Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printing, in particular to a UV three-dimensional effect printing process.
Background
With the development of printing technology and the increasing demand for aesthetic quality, consumers and merchants have higher requirements for the exquisite degree of product packaging and printed products. The common surface stereo process adopts repeated overprinting, or convex and concave hitting and the like, and the generated effect is just concave and convex feeling. The Chinese patent application 201811015902.7 discloses a three-dimensional relief synergistic UV process and a manufacturing method of a packaging material, which comprises the following steps: s1: carrying out plate making according to the designed 3D pattern to obtain a 3D intaglio; s2: printing on the back of the printing stock by using the intaglio prepared in the step S1 to obtain a reverse printing layer with a 3D (three-dimensional) effect; s3: carrying out gravure overprinting on the front surface of the printing stock according to the back surface printing layer to obtain a front surface printing layer with concave-convex hand feeling; s4: curing the positive printing layer and/or the negative printing layer, wherein the drying and curing time of the printing layer is shortened through the curing treatment, and the surface of the printing layer obtains certain hardness and good adhesive force with a printing stock after the curing treatment; the printing stock prepared by the process is processed by a composite process to prepare the packaging material with the three-dimensional relief synergistic effect. The three-dimensional effect generated by the invention patent application is just concave-convex, and cannot meet the pursuit of higher exquisite degree of product packaging and printed matters.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a UV three-dimensional effect printing process, which is characterized in that magnetic pigment is added into printing ink, silk screen printing is carried out on the surface of paper, patterns are magnetized, arranged and formed through a customized pattern magnetic plate, and then the printing ink is cured by ultraviolet rays, so that the process which is used for multiple smooth planes such as glass or ceramics and the like can be used on the paper, and the printed effect becomes metallic, visual changing effect and high light reflection effect.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a UV stereoscopic effect printing process comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing ink: the ink comprises a magnetic pigment and a UV oil;
(2) screen printing: printing the prepared ink on the surface of a base material in a silk-screen manner;
(3) magnetization treatment: processing the printed base material by adopting a pattern magnetic plate;
(4) ultraviolet curing: and carrying out ultraviolet curing on the magnetized base material.
Preferably, in the step (1), the magnetic pigment is magnetic pearl powder. The strong 3D visual effect is formed by the standing distribution of the magnetic powder according to the magnetic force lines.
Preferably, in the step (1), the amount of the magnetic pigment is 2-10% of the total mass of the ink. The invention strictly controls the dosage of the magnetic pigment, and the magnetized substrate has good surface three-dimensional effect.
Preferably, in the step (1), the magnetic pigment is needle-shaped crystals with fineness less than 1 μm. The particle size and shape make the pigment easy to be uniformly arranged in a magnetic field, thereby obtaining higher residual magnetism and forming pattern gradation change due to magnetization.
Preferably, in the step (1), the UV oil comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
according to the UV oil disclosed by the invention, the acrylic resin, the photo initiator, the active monomer and the auxiliary agent are used as raw materials, and the weight ratio of the raw materials is strictly controlled, so that the prepared UV oil has good film forming property, compatibility and substrate adhesiveness, and has the advantages of good adhesion, high wear resistance, high gloss, good flexibility, high drying speed and good blocking resistance.
Preferably, in the UV oil, the acrylic resin is epoxy acrylate UV resin, the active monomer is tripropylene glycol diacrylate, and the auxiliary agent is cyclic dimethyl polysiloxane. According to the UV oil disclosed by the invention, the epoxy acrylate UV resin is used as acrylic resin, the tripropylene glycol diacrylate is used as an active monomer, and the cyclic dimethyl polysiloxane is used as an auxiliary agent, so that the prepared UV oil has good film forming property, compatibility and excellent base material adhesion, and has the advantages of good binding power, high wear resistance, high gloss, good flexibility, high drying speed and good blocking resistance. The UV oil can also be UV-4695cUV oil from Mileage printing materials, Inc. of Dongguan city.
Preferably, in the step (2), the base material is any one of white cardboard, coated paper, white board paper and vacuum aluminum-plated paper; the mesh number of the silk screen is 150 meshes and 250 meshes. The thicker the coating, the stronger the three-dimensional effect, and the invention has good three-dimensional effect on the surface of the substrate after magnetization treatment by strictly controlling the mesh number of the silk screen.
Preferably, in the step (3), the pattern magnetic plate is one plate arranged above the substrate in parallel or two plates arranged above and below the substrate in parallel, respectively, and the distance between the pattern magnetic plate and the surface of the substrate is adjustable. The stronger the magnetism, the better the three-dimensional effect, more preferred, the pattern magnetic sheet is permanent magnet material board, can form for the monoblock or by the concatenation of the different permanent magnet material daughter board of a plurality of magnetic forces.
Preferably, in the step (3), the time for the magnetization treatment is 2 to 6 s. By strictly controlling the time of the magnetization treatment, the surface of the substrate after the magnetization treatment has good three-dimensional effect.
Preferably, in the step (4), the energy of the UV lamp used for ultraviolet curing is 130-150J/cm2The curing time is 5-15 s. According to the invention, the energy and the curing time of the UV lamp for ultraviolet curing are strictly controlled, so that the curing effect is good, and the surface three-dimensional effect of the substrate is good.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the printing process, the magnetic pigment is added into the printing ink, the printing ink is printed on the surface of the paper in a silk screen mode, the patterns are magnetized, arranged and formed through the customized pattern magnetic plate, then the printing ink is cured through ultraviolet rays, the printing process can be used for the paper with the technology which is used for glass, ceramic and other smooth planes, and the printed effect becomes metallic, visual changing effect and high light reflection effect.

Example 1

In the step (1), the magnetic pigment is magnetic pearl powder.

The printed products prepared using the UV stereoeffect printing processes of examples 1-5 were subjected to abrasion resistance tests with the following results:
according to the printing process, the magnetic pigment is added into the printing ink, the printing ink is printed on the surface of paper in a silk screen mode, the patterns are magnetized, arranged and formed through the customized pattern magnetic plate, then the printing ink is cured through ultraviolet rays, the printing process which is used for multiple purposes on smooth planes of glass or ceramics and the like can be used on the paper, the printed effect is changed to have a metal feeling, a visual change effect and a high light reflection effect, and a sample does not have obvious phenomena of grinding, scratching, fading and powder falling and falling after testing, and is excellent in performance.
