The invention discloses UV ink cleaning agent car washing water which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of efficient emulsifier, 1-3 parts of bactericide, 20-23 parts of surfactant, 10-15 parts of FT1379 low-foam emulsifier, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent, 110 parts of E1303 emulsifier and 38-42 parts of secondary water. Also discloses a preparation method of the UV ink cleaning agent car washing water, which comprises the following steps; the method comprises the following steps: adding secondary water and a high-efficiency emulsifier into the reaction tank according to the formula proportion; continuously stirring until the two are completely mixed, adding a surfactant into the reaction tank, and stirring for 10-15 min; step three, adding an FT1379 low-foaming emulsifier and an E1303 emulsifier into the reaction tank, and stirring for 5-8 min; and step four, adding the bactericide and the defoaming agent into the reaction tank, and continuously stirring for 15-18min to obtain the UV ink cleaning agent car washing water. The environment-friendly UV ink cleaning agent obtained by the invention has the advantages of high flash point, less volatilization, difficult combustion and explosion, extremely low emission of volatile organic compounds and extremely low environmental pollution.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of car washing water, in particular to UV ink cleaning agent car washing water and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The UV car washing water is suitable for washing flat offset printing, rotary and other vehicle types, and has the advantages of fast washing effect, corrosion of rubber rollers and no expansion and contraction of the rubber rollers. In recent years, more and more UV water-based cleaning agents (UV is commonly called car washing water) are applied, but most enterprises still use gasoline or toxic organic matters with high volatility and high solubility to clean rubber rollers, and the UV car washing water has many advantages but cannot be accepted by many printing factories.

Preferably, the bactericide is any one or combination of lime sulfur, copper hydroxide, sodium diformate, ziram and DT bactericide.
Preferably, the defoaming agent is any one or combination of polydimethylsiloxane, polyether modified organic silicon, polyether defoaming agent and polysiloxane defoaming agent.
Preferably, the surfactant is any one or combination of stearic acid, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, lecithin and fatty glyceride.
A preparation method of UV ink cleaning agent car washing water comprises the following steps;
the method comprises the following steps: adding secondary water and a high-efficiency emulsifier into the reaction tank according to the formula proportion;
continuously stirring until the two are completely mixed, adding a surfactant into the reaction tank, and stirring for 10-15 min;
step three, adding an FT1379 low-foaming emulsifier and an E1303 emulsifier into the reaction tank, and stirring for 5-8 min;
and step four, adding a bactericide and a defoaming agent into the reaction tank, and continuously stirring for 15-18min to obtain the UV ink cleaning agent car washing water.
Preferably, in the first step, the temperature in the reaction tank is 40-55 ℃.
Preferably, in the second step, the reaction tank is raised by 3 degrees every 1 minute until the temperature is raised to 70-80 degrees, and then the temperature is maintained.
The UV ink cleaning agent car washing water and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that: the environment-friendly UV ink cleaning agent disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high flash point, less volatilization, no flammability and explosion, extremely low emission of volatile organic compounds, extremely low environmental pollution, difficult degradation and oxidation of a solvent into acid, aldehyde and ketone to corrode an ink roller and a rubber cloth, difficult expansion and deformation of the ink roller, great social benefit and economic benefit in the fields of UV ink cleaning, cleaning of printing plates for UV ink and the like, and contribution to the healthy development of the printing industry towards the green and environment-friendly directions.

the method comprises the following steps: adding secondary water and a high-efficiency emulsifier into a reaction tank according to the formula proportion, wherein the temperature in the reaction tank is 45 ℃;
continuously stirring until the two are completely mixed, adding a surfactant into the reaction tank, stirring for 10min, raising the temperature of the reaction tank to 75 ℃ every 1 min, and then preserving the heat;
step three, adding an FT1379 low-foaming emulsifier and an E1303 emulsifier into the reaction tank, and stirring for 5 min;
and step four, adding a bactericide and a defoaming agent into the reaction tank, and continuously stirring for 15min to obtain the UV ink cleaning agent car washing water.
Embodiment 2, the present invention provides a technical solution: the UV ink cleaning agent car washing water is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 22 parts of efficient emulsifier, 2 parts of bactericide, 21 parts of surfactant, 12 parts of FT1379 low-foam emulsifier, 3 parts of defoaming agent, 105 parts of E1303 emulsifier and 40 parts of secondary water;
the bactericide is three combinations of lime sulfur, thiram and DT bactericide;
the defoaming agent is a combination of two groups of polyether defoaming agent and polysiloxane defoaming agent;
the surfactant is three combinations of stearic acid, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and lecithin.
Also discloses a preparation method of the UV ink cleaning agent car washing water, which comprises the following steps;
the method comprises the following steps: adding secondary water and a high-efficiency emulsifier into a reaction tank according to the formula proportion, wherein the temperature in the reaction tank is 42 ℃;
step two, continuously stirring until the two are completely mixed, adding a surfactant into the reaction tank, stirring for 12min, raising the temperature of the reaction tank by 3 ℃ every 1 minute until the temperature is raised to 76 ℃, and then preserving the heat;
step three, adding an FT1379 low-foaming emulsifier and an E1303 emulsifier into the reaction tank, and stirring for 7 min;
and step four, adding a bactericide and a defoaming agent into the reaction tank, and continuously stirring for 16min to obtain the UV ink cleaning agent car washing water.
