Technical Field
The invention relates to a sealing assembly and a diaphragm pump, in particular to an anti-backflow sealing assembly and a diaphragm pump.
Background
Diaphragm water pumps are widely used in the market for industrial products such as drinking water dispensers, coffee machines, water purifiers, air purifiers, mobile bathing machines, tea brewing machines, water circulation equipment, particularly in the field of drinking water, and the like. The body type is small, the variety is various, the performance requirement difference is large, and the like.
The miniature diaphragm water pump on the current market has obvious shortcomings due to structural factors:
(1) the water outlet backflow-preventing membrane is an integral body, if the membrane is not forcibly compressed and divided by a structure, each piston cavity can interfere with each other when water enters and exits, and when one cavity performs water exiting motion, the cavity beside the piston cavity performs water absorbing motion, so that backflow can be generated, the water yield is reduced, and the working efficiency is greatly reduced; however, if the structure is forcibly used for compressing and dividing, the water outlet resistance is increased, the water outlet quantity is reduced, and the working efficiency is also reduced.
(2) And the diaphragm pump which can reach large flow (more than or equal to 700ml/min) in the current market is used for compressing the anti-backflow diaphragm of the water outlet and preventing the diaphragm from being flushed by water flow; the existing diaphragm pump requires the interference assembly of an anti-backflow diaphragm and a sealing cover, and the sealing cover is adopted to compress the diaphragm; ultrasonic welding is to transmit high-frequency vibration waves to the surfaces of two objects to be welded, and the surfaces of the two objects are mutually rubbed under the condition of pressurization to form fusion between molecular layers; if the sealing cover and the valve seat are connected in the conventional diaphragm pump by ultrasonic welding and the interference fit of the diaphragm and the sealing cover is required to be ensured, the diaphragm can be damaged by the high-frequency vibration of the ultrasonic welding; therefore, the ultrasonic welding process cannot be applied to the diaphragm pump with the independent water-outlet anti-backflow diaphragm, and the sealing cover of the conventional diaphragm pump needs to be in the form of a sealing ring, so that the cost is increased, and the requirement on the manufacturing process is high.
Thus, there is a need to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the first objective of the present invention is to provide a backflow-preventing sealing assembly that can prevent backflow and increase water output for each water outlet.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a diaphragm pump based on the backflow prevention seal assembly.
The technical scheme is as follows: in order to achieve the above purpose, the invention discloses an anti-backflow sealing assembly, which comprises a valve seat, a sealing cover, a multi-flap membrane and a water inlet valve plate, wherein the valve seat is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet which are uniformly distributed and in one-to-one correspondence, the sealing cover is fixedly connected with the valve seat and is provided with a water inlet hole and a water outlet hole which are corresponding, the multi-flap membrane is arranged on the valve seat in a penetrating mode and is used for independently sealing each water outlet, and the water inlet.
The sealing cover and the valve seat are fixed by ultrasonic welding.
Preferably, the multi-petal diaphragm comprises a diaphragm rod arranged on the valve seat in a penetrating manner and a plurality of independent diaphragms uniformly distributed at one end of the diaphragm rod, and a diaphragm clearance groove is reserved between every two adjacent diaphragms.
Moreover, the membrane rod is provided with a convex ring, and a water outlet of the valve seat is provided with a through hole step which is matched with the convex ring to realize the stop of the membrane in the vertical direction.
Furthermore, the valve seat is provided with a convex rib which is matched with the valve gap groove to realize the stop of the rotation direction of the diaphragm.
The invention relates to a diaphragm pump based on an anti-backflow sealing assembly, which comprises the anti-backflow sealing assembly, a piston assembly and a driving assembly, wherein the anti-backflow sealing assembly, the piston assembly and the driving assembly are sequentially connected through assembling bolts, the piston assembly can realize water inlet and water discharge through compressible stretching movement, and the driving assembly is used for driving the piston assembly to move.
The piston assembly comprises a piston support, porous pistons, a multi-fork turntable and a turntable shaft, wherein the porous pistons are arranged on the piston support, piston holes and piston pins correspond to the water inlets in number one by one, the multi-fork turntable is connected with the piston pins of the porous pistons, and the turntable shaft penetrates through the multi-fork turntable.
Preferably, the driving assembly comprises a base, a motor fixed on the base and an eccentric wheel connected with an output shaft of the motor, the eccentric wheel is connected with the turntable shaft, the motor is started to drive the eccentric wheel to rotate, and the turntable shaft and the multi-fork turntable drive the porous piston to reciprocate vertically to realize piston compression and stretching.
Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages:
firstly, each valve of the multi-valve type diaphragm is mutually independent, each valve corresponds to a water outlet of one cavity, three water outlets are not influenced mutually, one cavity is used for draining water, the other two cavities can normally absorb water, and the other two cavities can be completely sealed because the valves of the multi-valve type diaphragm are mutually independent, so that a part of water drained from the cavity can be prevented from flowing back to the other two cavities, the due water yield of the multi-valve type diaphragm is greatly improved, and the working efficiency of the diaphragm pump is improved; in addition, the change of the fixing mode of the multi-flap type diaphragm in the invention enables the ultrasonic welding process to be applied to the connecting structure of the sealing cover and the valve seat, thereby saving a sealing ring, reducing the cost and filling the blank that the prior large-flow water pump cannot use ultrasonic welding.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the attached drawings.
As shown in figure 1, the diaphragm pump comprises a backflow prevention sealing assembly, a piston assembly, a driving assembly and an assembling bolt 5, wherein the backflow prevention sealing assembly, the piston assembly and the driving assembly are sequentially assembled and connected through the assembling bolt 5 to form the diaphragm pump.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the anti-backflow sealing assembly comprises a valve seat 1, a sealing cover 2, a multi-petal diaphragm 3 and a water inlet valve 4, as shown in fig. 5, the valve seat 1 is provided with a water inlet 101 and a water outlet 102 which are uniformly distributed and correspond to each other one by one, and an inner cavity for storing water is arranged in the valve seat 1; wherein the number of the water inlets 101 and the water outlets 102 is 3 respectively. As shown in fig. 7, the sealing cover 2 is fixedly connected with the valve seat 1 by ultrasonic welding, wherein a is an ultrasonic welding position. The sealing cover 2 is provided with a corresponding water inlet 201 and a corresponding water outlet 202, the number of the water inlet 201 and the number of the water outlet 202 are respectively 1, the water inlet 201 and the water outlet 202 are both distributed above the sealing cover 2, the water inlet 201 is distributed in the edge area, and the water outlet 202 is arranged in the center. The multi-flap type membrane 3 is arranged on the valve seat 1 in a penetrating way and can be used for independently sealing each water outlet 102; as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the multi-petal diaphragm 3 includes a diaphragm rod 301 penetrating the valve seat 1 and a plurality of mutually independent diaphragms 302 uniformly distributed at one end of the diaphragm rod, and a diaphragm clearance groove 303 is reserved between adjacent diaphragms; the membrane rod 301 is provided with a convex ring 304, and the water outlet 102 of the valve seat 1 is provided with a through hole step 103 which is matched with the convex ring to realize the stop of the membrane in the vertical direction; the valve seat 1 is provided with a rib 104 which is matched with the valve gap groove 303 to realize the stop of the rotation direction of the diaphragm. The water inlet valve plate 4 penetrates through each water inlet 101 of the valve seat 1, and the water inlet valve plate 4 plays a role of a one-way valve to prevent water from flowing out of the water inlets when the piston is compressed.
The piston assembly comprises a piston support 6, a porous piston 7, a multi-fork rotary table 8 and a rotary table shaft 9, wherein the porous piston 7 is arranged on the piston support 6, the porous piston 7 is provided with a plurality of piston holes which are uniformly distributed and piston pins with corresponding number, and the number of the piston holes and the number of the piston pins are respectively 3. A plurality of connecting holes are uniformly distributed on the multi-fork turntable, the number of the connecting holes is 3, and each piston pin of the porous piston 7 correspondingly penetrates through each connecting hole of the multi-fork turntable; the turntable shaft 9 is fixedly connected with the multi-fork turntable 8, and the turntable shaft and the multi-fork turntable can be molded into a whole.
The driving assembly comprises a base 10, a motor 11 fixed on the base through a bolt 13 and an eccentric wheel 12 connected with an output shaft of the motor, wherein the eccentric wheel 12 is connected with a turntable shaft 9, the motor 11 starts to drive the eccentric wheel 12 to rotate, and the turntable shaft 9 and a multi-fork turntable 8 drive a porous piston 7 to reciprocate vertically to realize piston compression and stretching; the motor of the invention drives the eccentric wheel to do reciprocating motion in a circulating way, the eccentric wheel drives the multi-fork turntable to do reciprocating motion in a Z direction, the multi-fork turntable drives the porous piston to do circulating compression motion in the Z direction, and the action of water absorption and water discharge is continuously carried out in the cavity compression motion.
When a motor is electrified to work, the eccentric wheel is driven to do reciprocating motion in a circulating way, the eccentric wheel drives the multi-fork turntable to do reciprocating motion in a Z direction, the multi-fork turntable drives the porous piston to do Z-direction cyclic compression motion, the porous piston performs water absorption action, the water inlet valve plate is opened, water is absorbed into a piston cavity of the porous piston from the water inlet hole, the eccentric wheel continues rotating, the porous piston cavity is compressed, one diaphragm of the multi-diaphragm type diaphragm is opened, the water is pressed into the water outlet cavity from the porous piston cavity and then is discharged from the water outlet hole; because each valve of the multi-valve diaphragm is independent, each valve corresponds to the water outlet of one cavity, three water outlets are not influenced mutually, one cavity is used for draining water, the other two cavities can normally absorb water, because the valves of the multi-valve diaphragm are independent, water flowing from one water outlet to the upper surface of the multi-valve diaphragm can further compress the other two valves of the multi-valve diaphragm, so that the other two cavities which absorb water are more completely sealed, thereby avoiding that part of water drained from the cavity flows back into the other two cavities, greatly improving the due water yield of the multi-valve diaphragm and improving the working efficiency of the diaphragm pump; in addition, the change of the fixing mode of the multi-flap type diaphragm in the invention enables the ultrasonic welding process to be applied to the connecting structure of the sealing cover and the valve seat, thereby saving a sealing ring, reducing the cost and filling the blank that the prior large-flow water pump cannot use ultrasonic welding.
