Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of a scheduling communication system provided in embodiment 1 of the present invention, the system includes a cloud server and a plurality of scheduling terminals; wherein,
the cloud server is used for storing one address book and a plurality of user hot keys; the address book comprises a first contact person ID, a display name and a number; the user hot key comprises a second contact ID and a first hot key ID; the user hot key is associated with the first contact person ID of the address book through the second contact person ID and is used for acquiring the display name and/or the number in the address book;
The scheduling terminal stores at least one second hot key ID, and is used for loading the address list and the user hot key from the cloud server through the association between the second hot key ID and the first hot key ID of the user hot key.
Specifically, the scheduling communication system comprises a cloud server and a plurality of scheduling terminals; wherein,
the cloud server, i.e., the cloud storage server in fig. 1, is configured to store one address book and multiple user hotkeys, that is, only one address book exists in one scheduling communication system, which facilitates information modification and avoids repeated work, but the user hotkeys are multiple because the user hotkeys need to correspond to multiple scheduling terminals. The address book comprises the ID, the display name and the number of the first contact person, and can also comprise other information such as a post, a display position and the like, and the number can be increased or decreased according to the scheduling requirement. The user hotkeys comprise a second contact ID and a first hotkey ID, and the first hotkey ID is stored for each user hotkey, namely each user hotkey has a unique first hotkey ID. The user hotkey also includes a display location, which is for the convenience of the user to locate the hotkey to the location displayed at the dispatch terminal. It should be noted that the user hotkey does not include the display name and number, that is, the user hotkey does not store the display name and number, but can read the display name and number in the address book. And the user hot key is associated with the first contact person ID of the address list through the second contact person ID and is used for acquiring the display name and/or the number in the address list. The first contact ID and the second contact ID are the same in nature, and the address book and the user hot key are associated and bound through the corresponding two IDs, so that the data in the address book can be read by the user hot key, wherein the data comprises a display name and a number.
The scheduling terminal stores at least one second hot key ID, namely the number of the second hot key IDs is one or more, and each second hot key ID corresponds to one user hot key, so that one scheduling terminal can load one or more user hot keys. The scheduling terminal loads the address book and the user hot key from the cloud server through the association of the second hot key ID and the first hot key ID of the user hot key, substantially associates the address book and the user hot key through the second hot key ID, and associates the address book through the user hot key, so that the loading is completed. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a loading interface corresponding to a user hotkey of a scheduling terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 2, the display name and number on the user hotkey are not stored in the scheduling terminal, and are obtained and displayed through the address book.
By providing a scheduling communication system in embodiment 1 of the present invention, display names and numbers are stored in a unique address book of a cloud server, and then a contact ID is associated with a scheduling terminal, so that the scheduling terminal can obtain corresponding display names and numbers in the address book, and does not need to store the display names and numbers by itself, thereby greatly simplifying maintenance work of hot key data, and being simple and easy to operate, and facilitating maintenance and management.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the cloud server is further configured to receive an information modification command, modify the display name and/or the number in the address book, and update the display name and/or the number to the scheduling terminal synchronously.
Specifically, the cloud server is further configured to receive an information modification command, modify a display name and/or a number in the address book, and update the display name and/or the number to the scheduling terminal synchronously. Generally, in a dispatch communication system, an information modification command is mainly directed to displaying a name and a number, and the modification case may be displaying the name, the number, the display name and the number. Of course, other information than these two types of information may be modified. Because the information in the address book is modified, the information acquired by the hot key of the user is correspondingly changed, so that the information loaded by the scheduling terminal is changed accordingly, synchronous updating is achieved, and repeated modification work is avoided. For example, if the display name in the address book is modified, the corresponding display name on the scheduling terminal is updated accordingly.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the scheduling terminal can load one or more user hotkeys.
Specifically, the scheduling terminal can load one or more user hotkeys, because the scheduling terminal stores at least one second hotkey ID, and each second hotkey ID corresponds to one user hotkey, so that one scheduling terminal can load one or more user hotkeys. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a scheduling terminal presenting multiple hot key interfaces of users according to the embodiment of the present invention. Just because a dispatch terminal may correspond to multiple hot keys of a user, the workload of maintaining hot key data becomes huge in a traditional hot key data storage mode, because the display name and number of the hot key of the user are bound with the display position, each dispatch terminal has own hot key data, and after the display name and number are changed, each piece of hot key data must be modified.
Referring to fig. 4, which is a flowchart illustrating a management method of a dispatch communication system according to embodiment 2 of the present invention, the method includes steps S1 to S3:
s1, the cloud server stores one address book and a plurality of user hot keys; the address book comprises a first contact person ID, a display name and a number; the user hot key comprises a second contact ID and a first hot key ID;
S2, the user hot key is associated with the first contact ID of the address book through the second contact ID, and the corresponding display name and/or number are obtained from the address book;
s3, the scheduling terminal associates the second hot key ID stored by the scheduling terminal with the first hot key ID in the user hot keys, and loads the address list and the user hot keys from the cloud server.
Specifically, the cloud server stores one address book and a plurality of user hot keys; the address book comprises a first contact person ID, a display name and a number, and can also comprise other information such as a post and a display position, and the number can be increased or decreased according to the scheduling requirement. The user hot key comprises the second contact ID and the first hot key ID, and the user hot key further comprises a display position, which is convenient for the user to position the hot key to the position displayed at the scheduling terminal. It should be noted that the user hotkey does not include the display name and number, that is, the user hotkey does not store the display name and number, but can read the display name and number in the address book.
And the user hot key is associated with the first contact person ID of the address list through the second contact person ID, and acquires the corresponding display name and/or number from the address list. The first contact ID and the second contact ID are identical in nature, and the address book and the user hot key are related and bound through the corresponding two IDs, so that the user hot key can read data in the address book, wherein the data comprise a display name and a number.
The scheduling terminal is associated with a first hot key ID in the user hot keys through a second hot key ID stored in the scheduling terminal, and loads the address list and the user hot keys from the cloud server, the address list and the user hot keys are substantially associated with the user hot keys through the second hot key ID, and the address list is associated through the user hot keys, so that loading is completed, and the purpose of obtaining display names and numbers which are not stored in the scheduling terminal is achieved, namely the display names and the numbers of the user hot keys on the scheduling terminal are just like a soft link and point to the display names and the numbers of contacts in the address list.
The embodiment 2 of the present invention provides a management method for a scheduling communication system, where a display name and a number are stored in a unique address book of a cloud server, and then a contact ID is associated with a scheduling terminal, so that the scheduling terminal can obtain the corresponding display name and number in the address book, and does not need to store the display name and number by itself, thereby greatly simplifying maintenance work of hot key data, and being simple and easy to operate, and convenient to maintain and manage.
As an improvement of the above, the method further comprises:
and when the cloud server receives an information modification command, the display name and/or the number in the address book can be modified, and the display name and/or the number can be synchronously updated to the scheduling terminal.
Specifically, when the information of the user hotkey of the scheduling terminal needs to be modified, a name or a number is particularly displayed. An information modification command may be sent to the cloud server. When the cloud server receives the information modification command, the display name and/or the number in the address list can be modified, and the display name and/or the number can be synchronously updated to the scheduling terminal. Generally, in a dispatch communication system, an information modification command is mainly directed to display a name and a number, and the modification case may be three cases of display name, number, display name and number. Of course, other information than these two types of information may be modified. Because the information in the address book is modified, the information acquired by the hot key of the user through the association of the second contact ID is correspondingly changed, so that the information loaded by the scheduling terminal through the association of the second hot key ID is changed, synchronous update is achieved, and repeated modification work is avoided. Therefore, after the maintenance personnel modify the display name and the number in the address list, the cloud server synchronizes the modification content to the dispatching desk terminal, and the dispatching desk terminal updates the display name and the number corresponding to the contact ID in the hot key data.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the scheduling terminal can load one or more hot keys of the user from the cloud server.
Specifically, the scheduling terminal can load one or more user hotkeys from the cloud server. This is because at least one second hotkey ID is stored in the configuration data of the scheduling terminal, and each second hotkey ID corresponds to one user hotkey, so that one scheduling terminal can load one or more user hotkeys.
To sum up, according to the scheduling communication system and the management method thereof provided by the embodiments of the present invention, the display name and the number are stored in the only address book of the cloud server, and then the contact ID is associated with the scheduling terminal, so that the hot key of the user on the scheduling terminal points to a certain contact in the address book.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
