Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks or deficiencies in the prior art, it would be desirable to provide a 2M head operating tool.
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
the invention provides an operating tool of a 2M head, which is characterized by comprising a connecting device, wherein the connecting device comprises two clamping parts which are spliced to form a matching head for connecting a 2M head interface; the two clamping parts are provided with hinged arms which are fixedly connected with the clamping parts respectively and are hinged with each other, the two hinged arms are connected with an extending part respectively, and the two extending parts are spliced to form an adapter.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the technical scheme, the two clamping parts are opened by operating the hinged arm or the extension part, the 2M head is clamped through the two clamping parts, the two extension parts form the adapter, the adapter is sleeved on the adapter through a screwdriver or other rotating tools, and the 2M head can be easily fastened or taken down. The device can adapt to 2M heads of different specifications, is simple and convenient to operate, does not need too large space, is safe and reliable, can avoid touching the 2M heads and cables in operation, and cannot influence the normal operation of equipment.

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As mentioned in the background, there are multiple pairs of 2M heads per row on existing digital distribution frames in a substation, closely spaced from each other. The staff is very inconvenient when fastening or taking off. The conditions of poor channel contact, optical fiber multiplexing channel interruption, other service interruption and the like are easily caused by improper fastening during fastening; the tool is also difficult to take down when being taken down, which often causes the fatigue of fingers of workers, and the existing tools such as nipper pliers and the like are easy to damage the 2M head during operation and easily touch the operating 2M head and cable, thereby influencing the normal operation of the equipment.
Therefore, how avoid bumping into other 2M head and cables of operation, simultaneously safe and reliable more, simple and convenient take off and fasten 2M head and will become the improvement direction of this application, the design of this application is through setting up two clamping parts, in the interface that two clamping parts of 2M head clamp of different specifications formed, two extensions form the adapter this moment, through screwdriver or other rotation tool sleeve to adapter, fastening that can be very light or take off 2M head. In order to achieve the above object, there is thus provided an operating tool for a 2M head.
Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a specific structure of an operating tool of the 2M head of the present application. The 2M head operating tool comprises a connecting device 1, wherein the connecting device 1 comprises two clamping parts 111, and the two clamping parts 111 are spliced to form a matching head 11 with an interface for connecting the 2M head; two articulated arms 12 which are fixedly connected with the two clamping parts 111 respectively and are hinged to each other are arranged on the two clamping parts 111, one extending part 131 is connected to each of the two articulated arms 12, and the two extending parts 131 are spliced to form the adapter 13.
The 2M head is clamped by the two clamping portions 111, the two extensions 131 now forming the adapter 13, and the 2M head can be tightened or removed onto the adapter 13 by means of a screwdriver or other turning tool. Can adapt to 2M heads with different specifications.
It should be noted that the adapter 13 may be integrally configured to be matched with an external tool, for example: splicing the two extension parts 131 to form a hexagonal prism structure, and rotating the 2M head by using an inner hexagonal tool; a structure that cooperates with an external tool may be provided locally at the adapter 13, for example: after the two extensions 131 are spliced together, a recess or protrusion for engaging with an external tool is formed on the adapter 13, and the 2M head is rotated by engaging with the tool having the corresponding protrusion or recess.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, in a preferred embodiment, therefore, the operating tool for a 2M head further includes a rotating device 2, where the rotating device 2 includes a connecting rod 21 and a connecting portion 22 disposed at one end of the connecting rod 21, and the connecting portion 22 is engaged with the adapter 13 to prevent the adapter and the connecting rod 21 from rotating relatively. Through rotating device 2 drive connecting device 1, need not to reuse external tool, further improved the convenience of the operation instrument of 2M head.
As an implementation manner, the connecting portion 22 is provided with a cavity, the adapter 13 and the inlay body adapted to the cavity, the connecting portion 22 is provided with a first limiting structure 23, the adapter 13 is provided with a second limiting structure 14, and the first limiting structure 23 and the second limiting structure 14 can prevent the protrusion from rotating in the cavity when being matched. During installation, the inlay extends into the accommodating cavity, so that the first limiting structure 23 and the second limiting structure 14 are matched with each other.
As can be seen from the previous embodiment, two pins may be eccentrically disposed on one of the connection portion 22 or the adapter 13, and a pin hole may be disposed on the other, so that the pin and the pin hole are matched to prevent the adapter 13 and the connection portion 22 from rotating relatively, which is not limited to the above embodiment.
Preferably, establish cylindrical cavity on connecting portion 22, adapter 13 is cylindrical lug, first limit structure 23 is for locating the inboard deletion portion of connecting portion 22, second limit structure 14 is for locating the filling portion in the cylindrical lug outside, the filling portion with the shape size phase-match of deletion portion puts into the deletion portion with the filling portion and can realize spacingly, convenient operation, the reliability is high. Further, there are two missing portions and two filling portions, which are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the connecting portion 22 and the adapter 13, respectively.
The rotating device 2 further comprises a transmission mechanism 24 and an operating rod 25, wherein the transmission mechanism 24 comprises a casing 241, an internal gear 242 and an external gear 243 which are meshed with each other are arranged in the casing 241, the external gear 243 is fixedly connected with the operating rod 25, and the internal gear 242 is fixedly connected with the connecting rod 21. The operation rod 25 is rotated to drive the outer gear 243, the outer gear 243 drives the inner gear 242 to rotate, the inner gear 242 drives the connecting rod 21 to rotate, the connecting rod 21 enables the connecting tool to rotate through the adapter 13, the torque of the operation rod 25 is increased, and the whole rotating process is labor-saving.
A planetary gear 244 is provided between the outer gear 243 and the inner gear 242, and the planetary gear 244 meshes with the outer gear 243 and the inner gear 242, respectively. The load of the outer gear 243 is distributed to the planetary gears 244, and is transmitted to the inner gear 242 through the planetary gears 244, so that the stress of the outer gear 243 and the inner gear 242 is reduced compared to the above scheme.
Three planetary gears 244 are provided, and the three planetary gears 244 are uniformly distributed between the outer gear 243 and the inner gear 242 in the circumferential direction, so that the planetary gears 244 and the rotating arms can balance each other in terms of force. Meanwhile, the number of teeth engaged is increased, so that the motion of the transmission of the planetary gear 244 is stable, the capability of resisting impact and vibration is stronger, and the work is more reliable.
It should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the referred devices or elements must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
