层粘胶纤维,然后再用水刺机对其进行水刺处理,水刺针头为3~6个,水刺的压力为6~14Mpa,水刺处理完成后制得木浆布;
S3在烘筒中对木浆布进行烘干处理,烘干的温度为160℃,烘干的车速为每分钟200米。
在本实施例中,可以在完成步骤S3后可以进一步对其进行喷涂抗静电剂等物质;同时本实施例在进行水刺处理时可以参照专利CN105109177A进行水刺处理
本实施例中粘胶纤维的使用量为每100Kg植物纤维使用30~50Kg粘胶纤维,且植纤维纸两侧的粘胶纤维的用量保持一致。本实施例中的植物纤维可以是木纤维或麻纤维或棉纤维的一种或几种。
本实施例制得的复合纸大致可以分为五层,参看附图1,第一层1是粘胶纤维层,第二层2是ES纤维层,第三层3是植物纤维层,第四层4是ES纤维层,第五层5是粘胶纤维层。
实施例2
本实施例中各步骤与实施例1中的一致,只是采用PE纤维来代替实施例1中的ES纤维,且烘干时烘干温度由160℃降至120℃,PE纤维的添加量也是每100Kg植物纤维添加0.5Kg。
本实施例本实施例制得的复合纸大致可以分为五层,参看附图1,第一层1是粘胶纤维层,第二层2是PE纤维层,第三层3是植物纤维层,第四层4是PE纤维层,第五层5是粘胶纤维层。

本实施例制得的复合纸大致可以分为五层,参看附图1,第一层1是粘胶纤维层,第二层2是ES纤维层,第三层3是植物纤维层,第四层4是ES纤维层,第五层5是PET纤维层。
实施例4
本实施例中各步骤与实施例3中一致,只是采用PE纤维来代替实施例1中的ES纤维,且烘干时烘干温度由160℃降至120℃,PE纤维的添加量也是每100Kg植物纤维添加0.5Kg。
本实施例本实施例制得的复合纸大致可以分为五层,参看附图1,第一层1是粘胶纤维层,第二层2是PE纤维层,第三层3是植物纤维层,第四层4是PE纤维层,第五层5是PET纤维层。
实施例5
S1:将植物纤维在碎浆机中打碎,支撑浓度为6%(正负偏差0.5%),最后浆料通过进浆槽进入双圆筒成型网的成型器中制得植物纤维薄片,再在植物纤维薄片的两侧添加ES纤维,ES纤维的添加量为每100Kg植物纤维添加0.5Kg,添加ES纤维后制得植纤维纸,控制植纤维纸的含水量在85%;
S2:在植纤维纸的两侧分别用梳理机各设置一层PET纤维,然后再用水刺机对其进行水刺处理,水刺针头为3~6个,水刺的压力为6~14Mpa,水刺处理完成后制得木浆布;
S3在烘筒中对木浆布进行烘干处理,烘干的温度为160℃,烘干的车速为每分钟200米。
在本实施例中,可以在完成步骤S3后可以进一步对其进行喷涂抗静电剂等物质;同时本实施例在进行水刺处理时可以参照专利CN105109177A进行水刺处理
本实施例中粘胶纤维的使用量为每100Kg植物纤维使用30~50KgPET纤维,且植纤维纸两侧的PET纤维的用量保持一致。本实施例中的植物纤维可以是木纤维或麻纤维或棉纤维的一种或几种。
本实施例制得的复合纸大致可以分为五层,参看附图1,第一层1是PET纤维层,第二层2是ES纤维层,第三层3是植物纤维层,第四层4是ES纤维层,第五层5是PET纤维层。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此即限制本发明的专利保护范围,凡是运用本发明说明书所作的等效变换,直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种复合纸的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
木浆湿法成网:将植物纤维磨碎成浆料,再在浆料中添加如ES纤维或者PE纤维,然后将浆料制成植纤维纸;
植纤维纸复合:利用梳理机在植纤维纸的两侧表面设置粘胶纤维或PET纤维,利用水刺处理使得植纤维纸与粘胶纤维或PET纤维互直缠结,得到木浆布;
定型:将木浆布烘干。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合纸的生产方法,其特征在于,当植物纤维与ES纤维贴合时,所述烘干的温度为160℃;当植物纤维与PE纤维贴合时,所述烘干的温度为120℃。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述植纤维纸的两侧表面均设置粘胶纤维;或者植纤维纸的一侧表面设置粘胶纤维,另一侧表面设置PET纤维。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述植物纤维与所述ES纤维或者PE纤维的质量配比为200:1。
5.如权利要求1所述的复合纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述水刺的压力为6~14Mpa。
6.如权利要求1所述的复合纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述植物纤维的长度为3.8mm,所述粘胶纤维的长度为38mm。
