Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic door opening and closing device of a refrigerator and the refrigerator based on the same, and relates to the technical field of refrigerator devices. The invention comprises a gear box, a push rod, a connecting rod, a driving device and a speed reducer device; the gear box comprises a gear box body and a gear box cover which are fixed by screws and matched with each other; the driving device, the speed reducer device and the connecting rod are arranged in the gear box body in a mutually matched mode; the push rod is hinged with the connecting rod. The automatic opening and closing door of the refrigerator designed by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, simple installation process and large torque, and the automatic opening and closing of the refrigerator door body can be realized by using a single module.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of refrigerator devices, and particularly relates to an automatic door opening and closing device of a refrigerator and the refrigerator based on the same.
Background
In the current market, most of refrigerators still open and close the door in a manual mode, and when a user holds articles by hands, the operation is very inconvenient. Some household electrical appliances manufacturers have released refrigerators that can be opened semi-automatically by touch, human body induction, voice, key and other modes, but the doors of these refrigerators cannot be opened to a required angle automatically, and have no automatic door closing function, so that the user experience is not good. The existing automatic door opening and closing scheme is mostly used in a multi-module matching mode, the cost is expensive, and the wide application is difficult to achieve.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the present invention relates to an automatic door opening and closing device for a refrigerator, which comprises a gear box 41, a push rod 42, a connecting rod 43, a driving device 44 and a decelerator device; the gear box 41 comprises a gear box body 411 and a gear box cover 412 which are fixed through screws and matched with each other; the driving device 44, the speed reducer device and the connecting rod 43 are all arranged in the gear box body 411 in a matched mode; the push rod 42 is hinged to the link 43.
Wherein, the driving device 44 is arranged in a motor groove of the gearbox body 411; the end of the driving device 44 is provided with a motor shaft 441, and the motor shaft 441 is sleeved with a worm 451.
The reducer device comprises a first gear 453 and a second gear 454 which are meshed with each other, the reducer device further comprises a worm wheel 452 meshed with the second gear 454, and the worm wheel 452 is in transmission connection with the worm 451; the first gear 453, the second gear 454 and the worm gear 452 are all mounted in the gear case 411 through a gear shaft 46; a shaft hole D4113 for mounting the gear shaft 46 is formed in the gear box body 411.
A guide rail 4111 is arranged in the gear box body 411, and the guide rail 4111 penetrates through the gear box body 411 and extends to the outside of the gear box body 411; screw holes 4112 are respectively arranged at two ends of the guide rail 4111; a rack structure 421 is arranged on one side surface of the push rod 42, and a sliding block 422 which can be in sliding fit along the guide rail 4111 is arranged on the bottom side surface of the push rod 42; the end of the push rod 42 is further provided with a shaft hole a423, and the rack gear 421 is engaged with the first gear 453.

When the door is opened, the driving device 44 rotates forwards, the speed is reduced by the speed reducer, the circular motion of the motor is converted into the linear motion of the push rod 42 through the gear rack, the push rod 42 moves forwards, the thrust of the push rod 42 is transmitted to the door body 2 through the connecting rod 43 and is converted into the circular motion of the door body 2, and the door body 2 is driven to be opened automatically.
When the door is closed, the driving device 44 rotates reversely, the speed is reduced by the speed reducer, the circular motion of the motor is converted into the linear motion of the push rod 42 through the gear rack, the push rod 42 moves backwards, the pulling force of the push rod 42 is transmitted to the door body 2 through the connecting rod 43, the circular motion of the door body 2 is converted, and the door body 2 is driven to be closed automatically.
The invention realizes the automatic opening and closing of the door body 2 by utilizing the principle of a crank slider mechanism.
