Abstract
本发明涉及一种去角质啫喱及其制备方法,该去角质啫喱按重量百分比计,由以下原料组成:水70‑90%、卡波姆0.5‑3%、保湿剂1‑10%、尿囊素0.1‑0.5%、pH调节剂0.01‑0.1%、第一组合物5‑10%、第二组合物0.5‑3%、烟酰胺0.05‑1%、有机酸0.01‑0.02%、樱花提取物0.1‑2%、双羟甲基咪唑烷基脲0.1‑0.3%、聚乙烯0.05‑0.5%、香精0.01‑0.1%。该去角质啫喱是将对皮脂膜有益的脂溶物质进行特殊处理后并通过严格控制工艺,将其添加进酸性去角质啫喱中,不仅保留了现有酸性去角质啫喱的清爽易用,柔性无痛,按摩“出胶”等原有特性,还解决了肌肤屏障易受损,封闭性缺失,胶条与毛发易缠结的问题,防止结胶络合物与毛发缠结,可作为身体护理使用,帮助肌肤皮脂膜在去角质后快速恢复,并有抗击自由基,保湿封闭,滋润营养的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种去角质啫喱及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代皮肤学将人体的肌肤表皮一般划分为五个皮层,自下而上为:基底层、棘皮层、颗粒层、透明层、角质层。这五个皮层也代表了表皮角质化的不同阶段,从角蛋白细胞不断发育上移并最终死亡堆积成角质层,角质层为皮肤形成保护性屏障,防止内源物质过度外渗,也阻止外界的不良刺激物进入皮肤。但是,角质化异常或过度堆积也会导致粉刺痤疮、黑头、粗糙脱屑等症状,及时的适度清理角质也能帮助肌肤更新代谢,起到细嫩提亮抗衰的作用。
目前市售去角质产品的作用原理包含以下几点:酸/碱对角质层的蚀溶、蛋白酶对外层胶原的降解催化、坚硬颗粒的物理磨削作用,许多产品会通过上述几点原理的复合来实现强效的角质脱落效果,其中低pH值的酸性去角质啫喱在国内更受消费者欢迎,其使用时能生成由大分子聚合物与阳离子络合的胶条,形似“死皮”,相较磨砂型产品,无痛感,柔性按摩,带来直观的使用效果,这类产品也因此在市场上长盛不衰。低pH值的酸性去角质啫喱使用时虽然具有良好的视觉和触觉感受,也能蚀溶角质,但因其多为水性基质,不含或含有极少的脂性,在造成角质剥脱的同时,也损失了肌肤皮脂膜,却不能予以脂性封闭剂的补充,造成屏障损伤,水分散失过多,并容易刺激肌肤。另外,在作为身体护理时,聚合物与阳离子络合作用形成的胶条极易在肌肤毛发上附结,不易冲洗干净,造成诸多尴尬和不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的上述技术问题,本发明的第一目的在于提供一种去角质啫喱,按重量百分比计,由以下原料组成:水70-90%、卡波姆0.5-3%、保湿剂1-10%、尿囊素0.1-0.5%、pH调节剂0.01-0.1%、第一组合物5-10%、第二组合物0.5-3%、烟酰胺0.05-1%、有机酸0.01-0.02%、樱花提取物0.1-2%、双羟甲基咪唑烷基脲0.1-0.3%、聚乙烯0.05-0.5%、香精0.01-0.1%;其中,所述第二组合物包括牛油果树果脂、棕榈酸乙基己酯、稻糠油、三羟基硬脂精、合成蜂蜡、二氧化钛和红没药醇。
在上述配方中,水作为溶剂;卡波姆为增稠剂;尿囊素为皮肤调理剂,起到软化角质的作用;烟酰胺为皮肤调理剂,起到美白提亮和修护作用;有机酸为皮肤调理剂和角质剥脱剂,起到收缩毛孔的作用;樱花提取物为皮肤调理剂,起到净化毛孔的作用;双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲为防腐剂;聚乙烯为摩擦剂;香精为芳香剂,赋香剂;第一组合物为角质剥脱剂。
第二组合物【牛油果树果脂/棕榈酸乙基己酯/稻糠油/三羟基硬脂精/合成蜂蜡/二氧化钛/红没药醇】在配方中起到润肤剂,滋养肌肤,保护皮脂膜,抗缠结的作用。
进一步地,按重量百分比计,所述第一组合物由以下原料组成:水70-84%、椰油基三甲基氯化铵15-29%、聚季铵盐-100.1-1%。水/椰油基三甲基氯化铵/聚季铵盐-10为角质剥脱剂。
进一步地,所述第一组合物通过以下方法制备而成,其具体包括如下制备步骤:
1)将水、聚季铵盐-10常温搅拌至细致均一无颗粒感,加热至60℃;
2)向步骤1)混合料体中加入椰油基三甲基氯化铵,升温至85℃,分散均匀后得所述第一组合物。
进一步地,按重量百分比计,所述第二组合物由以下原料组成:牛油果树果脂30-60%、棕榈酸乙基己酯20-50%、稻糠油1-10%、三羟基硬脂精1-5%、合成蜂蜡5-10%、二氧化钛0.5-2%、红没药醇0.2-2%。
进一步地,所述第二组合物通过以下方法制备而成,其具体包括如下制备步骤:
1)将棕榈酸乙基己酯、二氧化钛用胶体磨研磨至细致均一无颗粒感,备用;
2)将棕榈酸乙基己酯、稻糠油、三羟基硬脂精加入配料锅中,并加热至60-80℃,搅拌分散均匀,再加入牛油果树果脂、合成蜂蜡、红没药醇,升温至80-85℃;
3)将步骤1)制备好的所得的物相缓慢地加入到配料锅,分散均匀后得所述第二组合物。
进一步地,所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇和丁二醇中的任意一种。
进一步地,所述保pH调节剂为氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺、氢氧化钾和精氨酸中的任意一种。
进一步地,所述有机酸为乳糖酸、乳酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、水杨酸和羟基乙酸中的任意一种。
本发明的第二目的在于提供去角质啫喱的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按配方的重量百分比备料;
2)制备所述第一组合物,并保持温度至50℃,备用;
3)用配料锅加热制备第二组合物并保持温度至50-70℃,备用;
4)将水、卡波姆加入到乳化锅中分散均匀,再向乳化锅中加入保湿剂、尿囊素、有机酸和烟酰胺,并升温至80-85℃,溶解后保温10分钟;
5)乳化锅保温结束后开启降温,待温度降至50-70℃加入用水溶解后的pH调节剂并搅拌均匀;再加入步骤3)制备所得的第二组合物,然后慢速搅拌均匀;
6)待温度降至45℃以下,加入步骤2)制备的第一组合物,进行搅拌,搅匀后再加入樱花提取物、双羟甲基咪唑烷基脲、聚乙烯和香精继续搅拌,搅匀并检验合格后,可出料灌装,即得去角质啫喱。
相对现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:该去角质啫喱是将对皮脂膜有益的脂溶物质进行特殊处理后并通过严格控制工艺,将其添加进酸性去角质啫喱中,不仅保留了现有酸性去角质啫喱的清爽易用,柔性无痛,按摩“出胶”等原有特性,还解决了肌肤屏障易受损,封闭性缺失,胶条与毛发易缠结的问题,防止结胶络合物与毛发缠结,可作为身体护理使用,帮助肌肤皮脂膜在去角质后快速恢复,并有抗击自由基,促进修复和表皮新生,保湿封闭,滋润营养的作用。

实施例1
一种去角质啫喱,按重量百分比计,由以下原料组成:水70%、卡波姆3%、丙二醇10%、尿囊素0.38%、三乙醇胺0.1%、第一组合物10%、第二组合物3%、烟酰胺1%、苹果酸0.02%、樱花提取物1.8%、双羟甲基咪唑烷基脲0.2%、聚乙烯0.4%、香精0.1%。其中:第一组合物为:水70%、椰油基三甲基氯化铵29%、聚季铵盐-101%;第二组合物为:牛油果树果脂30%、棕榈酸乙基己酯50%、稻糠油10%、三羟基硬脂精3%、合成蜂蜡5%、二氧化钛1%、红没药醇1%。其中:所述第一组合物通过以下步骤制得:1)将水、聚季铵盐-10常温搅拌至细致均一无颗粒感,加热至60℃;2)向步骤1)混合料体中加入椰油基三甲基氯化铵,升温至85℃,分散均匀后得所述第一组合物,2)并保持温度至50℃,备用;第二组合物通过以下步骤制得:1)将棕榈酸乙基己酯、二氧化钛用胶体磨研磨至细致均一无颗粒感,备用;2)将棕榈酸乙基己酯、稻糠油、三羟基硬脂精加入配料锅中,并加热至60℃,搅拌分散均匀,再加入牛油果树果脂、合成蜂蜡、红没药醇,升温至85℃;3)将步骤1)制备好的所得的物相缓慢地加入到配料锅,分散均匀后得所述第二组合物,并保持温度至50℃,备用。
按照上述配方将水、卡波姆加入到乳化锅中分散均匀,再向乳化锅中加入丙二醇、尿囊素、苹果酸和烟酰胺,并升温至80℃,溶解后保温10分钟;保温结束后开启降温,待温度降至50℃加入用水溶解后的三乙醇胺并搅拌均匀;再加入制备所得的第二组合物,然后慢速搅拌均匀;待温度降至45℃以下,加入第一组合物,进行搅拌,搅匀后再加入樱花提取物、双羟甲基咪唑烷基脲、聚乙烯和香精继续搅拌,搅匀并检验合格后,可出料灌装,即得去角质啫喱。
实施例2
一种去角质啫喱,按重量百分比计,由以下原料组成:水90%、卡波姆0.5%、甘油1%、尿囊素0.5%、氢氧化钾0.08%、第一组合物5%、第二组合物2%、烟酰胺0.2%、乳糖酸0.01%、樱花提取物0.1%、双羟甲基咪唑烷基脲0.1%、聚乙烯0.5%、香精0.01%。其中:第一组合物为:水84%、椰油基三甲基氯化铵15%、聚季铵盐-101%;第二组合物为:牛油果树果脂60%、棕榈酸乙基己酯30%、稻糠油1%、三羟基硬脂精1%、合成蜂蜡7%、二氧化钛0.8%、红没药醇0.2%。其中:所述第一组合物通过以下步骤制得:1)将水、聚季铵盐-10常温搅拌至细致均一无颗粒感,加热至60℃;2)向步骤1)混合料体中加入椰油基三甲基氯化铵,升温至85℃,分散均匀后得所述第一组合物,2)并保持温度至50℃,备用;第二组合物通过以下步骤制得:1)将棕榈酸乙基己酯、二氧化钛用胶体磨研磨至细致均一无颗粒感,备用;2)将棕榈酸乙基己酯、稻糠油、三羟基硬脂精加入配料锅中,并加热至80℃,搅拌分散均匀,再加入牛油果树果脂、合成蜂蜡、红没药醇,升温至85℃;3)将步骤1)制备好的所得的物相缓慢地加入到配料锅,分散均匀后得所述第二组合物,并保持温度至55℃,备用。
按照上述配方将水、卡波姆加入到乳化锅中分散均匀,再向乳化锅中加入甘油、尿囊素、乳糖酸和烟酰胺,并升温至85℃,溶解后保温10分钟;保温结束后开启降温,待温度降至55℃加入用水溶解后的氢氧化钾并搅拌均匀;再加入制备所得的第二组合物,然后慢速搅拌均匀;待温度降至45℃以下,加入第一组合物,进行搅拌,搅匀后再加入樱花提取物、双羟甲基咪唑烷基脲、聚乙烯和香精继续搅拌,搅匀并检验合格后,可出料灌装,即得去角质啫喱。
实施例3
一种去角质啫喱,按重量百分比计,由以下原料组成:水79%、卡波姆1.9%、丁二醇8%、尿囊素0.1%、精氨酸0.01%、第一组合物8%、第二组合物0.5%、烟酰胺0.05%、乳酸0.01%、樱花提取物2%、双羟甲基咪唑烷基脲0.3%、聚乙烯0.05%、香精0.08%。其中:第一组合物为:水74.4%、椰油基三甲基氯化铵25.5%、聚季铵盐-100.1%;第二组合物为:牛油果树果脂59%、棕榈酸乙基己酯20%、稻糠油8.5%、三羟基硬脂精5%、合成蜂蜡5%、二氧化钛0.5%、红没药醇2%。其中:所述第一组合物通过以下步骤制得:1)将水、聚季铵盐-10常温搅拌至细致均一无颗粒感,加热至60℃;2)向步骤1)混合料体中加入椰油基三甲基氯化铵,升温至85℃,分散均匀后得所述第一组合物,2)并保持温度至50℃,备用;第二组合物通过以下步骤制得:1)将棕榈酸乙基己酯、二氧化钛用胶体磨研磨至细致均一无颗粒感,备用;2)将棕榈酸乙基己酯、稻糠油、三羟基硬脂精加入配料锅中,并加热至70℃,搅拌分散均匀,再加入牛油果树果脂、合成蜂蜡、红没药醇,升温至80℃;3)将步骤1)制备好的所得的物相缓慢地加入到配料锅,分散均匀后得所述第二组合物,并保持温度至60℃,备用。
按照上述配方将水、卡波姆加入到乳化锅中分散均匀,再向乳化锅中加入丁二醇、尿囊素、乳酸和烟酰胺,并升温至80℃,溶解后保温10分钟;保温结束后开启降温,待温度降至60℃加入用水溶解后的精氨酸并搅拌均匀;再加入制备所得的第二组合物,然后慢速搅拌均匀;待温度降至45℃以下,加入第一组合物,进行搅拌,搅匀后再加入樱花提取物、双羟甲基咪唑烷基脲、聚乙烯和香精继续搅拌,搅匀并检验合格后,可出料灌装,即得去角质啫喱。
实施例4
一种去角质啫喱,按重量百分比计,由以下原料组成:水80%、卡波姆2.5%、甘油7.5%、尿囊素0.45%、氢氧化钠0.05%、第一组合物7%、第二组合物1%、烟酰胺0.8%、羟基乙酸0.02%、樱花提取物0.18%、双羟甲基咪唑烷基脲0.15%、聚乙烯0.3%、香精0.05%。其中:第一组合物为:水80.5%、椰油基三甲基氯化铵19%、聚季铵盐-100.5%;;第二组合物为:牛油果树果脂37.5%、棕榈酸乙基己酯40%、稻糠油5%、三羟基硬脂精4%、合成蜂蜡10%、二氧化钛2%、红没药醇1.5%。其中:所述第一组合物通过以下步骤制得:1)将水、聚季铵盐-10常温搅拌至细致均一无颗粒感,加热至60℃;2)向步骤1)混合料体中加入椰油基三甲基氯化铵,升温至85℃,分散均匀后得所述第一组合物,2)并保持温度至50℃,备用;第二组合物通过以下步骤制得:1)将棕榈酸乙基己酯、二氧化钛用胶体磨研磨至细致均一无颗粒感,备用;2)将棕榈酸乙基己酯、稻糠油、三羟基硬脂精加入配料锅中,并加热至75℃,搅拌分散均匀,再加入牛油果树果脂、合成蜂蜡、红没药醇,升温至80℃;3)将步骤1)制备好的所得的物相缓慢地加入到配料锅,分散均匀后得所述第二组合物,并保持温度至70℃,备用。
按照上述配方将水、卡波姆加入到乳化锅中分散均匀,再向乳化锅中加入甘油、尿囊素、羟基乙酸和烟酰胺,并升温至85℃,溶解后保温10分钟;保温结束后开启降温,待温度降至70℃加入用水溶解后的氢氧化钠并搅拌均匀;再加入制备所得的第二组合物,然后慢速搅拌均匀;待温度降至45℃以下,加入第一组合物,进行搅拌,搅匀后再加入樱花提取物、双羟甲基咪唑烷基脲、聚乙烯和香精继续搅拌,搅匀并检验合格后,可出料灌装,即得去角质啫喱。

市售普通不含油脂的去角质啫喱。
实验例1
测试方法:选择年龄22-25岁有体毛的志愿者10名,无任何皮肤病及皮肤过敏史,两人一组,使用一种测试样品(对比例和实施例1-4),使用部位为手臂背部相同位置,试验过程中不能使用测试样品以外的任何化妆品;采用芬兰dilfin公司的SebumScale皮脂测量仪和VapoMeter经皮流失水分测试仪进行测试,选择使用处的同一部位作为测试部位;使用前,先分别测试试用者的皮脂含量和水分含量;使用后,再测试试用者的皮脂含量和水分含量,测试结果如表1所示

从表1中可以看出,相对对比例(市售样品),本发明实施例1-4的去角质啫喱在使用后,皮肤经皮流失的水分较少,皮脂含量变化小,证明本品能有效防止产品使用过程中角质膜的损失。
实验例2
测试方法:选择年龄22-25岁有体毛的志愿者10名,无任何皮肤病及皮肤过敏史,选择手臂背部体毛较多的部位使用一种测试样品(对比例和实施例1-4),每个产品做两个平行测试,使用部位为手臂背部相同位置,试验过程中不能使用测试样品以外的任何化妆品;取2g样品按摩揉搓2分钟,并用水冲洗,以残留在体毛上的胶条数量为对比指标,具体结果见表2。
通过对比表2的数据,可看出本发明的产品在测试部位上的胶条数量明显减少,从而可反映出:本发明所述产品能有效防止酸性去角质啫喱产品使用时对毛发的缠结。
为了进一步直观反映本发明产品与对比例产品使用后胶条缠结毛发的情况,特提供试用第二组对比例(见图1)和第二组实施例3(见图2)的产品后的图片,通过对比图片发现:本发明的产品在测试部位上的胶条数量明显减少。

1.一种去角质啫喱,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,由以下原料组成:水70-90%、卡波姆0.5-3%、保湿剂1-10%、尿囊素0.1-0.5%、pH调节剂0.01-0.1%、第一组合物5-10%、第二组合物0.5-3%、烟酰胺0.05-1%、有机酸0.01-0.02%、樱花提取物0.1-2%、双羟甲基咪唑烷基脲0.1-0.3%、聚乙烯0.05-0.5%、香精0.01-0.1%;所述第一组合物由以下原料组成:水70-84%、椰油基三甲基氯化铵15-29%、聚季铵盐-10 0.1-1%;所述第二组合物由以下原料组成:牛油果树果脂30-60%、棕榈酸乙基己酯20-50%、稻糠油1-10%、三羟基硬脂精1-5%、合成蜂蜡5-10%、二氧化钛0.5-2%、红没药醇0.2-2%;
所述第一组合物通过以下方法制备而成,其具体包括如下制备步骤:1)将水、聚季铵盐-10常温搅拌至细致均一无颗粒感,加热至60℃;2)向步骤1)混合料体中加入椰油基三甲基氯化铵,升温至85℃,分散均匀后得所述第一组合物;
所述第二组合物通过以下方法制备而成,其具体包括如下制备步骤:1)将棕榈酸乙基己酯、二氧化钛用胶体磨研磨至细致均一无颗粒感,备用;2)将棕榈酸乙基己酯、稻糠油、三羟基硬脂精加入配料锅中,并加热至60-80℃,搅拌分散均匀,再加入牛油果树果脂、合成蜂蜡、红没药醇,升温至80-85℃;3)将步骤1)制备好的所得的物相缓慢地加入到配料锅,分散均匀后得所述第二组合物;
所述去角质啫喱通过如下步骤制备所得:1)按上述配方的重量百分比备料;2)按照上述的制备第一组合物的方法制备所述第一组合物,并保持温度至50℃,备用;3)按照上述制备第二组合物的方法用配料锅加热制备第二组合物并保持温度至50-70℃,备用;4)将水、卡波姆加入到乳化锅中分散均匀,再向乳化锅中加入保湿剂、尿囊素、有机酸和烟酰胺,并升温至80-85℃,溶解后保温10分钟;5)乳化锅保温结束后开启降温,待温度降至50-70℃加入用水溶解后的pH调节剂并搅拌均匀;再加入步骤3)制备所得的第二组合物,然后慢速搅拌均匀;6)待温度降至45℃以下,加入步骤2)制备的第一组合物,进行搅拌,搅匀后再加入樱花提取物、双羟甲基咪唑烷基脲、聚乙烯和香精继续搅拌,搅匀并检验合格后,可出料灌装,即得去角质啫喱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的去角质啫喱,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇和丁二醇中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的去角质啫喱,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺、氢氧化钾和精氨酸中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的去角质啫喱,其特征在于,所述有机酸为乳糖酸、乳酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、水杨酸和羟基乙酸中的任意一种。
