Abstract
The invention discloses an axial adjusting mechanism of a printing machine, which is used for axial registration of a printing plate cylinder and comprises an axial adjusting motor, an external thread sleeve and an internal thread sleeve. The axial adjusting motor and the printing plate cylinder are coaxially arranged on the outer side surface of the gear box, and a rotating shaft of the axial adjusting motor is connected with a guide mandrel; the gear box is arranged on the outer side surface of a driving side wall plate of the printing machine, and a driving gear connected with a rotating shaft of a roller driving motor and a transmission gear which is meshed with the driving gear and sleeved on a driving side shaft head of the plate roller are arranged in the gear box; the external thread sleeve is sleeved on the guide mandrel through a key, and a front end flange of the external thread sleeve is connected with a drive side shaft head of the printing plate cylinder; the internal thread sleeve is in threaded connection with the external thread sleeve, and the front end of the internal thread sleeve is in flange connection with the outer side face of the gear box. The axial adjusting mechanism of the printing machine can more accurately and flexibly realize the axial registration of the plate cylinder.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an axial adjusting mechanism of a printing machine.
Background
The flexographic printing machine has the advantages of simple machine structure, strong material adaptability, small imprinting force, low printing cost, high printing speed, good quality, environmental protection and the like. Before the printing machine starts to print, the PS plate required by the manufactured printing is firstly installed on the plate cylinder of each color group, and then the circumferential and axial adjustment of the plate cylinder of each color group is carried out through the circumferential and axial adjustment mechanism of the plate cylinder of the printing machine which is provided with automatic control, so that the printing overprinting precision of the plate cylinder between each color group can meet the requirement of products. The axial adjustment mechanism on the plate cylinder is the mechanism that can achieve and satisfy this function. Most of existing axial adjusting mechanisms use worm gears and worms for adjustment, the pulling center of the worm gear and the central line of the roller often have certain eccentric amount, and although the mechanism can complete adjusting action, the mechanism cannot do nothing to fine adjustment and high-stability working environment and cannot meet the requirement of axial adjustment under all conditions.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide an axial adjustment mechanism for a printing press which allows a more precise and flexible axial register of the plate cylinder.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: an axial adjusting mechanism of a printing machine is used for axial registration of a plate cylinder, and a driving side shaft head of the plate cylinder is connected with a cylinder driving motor through a set of transmission mechanism; the transmission mechanism comprises a driving gear connected to a rotating shaft of the roller driving motor and a transmission gear meshed with the driving gear and sleeved on a driving side shaft head of the plate roller, the driving gear and the transmission gear are both arranged in a gear box, and the gear box is arranged on the outer side surface of a driving side wall plate of the printing machine; the axial adjusting mechanism comprises an axial adjusting motor, an external thread sleeve and an internal thread sleeve; wherein,
the axial adjusting motor and the printing plate cylinder are coaxially arranged on the outer side surface of the gear box, and a rotating shaft of the axial adjusting motor is connected with a guide mandrel;
the external thread sleeve is sleeved on the guide mandrel through a key, and a front end flange of the external thread sleeve is connected with a shaft head at the driving side of the printing plate cylinder;
the internal thread sleeve is in threaded connection with the external thread sleeve, and the front end of the internal thread sleeve is in flange connection with the outer side face of the gear box.
In the above axial adjusting mechanism of the printing press, a rotating shaft of the axial adjusting motor is connected to the guide core shaft through a coupling.
In the axial adjusting mechanism of the printing press, the shaft head at the driving side of the plate cylinder is further provided with a bearing at the rear end of the transmission gear, and the bearing is arranged in the bearing seat; and a front end flange of the external thread sleeve is connected with a drive side shaft head of the plate cylinder through the bearing seat.
In the axial adjusting mechanism of the printing machine, the rear end of the internal thread sleeve is further connected with a limiting seat which is sleeved on the guide core shaft in a sliding manner.
In the axial adjustment mechanism of the printing press, the axial adjustment motor is mounted on the outer side surface of the gear box through a support.
The axial adjusting mechanism of the printing machine has the following characteristics:
1. the stability is higher, and the precision is higher;
2. the operation is more flexible, the operation is easy, and the labor is saved;
3. the reaction speed is faster, the waste of test printing in the use process is less, and the cost is saved.

The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the axial adjusting mechanism of the printing press according to the present invention is used for the axial registration of a plate cylinder 1, and a driving side shaft head of the plate cylinder 1 is connected to a cylinder driving motor 10 through a set of transmission mechanism; the transmission mechanism comprises a driving gear 11 connected to a rotating shaft of the cylinder driving motor 10 and a transmission gear 12 meshed with the driving gear 11 and sleeved on a shaft head of a driving side of the plate cylinder 1, wherein the driving gear 11 and the transmission gear 12 are both arranged in a gear box 13, and the gear box 13 is arranged on the outer side surface of a driving side wall plate of the printing machine; the drive side stub shaft of the plate cylinder 1 is also fitted with a bearing 14 at the rear end of the drive gear 12, the bearing 14 being fitted within a bearing housing 15.
The axial adjusting mechanism of the printing machine comprises an axial adjusting motor 20, a guide mandrel 22, an external thread sleeve 23, an internal thread sleeve 24 and a limiting seat 25; wherein,
the axial adjustment motor 20 is mounted on the outer side of the gear box 13 coaxially with the plate cylinder 1 by means of a support 26;
the rear end of the guiding mandrel 22 is connected with the rotating shaft of the axial adjusting motor 20 through a coupling 21;
an external thread sleeve 23 is sleeved on the guide mandrel 22 through a key, and a front end flange of the external thread sleeve 23 is connected with a bearing seat 15 on a driving side shaft head of the plate cylinder 1;
the internal thread sleeve 24 is connected to the external thread sleeve 23 in a threaded manner, and the front end flange of the internal thread sleeve 24 is fixed on the outer side face of the gear box 13;
the limiting seat 25 is slid on the guide mandrel 22 and connected to the rear end of the internal thread sleeve 24.
The working principle of the axial adjusting mechanism of the printing machine is as follows: the axial adjusting motor 20 is provided with a guide mandrel 22 to rotate, because the external thread sleeve 23 is sleeved on the guide mandrel 22 through a key, the external thread sleeve 23 can not do circumferential motion relative to the guide mandrel 22 and can only do axial motion, therefore, the external thread sleeve 23 also synchronously rotates along with the guide mandrel 22, the internal thread sleeve 24 is in threaded connection with the external thread sleeve 23, and the internal thread sleeve 24 is fixed on the gear box 13 and can not rotate, therefore, the external thread sleeve 23 can do axial motion along the guide mandrel 22 while rotating, the axial motion of the external thread sleeve 23 drives the bearing seat 15 and the bearing 14 in the bearing seat 15 to do axial motion together, the motion of the bearing 14 drives the plate cylinder 1 to move, and the purpose of axial registration of the plate cylinder 1 is realized. During the movement of the external thread bushing 23, the guiding mandrel 22 ensures that the direction of movement of the external thread bushing 23 does not deviate. The limiting seat 25 connected with the rear end of the internal thread sleeve 24 plays a role in limiting the movement of the external thread sleeve 23, and ensures that the movement of the plate cylinder 1 cannot exceed the range.

1. An axial adjusting mechanism of a printing machine is used for axial registration of a plate cylinder, and a driving side shaft head of the plate cylinder is connected with a cylinder driving motor through a set of transmission mechanism; the transmission mechanism comprises a driving gear connected to a rotating shaft of the roller driving motor and a transmission gear meshed with the driving gear and sleeved on a driving side shaft head of the plate roller, the driving gear and the transmission gear are both arranged in a gear box, and the gear box is arranged on the outer side surface of a driving side wall plate of the printing machine; the axial adjusting mechanism is characterized by comprising an axial adjusting motor, an external thread sleeve and an internal thread sleeve;
the axial adjusting motor and the printing plate cylinder are coaxially arranged on the outer side surface of the gear box, and a rotating shaft of the axial adjusting motor is connected with a guide mandrel;
the external thread sleeve is sleeved on the guide mandrel through a key, and a front end flange of the external thread sleeve is connected with a shaft head at the driving side of the printing plate cylinder;
the internal thread sleeve is in threaded connection with the external thread sleeve, and the front end of the internal thread sleeve is in flange connection with the outer side face of the gear box.
2. The axial adjustment mechanism of a printing press as set forth in claim 1, wherein a rotating shaft of said axial adjustment motor is connected to said guide spindle through a coupling.
3. The axial adjustment mechanism of a printing press according to claim 1, wherein the drive-side stub shaft of the plate cylinder is further provided with a bearing at the rear end of the transmission gear, the bearing being mounted in a bearing housing; and a front end flange of the external thread sleeve is connected with a drive side shaft head of the plate cylinder through the bearing seat.
4. The axial adjustment mechanism of a printing machine according to claim 1, wherein the rear end of the internal thread sleeve is further connected with a limiting seat which is slid on the guide mandrel.
5. The axial adjustment mechanism of a printing press as recited in claim 1, wherein the axial adjustment motor is mounted on an outer side surface of the gear case through a support.
