When the electric connector is inserted into the cable end, the base of the electric connector is placed on the base, then the electric connector is positioned by the first limiting structure, the main key position of the electric connector is found by the reference structure, and then the electric connector and the first limiting structure are fixed together by the second limiting structure, so that the electric connector is fixed; when the position of the main key position is fixed, the jack type spectrum is determined, so that the cable end insertion operation is convenient, and the cable end insertion efficiency is improved.

When the cable end of the electrical connector 7 is inserted, the base of the electrical connector 7 is placed on the base 1, then the first limiting structure is used for positioning the electrical connector 7, the main key position 71 of the electrical connector 7 is aligned through the reference structure, and then the second limiting structure 2 is used for fixing the electrical connector 7 and the first limiting structure together, so that the electrical connector 7 has a fixed position; because the electric connectors 7 with different diameters and profiles have the same main key position 71 (as shown in fig. 7-8), the main key position 71 and the jack profile have exact relative positions, and when the main key position 71 is fixed, the jack profile is determined, so that the cable end insertion operation is convenient, and the cable end insertion efficiency is improved.

It will be appreciated that the two positioning plates may also be disconnected and provided separately on the base 1, as long as positioning of the electrical connector 7 is achieved.
Preferably, in the auxiliary positioning device for assembling the electrical connector cable, the base 1 is a bottom plate perpendicular to the V-shaped positioning plate. As shown in fig. 1, the V-shaped positioning plate is fixed on the plate surface of the bottom plate. The bottom plate and the V-shaped positioning plate can be integrally formed and can also be connected in a welding mode, a bolt connection mode, a clamping mode and the like; the limiting position of the V-shaped positioning plate on the bottom plate can also be adjustable.

As shown in fig. 6, the present application may select whether to superimpose the heightened positioning module 4 on the main positioning module 3 according to the axial length of the electrical connector 7. When the axial length of the electrical connector 7 is small, that is, the height of the electrical connector placed on the base 1 is low, the electrical connector 7 is limited only by the main positioning module 3, and H1 in fig. 6 is the limiting height; when the axial length of the electrical connector 7 is large, that is, the height of the electrical connector placed on the base 1 is high, the heightened positioning module 4 is superposed on the main positioning module 3, so that a good positioning effect can be realized, and H2 in fig. 6 is the limiting height after the main positioning module 3 is superposed; the connector is applicable to electric connectors 7 with different axial lengths, and further improves the universality and the reliability of cable end insertion.
Of course, the first limiting structure of the present application may also include only the main positioning module 3; the main positioning module 3 can also realize the adjustment of the axial limit size of the electrical connector 7 through a telescopic structure, so as to realize the same effect of being compatible with the electrical connectors 7 with different axial lengths.
In the above embodiment, the first position limiting structure is provided with the auxiliary identification pattern 5 for identifying the specification of the electrical connector 7. The auxiliary recognition pattern 5 may be a two-dimensional code, as shown in fig. 2; it may be designed, as shown in fig. 3, and this application does not limit this. 6. The electrical connector cable assembly auxiliary positioning device of claim 1 or 5, wherein the first limiting structure is provided with an auxiliary identification pattern for identifying the specification of the electrical connector.
7. The electrical connector cable assembly accessory positioning device of claim 5, the primary positioning module and the heightened positioning module being detachably connected by magnetic attraction.
8. The electrical connector cable assembly aid positioning device of claim 1, the second retention structure being a removable cable tie that can wrap the electrical connector with the first retention structure.
