Detailed Description
First, the concept of the present invention is briefly explained.
When the system of the present invention converts the points accumulated in the point card into electronic money and uses the electronic money as electronic money, the user does not need to open a transaction account at a financial institution. When electronic money converted from points accumulated in the point card (which may be referred to as "electronic money accumulated in the point card" for simplicity of explanation) is used, electronic money (which may be referred to as "preferential electronic money" hereinafter) is further accumulated as a preference depending on whether or not the electronic money is used in the same store as the store that issued the points. When the electronic money is converted into cash, the electronic money is reduced and cashed.
For example, the store A, B is an affiliate store of the loyalty card X, and when the user U purchases at the store a and accumulates 800 points, the 800 points are converted into electronic money. When using the electronic money, if the electronic money is used in the same store a that has acquired points, the electronic money is converted to 808 yen. When electronic money is used in a shop B different from the shop a having acquired points, the electronic money is converted to 807 yen. When the electronic money is converted into cash, the electronic money is redeemed for 720 yen.
In this way, when points are obtained in a store, converted into electronic money and accumulated, and the accumulated electronic money is used in the store in which points have been obtained, more electronic money is obtained, and the effect of attracting customers to the same store can be achieved. On the other hand, the user can purchase the bonus card X in a shop other than the member shop although the amount is reduced when the bonus card X is converted into cash, and therefore, the user can more conveniently use the bonus card X.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a configuration diagram of a system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The system 100 of the present invention includes a main server 10, a bank management server 20, a settlement system management server 30, and a point management server 40. The servers (10, 20, 30, 40) are connected to each other by dedicated lines. The store A, B is an affiliated store Of the loyalty card X, and is operated by a POS (Point Of Sales) Terminal or a CAT (Credit Authorization Terminal) Terminal. The user U intends to register as a member of the loyalty card X.
Fig. 2 is a configuration diagram of a main server.
The host server 10 includes a communication unit, a storage unit, an arithmetic unit, a control unit, and the like. Although not shown, the bank management server 20, the settlement system management server 30, and the point management server 40 similarly include a communication unit, a storage unit, an arithmetic unit, a control unit, and the like.
Hereinafter, for the sake of simplifying the description, the description is not given as "the host server 10 transmits information to the communication unit of the bank management server 20 through the communication unit", but only as "the host server 10 transmits information to the bank management server 20", and it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the information is actually transmitted through the communication unit based on the description. The storage unit, the calculation unit, and the control unit are also omitted.
Next, a point card creation stage, a stage of accumulating electronic money in the point card, and a stage of using the electronic money accumulated in the point card will be described in order.
Fig. 3 is a sequence diagram showing the bonus card creation phase.
In step S1, the user U entrusts the store a with the creation of the loyalty card X.
In step S2, the store a transmits a request for creating the loyalty card X to the loyalty management server 40.
In step S3, the points management server 40 determines the unique points card number (e.g., 8855335) assigned to the user U.
In step S4, the point management server 40 transmits the point card number to the host server 10, and requests the host server 10 to determine the depositing/dispensing ID and the settlement ID (also referred to as "two IDs" in the drawing) for the point card number.
In step S5, the host server 10 determines the depositing and dispensing ID and the settlement ID. The deposit/withdrawal ID and the settlement ID are uniquely determined for the credit card number. As shown in fig. 4(a), the host server 10 creates a table of depositing and dispensing IDs and settlement IDs representing credit card numbers.
In step S6, the host server 10 transmits the ID for deposit and withdrawal to the bank management server 20.
In step S7, the bank management server 20 opens an account (hereinafter also referred to as "U account") lent to the user U based on the ID for deposit and withdrawal. As shown in fig. 4(b), the U account includes a bank number "1310", a store number "888", a deposit type "1", and an account number "8855335". The U account is used when the user U converts accumulated electronic money into cash. As described later with reference to fig. 5, the electronic money accumulated by the user U is temporarily deposited into the representative account. Thereafter, when the user U wishes to convert the accumulated electronic money into cash, the electronic money is converted into cash and transferred from the representative account to the U account.
In addition, the U account is opened before the user U confirms himself. That is, the U account is opened while the user U is unaware of it. However, the user U may need the principal confirmation information when cash is withdrawn or when money is transferred.
In step S8, the host server 10 transmits the settlement ID to the settlement system management server 30.
In step S9, the settlement system management server 30 makes the use of the electronic money possible by the settlement ID. For example, the settlement system management server 30 may cause the user U to use the settlement ID "1234-. The settlement ID is used when the user U uses the electronic money accumulated in the loyalty card X.
In step S10, the host server 10 transmits the depositing and dispensing ID and the settlement ID to the point management server 40.
In step S11, the point management server 40 sends the point card X shown in fig. 4(c) to the user U, and notifies the user U of the point card number, the depositing and dispensing ID, and the settlement ID. Alternatively, instead of sending the point card X to the user U, the point card number, the depositing and dispensing ID, and the settlement ID may be notified to the user U by mail or the like.
The host server 10 may transmit the table in fig. 4(a) to the bank management server 20 and the settlement system management server 30.
Fig. 5 is a diagram for explaining the representative account and the account temporarily assigned to each user.
As shown in fig. 5 a, the bank management server 20 includes representative accounts "1310-. Users U2, U3 are members of loyalty card X.
The user U just opens the account, so the balance of the U account is 0 yen.
The balance of the U2 account is 100 yen, and the balance of the U3 account is 1000 yen. This means that cash that can be presently withdrawn from the U2 account is 100 yen and cash that can be withdrawn from the U3 account is 1000 yen.
The balance (total amount of electronic money) representing the account "1310-' 137-1-1234567" is 7785 yen. The balance is the total amount of electronic money accumulated by all users (user U, U2, U3 in this example). 7785 yen, 2785 yen is the amount of electronic money accumulated by user U2, and 5000 yen is the amount of electronic money accumulated by user U3. That is, the user U2 deposits the electronic money "2785 yen" accumulated by itself into the representative account, and the user U3 deposits the electronic money "5000 yen" accumulated by itself into the representative account.
As described below, the electronic money accumulated by the user U is temporarily deposited into the representative account based on the transfer object table shown in fig. 5 (b). Thereafter, when the user U converts the electronic money into cash, the electronic money is converted into cash and transferred to the account "8855335" of the user U described in the transfer target.
Fig. 5(b) is a diagram for explaining a transfer object table.
The bank management server 20 is provided with a database of a transfer target table in which fields specifying a shop number, a sending order, a bank number, a shop number, a deposit type, an account number, and a transfer target exist, as shown in fig. 5 (b).
When the bank server 20 receives the remittance request signal, it determines whether or not the store number stored in the designated store number field exists in the remittance request signal with reference to the transfer target table.
If the store number (888 here) described in the designated store number exists in the remittance request signal, the remittance target is changed to the bank number, the store number, the deposit type, and the target account number (1310-. That is, the remittance entrusting signal including the store number 888 is understood as automatically remitting 1310 to 137-1-1234567 by referring to the transfer object table.
However, the above-described process is performed only when the bank server 20 receives the remittance delegation signal, and when the bank server 20 receives the delegation signal of transferring money to the bank account including the shop number 888, the deposit process is performed according to the destination account without using the transfer object table.
Fig. 6 is a sequence diagram showing the stages of accumulating electronic money in the loyalty card.
Assume that the user U makes 10 ten thousand yen purchases in the store a.
In step S1, the user U purchases a commodity at the store a, and pays 10 ten thousand yen with cash or a credit card. At this time, the user U presents the loyalty card X or the loyalty card original to the store a.
In step S2, the store a transmits the information of the loyalty card number "8855335" and the amount "10 ten thousand yen" of the loyalty card X of the user U to the loyalty management server 40.
In step S3, the point management server 40 calculates a point based on the point granting rate (1% in this example). Specifically, 10 ten thousand × 0.01 — 1000 integrals are calculated. In addition, the point granting rate is a rate multiplied by the shopping amount.
In step S4, the point management server 40 transmits the information of the point card number "8855335" and the point number "1000 p" to the host server 10, and requests the conversion into electronic money.
In step S5, the host server 10 converts the points into electronic money based on the conversion rate (95% in this example). Specifically, the 1000 points are converted into 950 yens (1000 × 0.95 ═ 950).
In step S6, as shown in fig. 7(a), the host server 10 creates an electronic money record of the credit card number "8855335". The electronic money record indicates that the total amount of electronic money available for the credit card number "8855335" is 950 yen. In addition, information on how much money the product has purchased in which shop is also recorded in the electronic money record.
In step S7, the host server 10 refers to the table of fig. 4(a), specifies the depositing and withdrawing ID corresponding to the credit card number "8855335", notifies the credit management server 40 of the specified depositing and withdrawing ID, and requests the credit management server 40 to remit a money of 1000 yen with the notified depositing and withdrawing ID as a remittance target.
In step S8, the point management server 40 sends a 1000 yen money transfer to the bank management server 20 with the deposit and withdrawal ID as the money transfer target. That is, the point management server 40 remits money to the bank management server 20 based on the information of the electronic money.
In step S9, when the remittance request received includes remittance information directed to the user and having the designated store number (888), the bank management server 20 changes the remittance object to the representative account "1310-.
In step S10, the bank management server 20 issues a notification to the settlement system management server 30: there is a remittance for the deposit and withdrawal ID "1310-" 888-1-8855335 "that has been deposited into the representative account.
In step S11, the settlement system management server 30 receives the notification that the depositing and withdrawing ID "1310-" 888-1-8855335 "has been deposited from the bank management server 20, increases the electronic money total amount of the settlement ID" 1234- "5678-" 9012- "950 yen, and updates the electronic money total amount. Since the total amount of electronic money is originally 0 yen, the total amount of electronic money is 950 yen. In this example, the settlement system management server 30 has the table shown in fig. 4 (a).
In step S12, the host server 10 requests the bank management server 20 to: an amount (specifically, 1000 × 0.05 ═ 50 yen) calculated based on the ratio (100-95 ═ 5% in this example) from which the conversion rate is subtracted is transferred from the representative account to the procedure account (account transfer). The commission account is, for example, an account owned by the administrator of the system 100, and the usage fee of the system 100 is paid to the administrator as a commission fee. In addition, when the system 100 is free to use, the conversion rate is 100%.
In step S13, the bank management server 20 performs a 50 yen funds transfer (account transfer) from the representative account to the commission account, subtracts 50 yen from the balance of the representative account, and increases the balance of the commission account by 50 yen.
As described above, in the present invention, when the user U purchases 10 ten thousand yen, the 10 ten thousand yen points include 950 yen, which can be used as electronic money, instead of 1000.
After that, it is assumed that the user U made a 30 ten thousand yen purchase in the store a. The electronic money record of the host server 10 is changed to that shown in fig. 7(b) by the calculation of step S3 (30 × 0.01 — 3000) and the calculation of step S5 (3000 × 0.95 — 2850) in fig. 6, and the total usable electronic money amount of the credit card number "8855335" is 3800 yen. Through the processing of steps S5 to S10 in fig. 6, the host server 10, the bank management server 20, and the settlement system management server 30 store information on the total amount of usable electronic money.
Fig. 8 is a sequence diagram showing an example of stages of using the electronic money accumulated in the loyalty card, assuming a case where the user U purchases 800 yen using the electronic money accumulated in the loyalty card in the store a that obtains points.
In step S1, the user U attempts payment in the store a using 800 yen electronic money of the loyalty card.
In step S2, the store a inquires of the settlement system management server 30 whether the electronic money total amount of the settlement ID "1234-.
In step S3, the settlement system management server 30 determines that "800 yen" can be paid, and subtracts "800 yen" from the electronic money total "3800 yen".
In step S4, the settlement system management server 30 transmits the payable "800 yen" to the store a. When the total amount of the electronic money is less than 800 yen, the settlement system management server 30 transmits "800 yen" that payment cannot be made to the store a.
In step S5, when receiving the notification of payment from the settlement system management server 30, the store a completes the settlement processing and notifies the user U that the settlement for 800 yen has been completed.
In step S6, the settlement system management server 30 transmits to the host server 10 information of subtracting "800 yen" from the electronic money total "3800 yen" of the settlement ID "1234-.
In step S7, the host server 10 updates the electronic money record of the credit card number "8855335". Specifically, the electronic money record of the host server 10 becomes as shown in fig. 7(c), and the host server 10 subtracts "800 yen" from the electronic money total "3800 yen", and the electronic money total becomes 3000 yen.
In step S8, the host server 10 refers to the table of fig. 4(a), specifies the ID for deposit and withdrawal corresponding to the credit card number "8855335", and requests the bank management server 20 to pay out 800 yen from the representative account.
In step S9, the bank managing server 20 pays out 800 yen from the representative account "1310-" 137-1-1234567 "(800 yen is subtracted from the total amount of electronic money of the representative account). In this example, the payment processing is executed in real time, but the payment processing may be executed on 15 days per month and at the end of the month, for example.
Next, a description will be given of a further accumulation offer (electronic money) when shopping for 800 yen is performed using the electronic money accumulated in the point card. Conventionally, points are not given when paying as a purchase voucher, but in the present invention, when purchasing using a point card, electronic money (preferential electronic money) is further accumulated as a preference with respect to electronic money consumed.
In step S10, the store a transmits information of "800 yen" of the amount of money when shopping using the settlement ID and the electronic money accumulated in the loyalty card to the settlement system management server 30.
In step S11, the settlement system management server 30 calculates the offer based on the offer rate (1% in this example). Specifically, the electronic money of 800 × 0.01 — 8 yen is calculated. The dividend rate is a rate obtained by multiplying the amount of money purchased using the electronic money accumulated in the point card, and is different from the dividend rate.
In step S12, the settlement system management server 30 transmits the settlement ID and the information of "8 yen" to the host server 10.
In step S13, the host server 10 calculates the preferential electronic money based on the preferential conversion rate (95% in this example) and the re-arrival-to-store discount rate (5% in this example). Specifically, 8 × (0.95+0.05) ═ 8 yen was calculated. The preferential conversion rate is a rate for calculating the preferential electronic money (electronic money accumulated as a preferential with respect to the electronic money consumed when shopping using the electronic money accumulated in the loyalty card), and the to-store preferential rate is a rate added to the preferential conversion rate when shopping at store a using the electronic money accumulated at store a. That is, when the store a that has acquired points uses electronic money, the user U acquires additional preferential electronic money. As described above, the return-to-store discount rate varies depending on whether electronic money is used in a store that receives points. Note that, a case where electronic money is used in a store other than the store a that obtains points will be described later using fig. 9.
In step S14, the host server 10 updates the electronic money record of the credit card number "8855335". Specifically, as shown in fig. 7(d), the electronic money record of the host server 10 is changed such that the host server 10 adds "8 yen" to the electronic money total "3000 yen", and the electronic money total becomes 3008 yen.
In step S15, the host server 10 refers to the table of fig. 4(a), specifies the ID for deposit and withdrawal corresponding to the credit card number "8855335", and requests the bank management server 20: the deposit/withdrawal ID is used as a remittance target, and 8 yen money is remitted from a manager account (for example, a procedure fee account) of the system 100. In this example, the bank management server 20 is assumed to have an administrator account.
In step S16, when the remittance request received includes remittance information directed to the user and having the designated store number (888), the bank management server 20 changes the remittance object to the representative account "1310-.
In step S17, the bank management server 20 notifies the settlement system management server 30 of: there is a money transfer sent to the U account that has been deposited into the representative account.
In step S18, the settlement system management server 30 receives the notification that the depositing and withdrawing ID "1310-. In this example, the settlement system management server 30 has the table shown in fig. 4 (a).
Fig. 9 is a sequence diagram showing another example of the stage of using the electronic money accumulated in the loyalty card, assuming that the user U purchases 800 yen using the electronic money accumulated in the loyalty card in a store B different from the store a in which the points are obtained.
Steps S1 to S12 in fig. 9 are the same as steps S1 to S12 in fig. 8 described above except that the store a is changed to the store B and the total amount of electronic money is different, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
In step S13, the host server 10 calculates the preferential electronic money based on the preferential conversion rate (95% in this example) and the re-to-store preferential rate (0% in this example). Specifically, 8 × (0.95+0) — 7.6 is calculated, and 7 yen is omitted from decimal points or less. In this example, since the electronic money converted and accumulated by the points obtained in the store a is used not in the store a but in the store B, the return-to-store discount rate is 0%.
Steps S14 to S18 in fig. 9 are the same as steps S14 to S18 in fig. 8, except for the difference in money amount, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
As a result, the electronic money record of the host server 10 becomes fig. 7(e), and the total electronic money amount is 2215 yen.
In the present invention, the obtained points may be possessed as electronic money, not as points. Therefore, as described in detail below, shopping can be performed by converting the accumulated electronic money into cash in stores other than the point-joining store.
Further, conventionally, no points are obtained when shopping is performed by points, but in the present invention, electronic money is accumulated as a preference even when shopping is performed by points. At this time, the preferential electronic money is calculated based on the re-arrival discount rate, and therefore, the user can be attracted to use the electronic money in the store that has acquired points. That is, when the user uses electronic money in a store that has acquired points, the user can acquire additional preferential electronic money, and thus the user tends to use electronic money in a store that has acquired points.
Fig. 10 is a sequence diagram showing another example of the stage of using the electronic money accumulated in the loyalty card, assuming a case where the user U converts the accumulated electronic money into cash.
In step S1, the user U requests the exchange of 800 yen from the settlement system management server 30 using a terminal such as a smart phone, a personal computer, or a tablet. At this time, the user U transmits at least one of the credit card number, the depositing and dispensing ID, and the settlement ID to the settlement system management server 30. In this example, a case where the credit card number is transmitted is assumed.
In step S2, the settlement system management server 30 confirms the ID for deposit and withdrawal and the cash conversion reduction rate of the user U to the host server 10. Specifically, the settlement system management server 30 transmits the credit card number to the host server 10 to inquire about the depositing and dispensing ID of the user U.
In step S3, the host server 10 specifies the depositing and withdrawing ID corresponding to the credit card number "8855335" with reference to the table of fig. 4(a), and transmits the depositing and withdrawing ID and the cash conversion reduction rate to the settlement system management server 30.
In addition, when the user U transmits the ID for depositing and dispensing to the settlement system management server 30 in step S1, the ID for depositing and dispensing inquiry and transmission in steps S2 and S3 are not necessary. However, it is assumed that the depositing and dispensing ID transmitted by the user U is correct (although the depositing and dispensing ID transmitted by the user U is not necessarily correct in actual operation, it is assumed that the information transmitted and received is correct in the present invention for the sake of simplicity of explanation).
In step S4, the settlement system management server 30 calculates the payout amount (money transfer (account transfer) amount) based on the cash conversion reduction rate. Specifically, the cash conversion reduction rate is 10%, and the result is found to be 720 yen when 800 yen x (100% to 10%). The cash conversion reduction rate is a rate of reduction when converting electronic money into cash. In the member store of the point card X, the electronic money accumulated in the point card can be used as the electronic money. On the other hand, in stores other than the member store of the loyalty card X, the electronic money accumulated in the loyalty card can be used by being converted into cash. However, when the credit card X is converted into cash, since the member store of the credit card X cannot attract customers, a cash conversion reduction rate is introduced to reduce the corresponding amount.
In step S5, the settlement system management server 30 commits a fund transfer (account transfer) to the bank management server 20. Specifically, the transfer of funds from the representative account "1310-.
In step S6, the bank management server 20 makes a 720-yen fund transfer from the representative account "1310-.
Here, the balance (total amount of electronic money) of the representative account "1310- > 137-1-1234567" is decreased by 800 yen, and the balance of the U account is increased by 720 yen.
In step S7, the bank managing server 20 performs 80 yen funds transfer from the representative account "1310-' 137-1-1234567" to the procedure charge account.
In step S8, the settlement system management server 30 transmits to the main server 10 information that "800 yen" has been subtracted from the electronic money total "2215 yen" of the depositing and withdrawing ID "1310-" 888-1-8855335 ".
In step S9, the host server 10 updates the electronic money record of the credit card number "8855335". Specifically, as shown in fig. 7(f), the electronic money record of the host server 10 is changed such that the host server 10 subtracts "800 yen" from the electronic money total "2215 yen", and the electronic money total becomes 1415 yen.
In step S10, the bank management server 20 transmits a notification of the completion instruction to the settlement system management server 30.
In step S11, the settlement system management server 30 notifies the terminal of the user U that 720 yen cash can be paid out.
In step S12, the user U requests the payment of 720 yen to the bank management server 20 through the ATM or the like. In addition, the balance of the U account is 720 yen, so that the payment can be made within 720 yen.
In step S13, the bank management server 20 pays 720 yen to the user U through the ATM or the like.
Other embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
(other embodiment 1)
The point management server may have an electronic money giving schedule shown in tables 2 to 4.
In the above embodiment, when the point management server 40 has the electronic money giving schedule shown in table 2, the point management server is configured to, because "it is desired to always give electronic money: ON ", therefore, as explained in fig. 6, when the user U makes a 10 ten thousand yen purchase, the 10 ten thousand yen points are always converted into 950 yen, which can be used as electronic money.
[ Table 2]
Hope of always giving electronic money Hope to always give an integral Hope to give each choice
ON OFF OFF
When the point management server 40 has the electronic money giving schedule shown in table 3, since "it is desired to always give points: ON ", therefore, when the user U purchases 10 ten thousand yen, 1000 points are always obtained as 10 ten thousand yen points.
[ Table 3]
Hope of always giving electronic money Hope to always give an integral Hope to give each choice
OFF ON OFF
When the point management server 40 has the electronic money giving schedule shown in table 4, since "it is desired to give a selection every time: ON ", therefore, when the user U purchases 10 ten thousand yen, it is possible to select whether to obtain 1000 points by using 10 ten thousand yen points as points or to have 950 yen usable by using 10 ten thousand yen points as electronic money.
[ Table 4]
Hope of always giving electronic money Hope to always give an integral It is desired to give each selection
OFF OFF ON
In this manner, the point management server 40 has an electronic money administration schedule, and can cope with both a user who desires to use points as usual and a user who desires to use points converted into electronic money, thereby attracting the user widely.
(other embodiment 2)
Further, the return to store discount rate may be determined not only in consideration of the same store but also in consideration of whether or not the same company is involved. In this case, the return-to-store discount rate is the sum of the same store discount rate and the same business discount rate, as follows.
The ratio of the same shop to the same shop (2.5%) + the same enterprise (2.5%)
For example, suppose a case where shopping is performed at store a of ABC corporation and electronic money is accumulated.
When electronic money is used in the store a, the same store and the same company make the same result, and therefore the return-to-store discount rate is 5% for the same store discount rate (2.5%) + the same company discount rate (2.5%). This is the case of fig. 8 described above.
When electronic money is used in the store C of the ABC company, the same company is used for different stores, and therefore the return-to-store discount rate is 2.5% from the same store discount rate (0%) + the same company discount rate (2.5%).
When the electronic money is used in the store B not belonging to the ABC company, the same store benefit rate (0%) + the same company benefit rate (0%) + is equal to 0% because the store and the company are different. This is the case in fig. 9 described above.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be considered.
For example, in fig. 1, the servers (10, 20, 30, 40) are connected to each other through dedicated lines, but may be connected through other lines such as internet lines. In fig. 1, the servers (10, 20, 30, and 40) are each illustrated as separate hardware, but two or more servers may be the same hardware. For example, the bank management server 20 and the settlement system management server 30 may be configured by one hardware, and the main server 10, the bank management server 20, the settlement system management server 30, and the point management server 40 may be configured by one hardware. All combinations of four servers (10, 20, 30, 40) are possible.
In the present invention, it is assumed that information (ID, amount of money) transmitted and received between the servers and between the server and the user U is accurate.
The numerical values of the point dispensing rate (1%), the conversion rate (95%), the dividend dispensing rate (1%), the preferential conversion rate (95%), the return to store discount rate (5%), and the cash conversion reduction rate (10%) are examples, and any numerical value may be used.
