Abstract

The longitudinal mechanism comprises a longitudinal driving motor, a longitudinal supporting seat and a longitudinal guide rail, the longitudinal driving motor and the longitudinal supporting seat are installed on the longitudinal guide rail, the longitudinal driving motor drives the longitudinal supporting seat to longitudinally move on the longitudinal guide rail, and the transverse mechanism is fixed on the longitudinal supporting seat.
The transverse mechanism comprises a transverse driving motor, a transverse supporting seat and a transverse guide rail, the transverse driving motor and the transverse supporting seat are installed on the transverse guide rail, and the transverse driving motor drives the transverse supporting seat to move on the transverse guide rail. An optical detection instrument is fixed on the transverse supporting seat, and the transverse driving motor drives the optical detection instrument to transversely move on the transverse guide rail.
The driving module comprises a motor and a tray guide rail, and the motor drives the tray base to move on the tray guide rail. The immunochromatography detection module further comprises a monitoring device, and the monitoring device is used for monitoring the position change of the multi-channel reagent card.
Specifically, the monitoring method may be an image monitoring method, an infrared monitoring method, a position monitoring method, or a two-dimensional code scanning method.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the full-automatic optical detection module is adopted to perform optical detection on the multi-channel reagent card, and the tray unit is adopted to clamp and fix the multi-channel reagent cards with different widths. The optical detection device solves the defects that the existing optical detection device for the multi-channel reagent card is not intelligent, low in efficiency and precision, cannot clamp and fix the multi-channel reagent cards with different widths, and detection results are easy to make mistakes.

When the five-channel reagent card 10 is detected to enter the optical detection module 8, the optical detection instrument 5 starts detection.
In the detection process, a longitudinal screw motor 7 on a longitudinal mechanism of an optical detection module 8 is firstly driven to adjust the length of a longitudinal screw 12 to control the optical detection instrument 5 to move longitudinally along a longitudinal guide rail 13, so that the optical detection instrument 5 reaches a detection area of a five-channel reagent card 10, then a transverse screw driving motor 4 is driven to adjust the length of a transverse screw 15 to drive the optical detection instrument 5 to move transversely on a transverse guide rail 14, finally, the optical detection instrument 5 reaches the position above one channel of the five-channel reagent card 10 to be detected, and after the detection is finished, the optical detection instrument 10 is sequentially adjusted to move transversely to detect the rest channels.

3. The immunochromatographic detection module of claim 1, wherein the optical detection module comprises a longitudinal mechanism, a transverse mechanism and an optical detection unit;
the transverse mechanism is arranged on the longitudinal mechanism, and the optical detection unit is arranged on the transverse mechanism;
the longitudinal mechanism drives the transverse mechanism to move in the longitudinal direction, and the transverse mechanism drives the optical detection unit to move in the transverse direction.

The immunochromatographic detection module of claim 3, wherein the longitudinal mechanism comprises a longitudinal driving motor, a longitudinal support, and a longitudinal guide, the longitudinal driving motor and the longitudinal support are mounted on the longitudinal guide, the longitudinal driving motor drives the longitudinal support to move longitudinally on the longitudinal guide, and the longitudinal support fixes the transverse mechanism thereon.

7. The immunochromatographic detection module of claim 2, wherein the driving module comprises a tray base which is mounted on the lower portion of the tray unit to fix the tray unit.
8. The immunochromatographic detection module of claim 7, wherein the drive module comprises a motor and a tray guide, the motor driving the tray base to move on the tray guide.
9. The immunochromatographic detection module of claim 2, comprising a monitoring device mounted on the optical detection module, the monitoring device being used to monitor whether the multi-channel reagent card is placed in the tray unit.
