the ring main body comprises an outer shell, wherein a front opening is formed in the front side of the outer shell, an insulating protective interlayer is arranged on the inner side of the outer shell, a rubber spacer block is arranged in the middle of the insulating protective interlayer, an inner shell is arranged on the inner side of the insulating protective interlayer, a cabinet storage area is arranged on the inner side of the inner shell, quartz sand with extremely high insulating property is filled in a cabinet storage area space in which the ring main body is arranged on the inner side of the inner shell, the whole ring main body is covered in the cabinet storage area;
the protective sealing door is arranged in the middle of the front opening and is rotationally connected with the shell through a connecting rotating shaft, and a transparent window is arranged in the middle;
the sand leaking plate is arranged below the mounting frame, and a plurality of sand leaking holes are uniformly formed in the middle of the sand leaking plate;
the sealing opening and closing mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the shell;
the conical sand storage box is arranged below the sealing opening and closing mechanism on the lower side of the shell, a horizontal spiral conveying plate is arranged at the bottom of the conical sand storage box, and a first conveying motor is connected to the shaft end of the horizontal spiral conveying plate;
the vertical conveying pipe is arranged at the rear side of the conical sand storage box, a vertical spiral conveying plate is arranged in the middle of the vertical conveying pipe, and the shaft end of the vertical spiral conveying plate is connected with a second conveying motor;
the upper sand storage box is arranged above the shell upper side sealing opening and closing mechanism, a connecting pipe arranged through the rear side is connected with the top end of the vertical conveying pipe, an inclined sand guide plate is obliquely arranged in the middle of the vertical conveying pipe, a plurality of sand distributing openings are uniformly distributed in the middle of the inclined sand guide plate, and a sand leaking grid is arranged below the inclined sand guide plate.
In some alternative embodiments, the front opening is sized to fit the protective sealing door.
In some optional embodiments, the sealing opening and closing mechanism comprises sealing baffles, the sealing baffles are symmetrically arranged in the sliding groove with respect to a vertical center line of the shell, a driving rack is arranged on the outer side of each sealing baffle, a driving gear is meshed with the rear side of the driving rack, and a driving motor is connected to the shaft end of the driving gear.
In some optional embodiments, the sealing baffle is slidably connected with the housing through the sliding groove, and the upper surface of the sealing baffle is located on the same horizontal plane.
In some optional embodiments, the driving racks are symmetrical with respect to a horizontal center line of the sealing baffle, and the driving racks and the driving gear are meshed with each other to form a driving structure.
In some optional embodiments, the upper surface of the sealing baffle and the lower surface of the sand leaking plate are mutually attached, and the sealing baffle and the sand leaking plate are matched in size.
In some alternative embodiments, the vertical center line of the vertical conveying pipe and the vertical center line of the vertical conveying plate are positioned on the same straight line, and the vertical conveying pipe and the vertical conveying plate are identical in size.
In some optional embodiments, the width of the sand separating port gradually increases along the inclined direction of the inclined sand guide plate.
In some optional embodiments, the upper surface of the sealing baffle plate and the lower surface of the sand leaking grid are mutually attached, and the sealing baffle plate and the sand leaking grid are matched in size.
In some optional embodiments, a rain shielding top cover is arranged above the upper sand storage box.
From the above, the solid insulation type vacuum ring main unit housing provided by the invention has the advantages that the double-layer housing is arranged, so that the hollow insulating protective interlayer is formed, the insulating protective interlayer can be vacuumized, the insulating protective performance is improved, meanwhile, quartz sand with extremely strong insulating performance is filled in the cabinet storage area space with the ring main unit arranged on the inner side, the whole ring main unit can be covered in the cabinet storage area space, so that the solid flow state insulating protective layer is formed, the insulating protective capability of the ring main unit is enhanced, meanwhile, the quartz sand circulation filling structures are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the housing, the quartz sand can be emptied and refilled, the ring main unit can be operated conveniently, and the use is safer.
