The injection molding processing method has the advantages of high production speed, high efficiency, automation of operation, various colors, accurate product size, easy replacement of products and capability of forming workpieces with complex shapes, and the shapes of the products can be changed from simple to complex and the sizes of the products can be changed from large to small; the injection moulding of the white cap 1 operates as follows: firstly, melting PE material at the injection temperature of 180-280 ℃ by using an injection molding machine, and then carrying out extrusion molding by using an injection mold (the mold temperature is between 20-60 ℃) under the conditions of the injection pressure of 65 +/-15 MPa, the injection time of 3s +/-2 s, the injection pressure holding pressure of 35 +/-15 MPa, the pressure holding time of 1.5 +/-2 s and the cooling time of 14 +/-2 s.
Further, the inner plug 6 of the present embodiment is injection molded from Polyethylene (PE) material. The injection molding processing method has the advantages of high production speed, high efficiency, automation of operation, various colors, accurate product size, easy replacement of products and capability of forming workpieces with complex shapes, and the shapes of the products can be changed from simple to complex and the sizes of the products can be changed from large to small; the operation of injection moulding of the inner plug 6 is as follows: firstly, melting PE material at the injection temperature of 180-280 ℃ by using an injection molding machine, and then carrying out extrusion molding by using an injection mold (the mold temperature is between 20 and 60 ℃) under the conditions of the injection pressure of 85 +/-15 MPa, the injection time of 3s +/-2 s, the injection pressure holding pressure of 40 +/-15 MPa, the pressure holding time of 2 +/-2 s and the cooling time of 9 +/-2 s.
Further, the bottle mouth 2 and the warning label 3 of the present embodiment are injection molded from Polycarbonate (PC) material. The injection molding processing method has the advantages of high production speed, high efficiency, automation of operation, various colors, accurate product size, easy replacement of products and capability of forming workpieces with complex shapes, and the shapes of the products can be changed from simple to complex and the sizes of the products can be changed from large to small; the operation of injection molding of the bottle mouth 2 and the warning label 3 is as follows: firstly, the PC material needs to be dried in advance, and the drying conditions are as follows: drying at the temperature of 100-120 ℃ for 7 hours, melting at the injection temperature of 280-310 ℃ by using an injection molding machine, and performing extrusion molding by using an injection mold (the mold temperature is between 80 and 110 ℃) under the conditions of the injection pressure of 100 +/-15 MPa, the injection time of 1.8s +/-2 s, the injection pressure maintaining pressure of 60 +/-15 MPa, the pressure maintaining time of 2.5 +/-2 s and the cooling time of 8 +/-2 s.
Furthermore, after the white cap 1, the bottle mouth 2, the warning label 3 and the inner plug 6 are injection molded, the white cap, the bottle mouth 2, the warning label 3 and the inner plug 6 are subjected to UV surface treatment, and then are assembled after the surface treatment. The UV surface treatment is carried out, so that the environment is protected, and the fading or discoloration of the ink caused by ultraviolet rays under sunlight can be delayed.
An assembly process method of an anti-counterfeiting anti-theft bottle cap assembly structure specifically comprises the following operations:
(1) warning mark 3 and the assembly of interior stopper 6, automatic assembly machine assembly, warning mark 3 upper and lower two parts all are interference fit with the circular port 8 of interior stopper 6 bottom, and warning mark 3 middle part is clearance fit with the circular port 8 of interior stopper 6 bottom.
(2) The inner plug 6 is assembled with the bottle mouth 2, the automatic assembly machine is assembled, and the fixed part of the inner plug 6 is fixedly assembled with the bottle mouth 2 and is in interference fit with the bottle mouth 2; the middle part of the inner plug 6 is sleeved with a sealing ring to press the wine bottle mouth to play a sealing role, the plug part of the inner plug 6 is plugged into the bottle mouth, and the plug part of the inner plug 6 is in interference fit with the inside of the bottle mouth.
(3) The bottle neck 2 is assembled with the white cap 1, the automatic assembly machine is assembled, external threads at the upper end of the periphery of the bottle neck 2 are in threaded fit with internal threads on the inner wall of the white cap 1, and a round hole formed in the center of the middle part of the bottle neck is in clearance fit with the round column 4.
(4) The white cover 1 is assembled with the warning mark 3, the automatic assembly machine is assembled, and the circular column 4 is in interference fit with the cylindrical hole formed in the top surface of the conical boss 5.
