Abstract
The invention discloses a protection setting processing method. Wherein, this method is applied to the block terminal, includes: acquiring a maximum current value of a feeder line of a distribution box and a long-delay minimum setting value of a feeder line switch; determining a long-delay current fixed value of a switch of the distribution box according to the maximum current value of the feeder line and the minimum long-delay setting value of the feeder line switch; acquiring load impact current of a feeder line of a distribution box; determining a short delay current fixed value of a switch of the distribution box according to the load impact current of a feeder line of the distribution box; and configuring according to the fixed value of the long delay current and the fixed value of the short delay current. The invention solves the technical problem of inaccuracy caused by the fact that other factors are not considered in determination of the ATS distribution box in the prior art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of power supply equipment protection setting, in particular to a protection setting processing method.
Background
In order to promote the standardization of the work of a 0.4 kV power distribution system of a power distribution network, standardize the setting of the fixed value of a low-voltage electronic release, further improve the reliability of power supply of the low-voltage power distribution system, ensure safe and reliable power supply of customers, correspondingly go out of the principle of protecting the fixed value of low-voltage equipment of a distribution transformer, and be widely applied to the power distribution network system. However, the principle is mainly applicable to a low-voltage main inlet, a bus coupler and a feeder of a transformer, and no principle regulation is performed on a next-stage Automatic Transfer Switching (ATS) distribution box which is arranged for supplying power to an important load. For example, in a conventional low-voltage distribution system, a low-voltage main switch, a tie switch and a feeder line constant value setting principle are adopted, the low-voltage main switch and the tie switch are provided with electronic releases at least with long-delay and short-delay protection functions, the feeder line switch is preferably provided with the electronic releases at least with long-delay and instant protection functions, but the ATS box constant value setting is not involved. Therefore, the prior art does not consider other factors in determining the ATS distribution box, resulting in inaccuracy.
In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a protection setting processing method, which at least solves the technical problem of inaccuracy caused by the fact that other factors are not considered in determination of an ATS distribution box in the prior art.
According to an aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a protection setting processing method applied to a distribution box, including: acquiring a maximum current value of a feeder line of the distribution box and a long-delay minimum setting value of a feeder line switch; determining a long-delay current fixed value of a switch of the distribution box according to the maximum current value of the feeder line and the minimum long-delay setting value of the feeder line switch; acquiring load impact current of a feeder line of the distribution box; determining a short-delay current fixed value of a switch of the distribution box according to the load impact current of a feeder line of the distribution box; and configuring according to the long delay current fixed value and the short delay current fixed value.
Optionally, the method further comprises: configuring an instantaneous protection current constant value, wherein the configured instantaneous protection current constant value is adjusted to be maximum when adjustable.
Optionally, determining the long-delay current constant value of the switch of the distribution box according to the maximum current value of the feeder line and the minimum long-delay setting value of the feeder line switch comprises: calculating a predetermined multiple of a maximum current value of the feeder line; and when the preset multiple of the maximum current value does not reach the minimum long-delay setting value of the feeder switch, setting according to the minimum long-delay setting value of the feeder switch.
Optionally, the predetermined multiple is 1.3 times.

In the embodiment of the invention, the protection setting processing method is applied to a distribution box, and the maximum current value of a feeder line of the distribution box and the minimum setting value of long delay of a feeder line switch are obtained; determining a long-delay current fixed value of a switch of the distribution box according to the maximum current value of the feeder line and the minimum long-delay setting value of the feeder line switch; acquiring load impact current of a feeder line of the distribution box; determining a short-delay current fixed value of a switch of the distribution box according to the load impact current of a feeder line of the distribution box; according to the mode of configuring the long delay current fixed value and the short delay current fixed value, the long delay current fixed value and the short delay current fixed value of the switch of the distribution box are obtained through the maximum current value of the feeder line of the distribution box, the load impact current and the long delay minimum setting value of the feeder line switch, and the purpose of configuring the long delay current fixed value and the short delay current fixed value in a standardized mode is achieved, so that the low-voltage protection fixed value standardization of the distribution box is achieved, the accuracy of the protection fixed value is improved, the technical effect of high reliability of important load power supply is achieved, and the technical problem that other factors are not considered in determining the ATS distribution box in the prior art, and accordingly inaccurate technical problems are caused is solved.

step S106, acquiring load impact current of a feeder line of the distribution box;
step S108, determining a short delay current fixed value of a switch of the distribution box according to the load impact current of a feeder line of the distribution box;
and step S110, configuring according to the fixed value of the long delay current and the fixed value of the short delay current.
Through the steps, the fixed value of the long delay current and the fixed value of the short delay current of the switch of the distribution box can be obtained through the maximum current value of the feeder line of the distribution box, the load impact current and the minimum setting value of the long delay of the switch of the feeder line, and the purpose of configuring the fixed value of the long delay current and the fixed value of the short delay current in a standardized way is achieved, so that the standardization of the low-voltage protection fixed value of the distribution box is realized, the accuracy of the protection fixed value is improved, the technical effect of high reliability of important load power supply is achieved, and the technical problem that other factors are not considered in the determination of the ATS distribution box in the prior art, and the technical.

Alternatively, when the ATS is applied to conversion of the alternating current, the voltage of the alternating current is equal to or less than a first predetermined voltage, which may be 1000V; when the ATS is applied to conversion of the direct current, the voltage of the direct current is equal to or less than a second predetermined voltage, which may be 1500V.
The SSTS can adopt a pure thyristor valve, or a composite structure of the thyristor valve and a quick switch which are connected in parallel, and can switch a power supply in a short time, thereby effectively ensuring the safety and reliability of Switching under high-quality power supply.
In the implementation process, any one of the switches can be selected as a switch of the distribution box according to the requirement.
