Description

Enzyme preparation for pretreatment of aramid fiber and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of molecular biology. Specifically, the invention relates to an enzyme preparation for aramid fiber pretreatment and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The traditional pre-dyeing and printing treatment is carried out at high temperature and in the presence of high alkali and surfactant. The treatment process consumes a large amount of energy and alkaline agent, and the removal of the alkaline agent surfactant consumes a large amount of water. The discharge of sewage produces a number of substances which are harmful to the environment. In the traditional process, the desizing and the refining are finished in two steps, a large amount of water resources and energy resources are repeatedly consumed, and the requirements of 'green' and energy conservation and emission reduction are not met.
Meanwhile, since conventionally, it has been a problem to remove PVA slurry by using a bio-enzyme, mainly because of the combined action of various enzymes in nature, the enzymes that are conventionally called PVA enzymes or PVA-degrading enzymes are a general term for a series of enzymes that can catalyze degradation of PVA, mainly including polyvinyl alcohol oxidase, polyvinyl alcohol dehydrogenase, oxidized polyvinyl alcohol hydrolase (β -diketohydrolase). The current consensus regarding the degradation mechanism of PVA-degrading enzymes is that polyvinyl alcohol is degraded by a two-step enzyme catalysis process, in the first step, polyvinyl alcohol is oxidatively dehydrogenated to a keto compound by PVA oxidase (secondary alcohol oxidase) in the presence of oxygen or by PVA dehydrogenase.
The invention patent '201410470084.5 one-bath low-temperature desizing, refining and bleaching pretreatment method of cotton woven fabric' discloses one-bath low-temperature desizing, refining and bleaching pretreatment method of cotton woven fabric, and proposes that PVA enzyme can be used for desizing, but corresponding technical contents and schemes are not recorded for the type, components and proportion of the PVA enzyme, so that the technical problem of fast desizing of PVA slurry is not solved.
The invention patent '200710190569.9 fabric desizing and refining by bio-enzyme at once' discloses a method for desizing and refining fabric by bio-enzyme at once, wherein there is no mention of the type of PVA enzyme capable of removing PVA-containing size and its components and proportions.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an enzyme preparation for aramid fiber pretreatment and a preparation process thereof.
Aramid fiber is a special fabric, and is mainly used in the fields of bulletproof and stab-resistant, automobile linings, building reinforcement, aerospace and the like. A large amount of textile size is required to be added in the manufacturing process of the aramid fiber fabric, an alkaline process is traditionally adopted in the subsequent size removing process, but caustic soda has a destructive effect on aramid fiber materials, so that the aramid fiber fabric is stiff in hand feeling, yellow and dark in surface and has certain damage to the strength. Meanwhile, a large amount of caustic soda is needed, and a large amount of fresh water is needed for washing in a washing link, so that great pollution and waste are caused. The use of the biological enzyme preparation can greatly reduce the use amount of fresh water and completely avoid using caustic soda. Meanwhile, the enzyme preparation has higher hydrolysis specificity, so that the damage and loss of the desizing and refining link to the fabric can be reduced to the greatest extent. The adopted biological enzyme preparation is greatly different from the existing biological enzyme preparation for desizing and refining cotton textiles in the aspects of action objects, composition, preparation methods, use methods and the like.
The enzyme preparation for the aramid fiber pretreatment is characterized by being prepared by compounding glucose oxidase, esterase, manganese peroxidase, alcohol oxidase, part of surfactant and an auxiliary agent according to a certain proportion. The preparation process of the biological enzyme preparation is characterized in that glucose oxidase, esterase, manganese peroxidase and alcohol oxidase are mixed according to the enzyme activity ratio of 2:1:1:1 to prepare a mixed component A, wherein the optimized enzyme activity of the glucose oxidase is 200U/mL; mixing surfactant fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate and water according to the volume ratio of 1:5 to prepare a mixed component B; mixing glycerol and sodium benzoate according to the volume ratio of 10:1 to prepare a mixed component C; and mixing the mixed component A, the mixed component B and the mixed component C according to the volume ratio of 50:5:1 to prepare the enzyme preparation for the aramid fiber pretreatment. In the above preparation process, the mixing process uses equipment which is a liquid stirrer, preferably a high-speed dispersion stirrer.
The main process for performing aramid fabric desizing and refining by using the biological enzyme preparation comprises the following steps: cold pad-batch soaking, stacking for 48-72 hours, water washing, drying and the like.
In the process of desizing and refining the aramid fiber fabric, the prepared biological enzyme preparation is added in the step of cold pad-batch soaking. When adding, the biological enzyme preparation and water are mixed in advance in a ratio of 1:20 in a material dissolving tank. Wherein the water is tap water or soft water, the water temperature is required to be 50-70 ℃, and the pH value of the water is required to be 6-8. No other auxiliary agent is needed.
The biological enzyme preparation for desizing and refining the aramid fiber fabric and the preparation process thereof are simple, high in enzyme activity and low in cost, and are suitable for being widely applied to the fields of food, textile, papermaking, environmental protection and the like. Therefore, the enzyme-producing strain and the fermentation method have wide industrial application value and remarkable economic benefit prospect.
Detailed Description

Example 2 aramid fabric was desized and refined using a bio-enzyme preparation for the desizing and refining of aramid fabric.
The main process for desizing and scouring the aramid fiber fabric by using the biological enzyme preparation for desizing and scouring the aramid fiber fabric comprises the following steps: cold pad-batch soaking, stacking for 48-72 hours, water washing, drying and the like. Wherein the cloth feeding speed of the cold pad-batch is 50 meters per second, the pressure of the compression roller is 1 to 2 kilograms, and the temperature of the material groove is 50 to 70 ℃.
In the process of desizing and refining the aramid fiber fabric, a biological enzyme preparation is added in the step of cold pad-batch of a dipping material. And after pre-mixing, discharging the enzyme preparation solution in the material dissolving tank into the material dissolving tank through a pipeline, and carrying out a fabric material soaking process. The final desizing effect is that the desizing rate of the aramid fiber fabric is more than 98 percent, and the whiteness is more than 90 percent.
